- the body of the support member is substantially frusto-conical shaped as a dome 335 , adapts to the shape of the bearing shell 61 of the thrust bearing 60 , has the edge towards a frustoconical sump 337 , which receives the roof rod tips in folded and inserted screen 1 .
- the extended in the radial direction edge of the support element is designed multifunctional; the edge is in areas with a 120 ° pitch - as shown - located alternately in a support zone 334, a sliding key 333 and a venting zone 332nd Under the freely chosen 120 ° division - other divisions are also possible - form the support zones a static material gut punes tripod, which essentially receives the emanating from the covered roof construction transmitted via the main rod radial forces and these and the axial forces together with the contemplatticianlager. 5 on the hollow cylindrical handle cover 2 , 21 transmits.
- the outer dimensions of the tripod are minimally undersized tolerated over the hollow cylinder inner diameter.
- the support zones are followed by a sliding spring and ventilation zone. Due to the undercut of the support element edge, this region acts as a spring element with respect to the inner wall of the hollow cylinder 21 . With slight radial oversize relative to corresponding dimensions of the support zone, the Gleitfederzonen are always on the hollow cylinder inner wall, give the application of radial forces slightly after until the support zone contacts the inner wall. During extension and insertion of the main boom, the springs slide over the hollow cylinder inner wall 21st In the illustrations according to the figures, the undercut of the support element edge is projected as a parallel radial slot; An elliptical, hyperbolic, parabolic or non-parallel undercut can additionally support the spring effect, also depending on the choice of material.
- the two-time truncated cone sequence - Dom 335 and recording 337 - from the tube receiving 336 to the outer diameter of the support element give the support zone in addition the properties of a spring.
- the expression of the resilient plain bearing 333 within the handle cover 2 does not allow a full cross-sectional design of the support member 331 , on the other hand creates this expression of the support element as a tripod clearance for air ducts 332 for the circulation of the ventilated interior handle cover and ensures the pressure equalization in the process of supporting element ..

The
Through the two sleeve halves, a closed hollow body is always formed and sealed in the first state of the sleeve halves slipped over by the piston, so that moisture formed by condensation or screen wetness can not be released. The axial extent of the contacting cylindrical surfaces of the sliding piston releases large frictional forces with the sleeve inner wall. The moving, tight piston generates - depending on the direction of movement - inside the sleeve a pressure or a vacuum.

The US Patent Authority has with the

The closed guide disc - working like a piston - seals against the inner wall of the inner sleeve and can - depending on the direction of movement - in the interior of the sleeve vacuum or pressure builds up. Even a slight deformation of the inner sleeve allows only a limited movement of the guide disc.

All publications presented are suitable only partially or not at all for the specific use as a foldable screen with additional additional functionality such as a screen cover - especially not for a compact pocket umbrella with handle cover and supporting a rotatable and lockable double bearing main boom.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a device according to the preamble of
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of
A further advantageous embodiment of the inventive novelty represents the combination of guide tube, support element, main linkage and main and auxiliary slide in that the support element by its frustoconical design and its tripod slide bearing and suspension in any position of the extended main linkage arrangement stability - but also a certain yield - gives.
A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is given by the fact that by the two-sided opening of the handle cover of the screen on the top and bottom - head side by the circumferential, a ring forming spacers between handle shell collar and pull handle and bottom through narrow slots or holes in the disc-shaped base plate or also by a circumferential, wreath-forming spacer between the handle shell collar and bottom cover - a ventilation of the roof frame and the string filled interior is given and moisture accumulation is prevented.
An approximately similar expression of cover and bottom part on the one hand the inclusion of the roof crown of the main boom on the one hand and the pivot bearing for the guide linkage on the other hand helps to reduce tooling costs and parts count.
The achievable with the present invention consist in particular in the shape of preferably a spatially frustoconical tripod of preferably with the at the lower end of the first pipe section - after the guide tube - the main rod firmly connected support member. On the one hand, the expression of the resilient plain bearing within the handle cover leaves no full cross-sectional area Design of the support element, on the other hand creates the expression of the support element as a tripod clearance for air ducts of the ventilated interior handle cover.
Furthermore, a three-point bearing of the guide tube and main linkage - and thus the screen load - optimally based on the one hand, secured stability and on the other hand minimum friction between the support element and the inner wall of the handle shell during extension and insertion of preferably with the lower end of the first pipe section - after the guide tube - Main linkage firmly connected support element.
Another advantage in the embodiment of the invention lies in the ergonomic and promotional design of the handle cover; the preferably hollow cylindrical design of the aluminum body is the user well in the hand, gives the wearer by the high quality materials a special feel for the value and offers an ideal advertising space even with unopened fabric.
According to another design variant, the torsionally stiff main linkage in conjunction with the guide tube is preferably polygonal and does not allow any rotation in this area.
The guide tube preferably polygonal cross-sectional shape is stable and rotatably connected to the handle cover over a suitably shaped, housed standpipe cone in the form of a movable bearing, but locks in its end position against rotation.
The possibility of rotation when inserting the folded screen in the handle cover provides the screen wearer an advantageous screen insertion aid to even in hurry packaging of guide tube, support element, main and auxiliary slide, roof crown, roof linkage and clothing by folding and pushing together in the handle shell no injury of man and material.
Furthermore, there is a further advantageous embodiment of the invention in the accessibility of the user to the pull handle for the purpose of umbrella opening in that a circumferential, wreath-forming spacer between handle shell collar and handle gr0ßzügig space for manual handling.
The combination of rotatability with extended umbrella rod and non-rotating seat in the inserted state offers advantages for the user or wearer, as in high wind load or when abutting the roof rod tips a freewheel is given on the one hand, thereby avoiding damage to the fabric and / or the guide rod in the fixed bearing and a risk of injury to the wearer is reduced, and on the other hand handle cover and linkage form a compact in itself stable unit.

The description of the device according to the invention will be continued with reference to the explanation of the figures.
Both openings of the hollow
With the lid recording the pivot bearing 55 is in close connection. This plastic part has several functions; it takes over the notched
The support zones are followed by a sliding spring and ventilation zone. Due to the undercut of the support element edge, this region acts as a spring element with respect to the inner wall of the
