    - a single fastening screw (6) for fastening the shim (5) on the wall (M) ridge (F), said screw (6) crossing through said through orifice (55) of the shim (5) and being configured to cross through said insulating complex (CI) to be fastened on the wall (M) ridge (F);
    characterized in that the shim (5) has two bosses (51, 52) protruding from a flat base (50) defining said bearing face, with a first boss (51) defining a first bearing zone in which a first threaded orifice (53) is formed and a second boss (52) defining a second bearing zone in which a second threaded orifice (54) is formed, the second boss (52) having a height greater than that of the first boss (51) so as to ensure a slope of the covering profile (2) and/or the slide (3) relative to the horizontal.
  2. The fastening device (4) according to claim 1, wherein the bearing face of the shim (5) has a surface area comprised between about 50 and 350 cm2, preferably comprised between about 100 and 200 cm2.
  3. The fastening device (4) according to claims 1 or 2, wherein the base (50) has a substantially cylindrical shape.
  4. The fastening device (4) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the shim (5) has reinforcing ribs (56, 57) protruding from the base (50).
  5. The fastening device (4) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the through orifice (55) is formed substantially at the center of the shim (5).
  6. The fastening device (4) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the shim (5) is made in a single piece, in particular from steel.
  7. A system (1) for covering a wall (M) ridge (F) configured to be covered with an insulating complex (CI), said system comprising at least one covering profile (2) mounted on the shims (5) of at least two fastening devices (4) according to any one of the preceding claims, said fastening devices (4) being spaced apart from one another along the profile (2).
  8. The covering system (1) according to claim 7, further comprising a slide (3) fastened by screwing on the shims (5) by cooperation with the threaded orifices (53, 54) of said shims (5), said slide keeping the covering profile (2) in place using at least one locking part (31) mounted inside the slide (3) and configured to lock said covering profile (2) on said slide (3).
  9. The covering system (1) according to claim 8, wherein the slide (3) includes two locking parts (31) mounted inside the slide (3), at each of the ends of the slide, to bear on the profile (2) and keep it anchored on the slide (3).
  10. An assembly of a covering system (1) on a wall (M) ridge (F) configured to be covered with an insulating complex (CI), said covering system (1) being according to any one of claims 7 to 9, where in the usage position, each fastening device (4) is fastened on the wall (M) ridge (F) using its single screw (6) crossing through both the concerned shim (5) and the insulating complex (CI) to be screwed in the wall (M) ridge (F), each shim (5) bearing on the insulating complex (CI) to form a stable seat for the covering profile (2).
  11. A method for assembling a covering system (1) according to any one of claims 7 to 9 on a wall (M) ridge (F) covered with an insulating complex (CI), comprising the following steps:
    - producing at least two piercings crossing through the insulating complex (CI) and perforating the wall (M) ridge (F), said piercings being spaced apart from one another along the wall (M) ridge (F);
    - placing at least two shims (5) on the insulating complex (CI), the through orifices (55) formed in said shims (5) being aligned on said piercings;
    - fastening said shims (5) by screwing using screws (6) passing through the shims (5) and engaging in said piercings to be screwed into the wall (M) ridge (F); and
    - assembling the covering profile (2) on said shims (5), in particular using slides (3) previously fastened on the shims (5).
