- Adapter according to any one of the preceding claims 4-8, characterised in that it is a constituent part of a machine or system for handling, preferably for filling, of kegs (1), and that the machine or system comprises a device for the mechanical placing of the kegs (1) into the respective adapter (7) and for the mechanical removal of the kegs (1) from the respective adapter (7).
