Definitions

  • the invention relates to a stud for a sports shoe, such as a running, football or golf shoe, which consists of a studded head and a stud foot.
  • the studded head comprises a non-round connecting element and the stud foot a preferably circular opening into which the connecting element for connecting the studded head to the stud foot is pressed. Just by pressing the studded head into the stud foot, a frictional connection of the two stud parts is achieved.
  • the invention also relates to the method for connecting the studded head to the stud foot.
  • Shoes especially sports shoes, with studs to give the shoe special properties has long been known.
  • the sprinters have been using spikes for a long time which, depending on the surface on which they are used, have different shapes.
  • the footballers also use cleats that may vary depending on the weather and the terrain of the playing field. Since not for every weather own shoes are kept ready, cleats were developed early, which can be detachably connected to the sole of a shoe, so that the simplest possible change of studs is possible.
  • WO 03/055341 A2 is a sports shoe with a stud known, in which the stud has a locking pin with which the stud is automatically spring-locked in a recess of the sole.
  • the stud can be mounted by hand, while the disassembly of the stud with the aid of a tool by turning the stud is done.
  • the DE 31 34817 A1 describes a connection between the outsole and a gripping element by means of locking elements.
  • the gripping element has at its protruding into the outsole part a substantially radially aligned extension as a locking element which is brought by rotation with a disposed within the outsole counter-detent engaged. In engagement, the locking element engages behind the counter-locking such that the gripping element is connected under pretension with the outsole.
  • the EP 1 728 448 A1 relates to a stud for a sports shoe.
  • the stud has a connecting element with a radially outwardly projecting connecting studs.
  • an opening is formed, which is shaped so that the connecting element can be inserted with the connecting nubs.

  • the DE 202 11 809 U1 relates to a stud, which can be clipped into a shoe sole by means of a connecting element or in which the sole is held in that on the connecting element integrally formed connecting lugs can be moved by twisting under formed in the sole mating connecting elements.
  • the US 2003/0106245 A1 relates to a sports shoe with a cleat, wherein the cleat is held in the sole of the sports shoe by means of a clamping device.
  • the clamping device allows a tool-free insertion of the stud in the sole, to remove the stud, the clamping device must be opened by means of a tool.
  • the JP 59 145830 U relates to a stud for a sports shoe.
  • the lug has a connecting element with integrally formed connecting lugs, which engage in grooves after the insertion and twisting of the lug in the sole, whereby the lug is held in the sole.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a stud for a sports shoe, which is inexpensive to manufacture and easily replaceable. This object is achieved by the tunnel according to claim 1.
  • the invention relates to a stud for a sports shoe, which comprises a cleat foot with an opening and a studded head with a connecting element.
  • the connecting element is pressed into the opening of the studded head.
  • the connecting element has the shape of a non-circular pin having a first diameter and a measured perpendicular thereto second diameter which is smaller than the first diameter, and the stud head is held after the impressions by traction, preferably pure traction, in the stud foot.
