Claims (13)
- Couvercle (16) destiné à fermer une ouverture (12) d'un récipient (10), avec un opercule (26), qui peut être scellé sur un bord (14) de l'ouverture (12) du récipient,
dans lequel l'opercule (26) est réalisé de façon à pouvoir être déchiré et on peut être appliqué sur le bord (14) de l'ouverture (12) du récipient de façon à pouvoir être arraché,
dans lequel l'opercule (26) est fixé directement au couvercle (16), la liaison de fixation (28) entre l'opercule (26) et le couvercle (16) étant plus faible que la liaison de scellage (34) recherchée entre l'opercule (26) et le bord (14) de l'ouverture (12) du récipient,
caractérisé en ce que l'opercule (26) présente une feuille métallique, qui est munie de couches de matière synthétique sur les deux faces, dans lequel les couches de matière synthétique présentent des compositions différentes. - Couvercle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule (26) est fixé au couvercle (16) avec sa face latérale située à l'opposé de l'ouverture (12) du récipient et/ou avec sa face périphérique radiale.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule (26) est fixé essentiellement sur toute la surface au couvercle (16).
- Couvercle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule (26) est fixé par sections au couvercle (16).
- Couvercle selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule (26) est fixé au couvercle (16) par un(e) ou plusieurs point(s), bande(s) et/ou surface(s) d'assemblage.
- Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (16) présente une nervure (28), qui pousse l'opercule (26) contre le bord (14) de l'ouverture (12) du récipient, lorsque le couvercle (16) ferme l'ouverture (12) du récipient.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la nervure (28) correspond essentiellement, en ce qui concerne sa forme et sa grandeur en direction radiale du couvercle (16), au bord (14) de l'ouverture (12) du récipient.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule (26) est fixé sur la nervure (28) du couvercle (16).
- Emballage, comprenant
un récipient (10) avec une ouverture (12),
un couvercle (16) destiné à fermer l'ouverture (12) du récipient; et
un opercule (26), qui est scellé sur un bord (14) de l'ouverture (12) du récipient, dans lequel l'opercule (26) est réalisé de façon à pouvoir être déchiré et on est appliqué sur le bord (14) de l'ouverture (12) du récipient de façon à pouvoir être arraché,
dans lequel l'opercule (26) est fixé directement au couvercle (16), dans lequel la liaison de fixation (28) entre l'opercule (26) et le couvercle (16) est plus faible que la liaison de scellage (34) entre l'opercule (26) et le bord (14) de l'ouverture (12) du récipient, de telle manière que, au moins lors du premier enlèvement du couvercle (16) de l'ouverture (12) du récipient, l'opercule (26) soit séparé du couvercle (16) mais que la liaison de scellage (34) entre l'opercule (26) et le bord (14) de l'ouverture (12) du récipient soit conservée,
caractérisé en ce que
l'opercule (26) présente une feuille métallique, qui est munie de couches de matière synthétique sur les deux faces, dans lequel les couches de matière synthétique présentent des compositions différentes. - Emballage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (16) et l'opercule (26) sont configurés ou disposés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8.
- Procédé de scellage d'un récipient (10) présentant une ouverture (12), qui peut être fermée par un couvercle (16), comprenant les étapes suivantes:préparation d'un couvercle (16);fixation d'un opercule (26) directement au couvercle (16), dans lequel l'opercule (26) présente une feuille métallique, qui est munie de couches de matière synthétique sur les deux faces, dans lequel les couches de matière synthétique présentent des compositions différentes;fermeture de l'ouverture (12) du récipient avec le couvercle (16); etscellage de l'opercule (26) sur un bord (14) de l'ouverture (12) du récipient, dans lequel la liaison de fixation (28) entre l'opercule (26) et le couvercle (16) est plus faible que la liaison de scellage (34) entre l'opercule (26) et le bord (14) de l'ouverture (12) du récipient.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la fermeture de l'ouverture (12) du récipient avec le couvercle (16), l'opercule (26) est poussé contre le bord (14) de l'ouverture (12) du récipient.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (16) et l'opercule (26) sont réalisés ou disposés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8.
