Claims (12)

  1. Système d'obturation conçu pour obturer l'ouverture (O) d'un récipient (R), ledit système d'obturation étant composé d'une partie rigide (1) formant un encadrement, et d'une partie flexible (2) située sur la partie précitée et constituée d'un film en matière plastique, ladite partie flexible (2) occultant l'ouveture non obturée par ladite partie rigide (1), caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une zone du profil extérieur de la partie rigide (1) correspond au profil intérieur de l'ouverture (O) du récipient (R) et est, de la sorte, centrée dans ledit récipient.
  2. Système d'obturation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'un film IML (d'étiquetage dans le moule) est utilisé en tant que film en matière plastique.
  3. Système d'obturation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le film en matière plastique fait saillie vers l'extérieur au-delà de la partie rigide (1) et peut être solidarisé dans cette région, par scellement, soudage ou collage, avec un rebord (R1) ceinturant l'ouverture (O) du récipient.
  4. Système d'obturation selon l'une des revendications pécédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie flexible (2) présente, en concordance avec le profil intérieur de l'ouverture (O) du récipient, une ligne d'affaiblissement qui scinde ladite partie flexible (2) en une zone (2a) assujettie audit récipient, et en une zone (2b) apte au soulèvement.
  5. Système d'obturation selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'une patte de préhension (3) est prévue pour faciliter l'ouverture du récipient, ladite patte de préhension (3) pouvant être située dans la zone (2b) apte au soulèvement.
  6. Système d'obturation selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait que la zone (2b), apte au soulèvement, est formée par la partie rigide (1) et par une zone de la partie flexible (2).
  7. Système d'obturation selon la revendication 4, 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le fait que la zone (2b), apte au soulèvement, est réalisée pour pouvoir être réintroduite dans l'ouverture (O), en vue de l'obturation réitérée du récipient.
  8. Système d'obturation selon l'une des revendications pécédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie rigide (1) comporte une zone de soutien qui fait saillie vers l'extérieur, peut prendre appui au niveau de l'ouverture (O) et/ou du rebord (R1) du récipient, est alors de réalisation au moins partiellement périphérique, et peut revêtir la forme d'une collerette.
  9. Système d'obturation selon l'une des revendications pécédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie rigide (1) est formée par injection de matières plastique sur le film à travers ledit film, ou par un procédé exécuté sur deux faces.
  10. Système d'obturation selon l'une des revendications pécédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie rigide (1) a été fabriquée distinctement, puis reliée au film d'occultation (2), un scellement, un soudage, un collage ou une opération similaire étant envisageable pour instaurer la liaison.
  11. Système d'obturation selon l'une des revendications pécédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie rigide (1) est reliée partiellement ou intégralement au film d'occultation (2).
  12. Système d'obturation selon l'une des revendications pécédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie rigide (1) est disposée sur la face inférieure, sur la face supérieure ou sur les deux faces du film d'occultation (2).
