  1. Gerät nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die feststehenden (16, 16') und beweglichen (18, 18') Streckplatten eine selbe Form mit einem Profil haben, das zu ihren Enden konvergiert, die gegenüber den Armen (14, 14'; 17, 17') liegen, von denen sie gehalten werden, und mit mehreren Stufen (16a, 16b, 16c) in unterschiedlicher Breite, die durch gegenüberliegende abgerundete konvexe Kanten definiert werden, die durch abgerundete konkave Kanten getrennt sind, die beim Anbringen und Zurückhalten des Randes der Öffnung eines Stützstrumpfes die Aufgabe von Bremsen übernehmen.
  5. Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rand einer jeden Streckplatte (3, 4) Mittel zum Zurückhalten des Stützstrumpfes umfasst.
  6. Gerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückhaltemittel aus einem scharfen oder abgerundeten proximalen Grat (32) und einem abgerundeten distalen Grat (34) gebildet werden.
  7. Gerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückhaltemittel aus einer umlaufenden Nut (35) mit einem krummlinigen Querschnitt bestehen, die in die Schmalseite (33) des Randes einer jeden Streckplatte (3, 4) eingearbeitet ist, um einen scharfen proximalen Grat (32) und einen scharfen distalen Grat (34) zu bilden, der sich zurückgesetzt vom proximalen Grat (32) erstreckt.
  8. Gerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der scharfe distale Grat (34) aus der distalen Fläche der Streckplatte (3, 4) hervorsteht, sodass die besagte Streckplatte (3, 4) im Bereich des scharfen distalen Grats (34) eine Stärke aufweist, die größer ist, als die Stärke des Restes der besagten Streckplatte (3, 4).
  9. Gerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rand einer jeden Streckplatte (3, 4) auf der gesamten Schmalseite (33) oder auf einem Teil davon eine Folge von Vertiefungen (36) und Spitzen (37) aufweist, die eine Auszahnung oder einen Treppeneffekt bilden.
  10. Gerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rand einer jeden Streckplatte (3, 4) auf der gesamten Schmalseite (33) oder auf einem Teil davon eine Folge von Vertiefungen (36) und Spitzen (37) aufweist, die derart positioniert sind, dass die besagten Spitzen (37) auf der Schmalseite (33) ein Kreuzmuster bilden.
  11. Gerät nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der proximale Grat (32) und/ oder die Schmalseite (33) und/ oder der distale Grat (34) und/ oder die distale Fläche einer jeden Streckplatte (3, 4) eine Oberflächenbehandlung aufweist, die die Rauheit der Oberfläche erhöht.
  12. Gerät nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuermechanismus (6) für die Öffnung der Expanderklemme (2) an einem Ende auf dem Sockel (1a) einen um eine Achse (24) gelenkigen Hebel (23) umfasst, der am proximalen Ende des besagten Sockels (1a) positioniert ist, und eine Schubgabel (25) mit zwei Schenkeln (26a, 26b), deren distale Enden in der Lage sind, mit dem Schieber (5) der Expanderklemme (2) zusammenzuwirken.
  13. Gerät nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (1a) Füße (7) umfasst, die aus einer gekrümmten Lasche gebildet werden, die sich nach außen am besagten Sockel (1a) erstreckt, wobei sich die Konkavität nach oben erstreckt.
  14. Gerät nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (1a) an seinem distalen Ende an seiner Unterseite einen Fuß (22) umfasst.
  15. Gerät nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abnehmbare Abschnitt (1b) auf zumindest einer seiner Seiten einen Treppeneffekt umfasst.
