Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif pour l'emballage de marchandises empilées, en particulier de marchandises empilées sur des palettes, avec un film, en particulier avec un film protecteur en plastique, comprenant
    - un dispositif de transport (2) pour le transport des marchandises à travers un rideau de film tendu,
    - au moins un dispositif de déroulement (7, 8) pour un rouleau de film (9), de chaque côté du dispositif de transport (2), depuis lequel est à chaque fois tiré un film s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction de transport des marchandises,
    - un dispositif pour relier les débuts de film guidés des deux côtés du dispositif de transport jusqu'au milieu et
    - un dispositif de séparation pour sectionner les extrémités du film,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - de chaque côté du dispositif est disposée une unité pouvant être déplacée depuis le dispositif de déroulement (7, 8) jusqu'au milieu, au niveau de laquelle unité un dispositif de retenue (13) pour un début de film et un dispositif de soudage (11) sont fixés,
    - les deux dispositifs de retenue (13) pouvant être déplacés l'un vers l'autre dans une mesure telle que les deux débuts de film se chevauchent, et
    - en ce qu'un dispositif de séparation (12) pour sectionner les films est disposé sur au moins une unité.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de soudage (11) contient deux fils à souder espacés l'un de l'autre et le dispositif de séparation (12) est disposé entre les deux fils à souder.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que deux ou plus de deux modules (3 - 6) à chaque fois constitués de deux dispositifs de déroulement (7, 8) et de deux unités déplaçables et d'un dispositif de séparation (12) sont disposés le long de la voie de transport les uns derrière les autres.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par
    - deux supports (10) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la surface de transport et déplaçables transversalement à la direction de transport, sur chaque support étant fixés deux fils à souder s'étendant sur sa longueur en vue du soudage des films et
    - une barre de serrage s'étendant sur la longueur du support (10) en tant que dispositif de retenue (13), au moyen de laquelle un début de film peut être serré fixement et maintenu sur le support (10), et par
    - un couteau de séparation déplaçable pour le sectionnement des films, lequel est disposé sur l'un des supports (10) entre les fils à souder.
