Claims (9)
- Appareil ménager, en particulier lave-linge (1) ou sèche-linge, avec une carcasse (3), dans laquelle un tambour à linge (11) est logé en rotation dans une cuve de lavage (13), reliée via au moins un élément d'appui (31) d'un dispositif d'amortissement des vibrations (17, 31, 33) à la carcasse (3), dans lequel l'élément d'appui (31) est articulé sur la carcasse (3) via un levier pivotant (33), dans lequel le levier pivotant (33) et/ou l'élément d'appui (31) est pivotant pour surmonter une force de frottement prescrite afin d'amortir les vibrations de fonctionnement de la cuve de lavage (13), dans lequel le levier pivotant (33) est articulé sur la carcasse (3) via une première articulation pivotante (37) autour d'un premier axe de pivotement (39) fixe à une paroi latérale de carcasse (35), caractérisé en ce que le levier pivotant (33) est articulé sur l'élément d'appui (31) via une deuxième articulation pivotante (47) autour d'un deuxième axe de pivotement (49) mobile par rapport à la carcasse (3), dans lequel l'élément d'appui (31) est articulé sur la cuve de lavage (13) via une troisième articulation pivotante (51) fixe à la cuve de lavage, et dans lequel la première, la deuxième et/ou la troisième articulation pivotante (37, 47, 51) présente un coussinet (41) dans lequel au moins un tourillon (43) est logé de façon pivotante avec ajustement à la presse, lequel évacue la chaleur générée par le frottement.
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier axe de pivotement (39) se trouve à une hauteur éloignée du fond d'appareil ménager (23).
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le premier axe de pivotement se joint au moyen d'un support (45) à la carcasse, afin de conférer de la rigidité à la structure de carcasse.
- Appareil ménager selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tourillon (43) est tubulaire et exécuté en un matériau thermoconducteur, en particulier métallique.
- Appareil ménager selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (31) et/ou le levier pivotant (33) sont des composants fixes.
- Appareil ménager selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (31) est articulé de façon pivotante autour d'un troisième axe de pivotement sur la cuve de lavage (13) via la troisième articulation pivotante (51), une longueur (a) de l'élément d'appui (31) entre le deuxième axe de pivotement (49) et le troisième axe de pivotement étant inférieure au double d'une longueur (b) du levier pivotant (33) entre le premier axe de pivotement (39) et le deuxième axe de pivotement (49).
- Appareil ménager selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les vibrations de fonctionnement de la cuve de lavage (13) sont amorcées dans l'élément d'appui (31) et transmises par celui-ci le long d'une ligne d'action des forces (f) au levier pivotant (31), la ligne d'action des forces (f) étant éloignée de la première articulation pivotante (37) selon une longueur de bras de levier (I) effective perpendiculaire à la ligne d'action des forces (f).
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de bras de levier effective (I) entre l'élément d'appui (31) et la première articulation pivotante (37) varie en raison des vibrations de fonctionnement de la cuve de lavage (13).
- Appareil ménager selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que par rapport à un plan médian vertical de l'appareil ménager, au moins deux éléments d'appui (31) disposés sur les deux côtés de la cuve soutiennent la cuve de lavage (13).
