Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine verbrennbare Hülse zur Aufnahme von Treibladungspulver, mit einer solchen Hülse gebildete Munition sowie ein Herstellungsverfahren für solche Hülsen. Die erfindungsgemäße Hülse (6) ist zur Aufnahme von Treibladungspulver (4) ausgelegt und verfügt über eine Mantelwand aus verbrennbarem verfilzten Fasermaterial (23) und einer Einlage (5) aus sich kreuzenden Fäden (5) in der Mantelwand. Dabei sind die Fäden (5) so voneinander beabstandet, dass verfilztes Fasermaterial (23) durch die Bereiche zwischen den Fäden (5) hindurchgreift. Das Verfahren umfaßt die Schritte: Anfertigen einer Mantelwand aus verbrennbarem verfilztem Fasermaterial (23) und Einlegen einer Einlage (5) aus sich kreuzenden Fäden (5) in die Mantelwand. Dabei sind die Fäden (5) so voneinander beabstandet, daß verfilztes Fasermaterial (23) durch die Bereiche zwischen den Fäden (5) hindurchgreift.

Description

Hülse zur Aufnahme von Treibladungspulver
Die Erfindung betrifft eine verbrennbare Hülse zur Aufnahme von Treibladungspulver, mit einer solchen Hülse gebildete Munition sowie ein Herstellungsverfahren für solche Hülsen.
Hülsen sind als Bestandteil von Munition sowohl für kleinkalibrige Waffen als auch für großkalibrige Waffen seit langem bekannt und finden allgemein Verwendung. Sie dienen vor allem zur Aufnahme des Treibladungspulvers. Üblicherweise weisen Hülsen eine kreiszylindrische und längliche Hohlform auf; die eigentliche Hülle wird hier als Mantelwand bezeichnet.
Zur Herstellung einer Kartusche wird die Hülse in der Regel noch mit einem einen Zünder umfassenden Boden ausgestattet. Dieser ist üblicherweise aus Metall, meist aus Stahl. Zur Herstellung einer Patrone wird zusätzlich noch ein Projektil auf das noch freie, dem Boden gegenüberliegende, Längsende der Hülse aufgesetzt.
Auch verbrennbare Hülsen sind grundsätzlich bekannt. Sie verbrennen bzw. verzehren sich als Folge des Abfeuems. Geschieht dies hinreichend rückstandsfrei, brauchen keine Hülsenreste vor dem nächsten Schuss entfernt zu werden. Idealerweise ist nur noch der Boden auszuwerfen.
Bei verbrennbaren Hülsen ist also eine möglichst rückstandsfreie Verbrennung wünschenswert, um zusätzliche Reinigungen des Ladungsraums bzw. des Laufs zu vermeiden.
Es ist bekannt, verbrennbare Hülsen aus Nitrozellulose und Zellstoff herzustellen; in der Regel mit Additiven wie Bindeharz und Stabilisatoren. Herkömmlicherweise wird zur Herstellung eine Siebform vertikal in eine wässrige Pulpe mit Nitrozellulose und Zellstoff getaucht. Mit Hilfe von Unterdruck saugt die Siebform den Faserbrei an; es bildet sich ein nasser Rohfilz aus. Grundsätzlich kann dieses Material auch als„Vlies" bezeichnet werden. Der Begriff„Rohfilz" hat sich jedoch hier durchgesetzt. Der Rohfilz wird zum Erzielen der endgültigen Geometrie und zum Entwässern noch verpresst und zumindest zeitweise auch erhitzt.
Die Hülsen müssen eine gewisse mechanische Stabilität aufweisen. Eine geringe Verformung kann tolerierbar sein, es darf sich jedoch kein Riss ausbilden. Durch einen Riss könnte Treibladungspulver austreten - ein Sicherheitsrisiko, das nicht toleriert wird. Nach manchen Spezifikationen werden die Hülsen daher mit einem zusätzlichen, innenliegenden Sack zur Aufnahme des Treibladungspulvers, einem so genannten Pulversack, ausgelegt. Die Stabilität der Hülse ist für Panzermunition besonders relevant, da hier die Anforderungen an die mechanische Stabilität sehr ausgeprägt sein können, etwa durch die Handhabung innerhalb des Panzers sowie durch Belastungen und Bewegungsschocks beim Ansetzen der Patrone. Die Erfindung ist jedoch nicht auf Panzermunition beschränkt.
Die DE 30 08 996 A1 zeigt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von verbrennbaren Hülsen. Es wird vorgeschlagen, während des Verfilzungsvorgangs Gewebeeinlagen in die Rohfilze einzurollen. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass sich eine so hergestellte Hülse bei einem Aufprall in mehrere Teile auflösen kann. Der Filz kann sich von dem eingelegten Gewebe großflächig lösen.
Schlimmstenfalls wird die Hülse in drei separate Bestandteile zerlegt, nämlich in die Gewebeeinlage und den Rohfilz, der sich von der Innenseite und der Außenseite des Gewebes abgelöst hat.
Die DE 36 19 960 A1 zeigt eine verbrennbare Hülse mit zusätzlichen Versteifungen aus Metall oder Kunststoff. Diese Versteifungen können in die Hülse eingebettet oder auch auf ihr befestigt sein. Sind die Versteifungen in die Hülse eingebettet, so sind diese mit Löchern versehen, damit der Rest der Hülse durch diese Löcher hindurchbrennen kann. Die Versteifungen selbst jedoch verbrennen nicht.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine mechanisch robuste und rückstandsfrei verbrennbare Hülse zur Aufnahme von Treibladungspulver anzugeben. Die Aufgabe bezieht sich auch auf ein entsprechendes Herstellungsverfahren sowie auf entsprechende Munition.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Hülse zur Aufnahme von Treibladungspulver mit einer Mantelwand aus verbrennbarem verfilzten Fasermaterial und einer Einlage aus sich kreuzenden Fäden in der Mantelwand. Die Hülse ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fäden so voneinander beabstandet sind, dass verfilztes Fasermaterial durch die Bereiche zwischen den Fäden hindurchgreift.
Die Erfindung beruht, wie oben bereits dargestellt, auf der Beobachtung, dass sich die Bestandteile der verbrennbaren Hülsen nach der Lehre der DE 30 08 996 voneinander lösen können, sowie auf der Feststellung, dass die Hülsen nach der DE 36 19 960 nicht rückstandsfrei verbrennen können; bei dieser Lehre wurde zugunsten der Stabilität auf ein rückstandsfreies Verbrennen verzichtet.
Weiter beruht die Erfindung auf der Erkenntnis, dass bei der erstgenannten Lehre aus dem Stand der Technik das Gewebe eine innige durchgängige Verbindung des Fasermaterials verhindert und so ein Auseinanderfallen der Hülse begünstigt. Die Erfindung beruht außerdem auf der Beobachtung, dass Fäden verbrennbar sein und trotzdem Stabilität verleihen können, sowie auf der Idee, mechanische Stabilität über das Einlegen von Fäden zu erzielen, dabei aber die Abstände zwischen den Fäden so groß zu wählen, dass der Filz eine Einheit bleibt; also nicht großflächig durchtrennt wird - im Gegensatz zum Stand der Technik, wo das Gewebe wegen der dicht an dicht liegenden Fäden, Kette und Schuss, den Filz großflächig durchtrennt.
Der Erfolg der Erfindung ergibt sich vor allem durch den Durchgriff des Fasermaterials durch die Abstände zwischen den Fäden. Es wird, in anderen Worten, eine Schichtbildung im Filz der Hülse vermieden.
Da die Einlage die mechanische Robustheit der Hülse fördert, kann man auch von einer„Armierung" sprechen.
Die Hülse nach der Erfindung besteht also grundsätzlich aus Faserfilz, in das zusätzlich eine Armierung eingebettet ist. Dabei greifen Fasern durch die Armierung hindurch. Die Hülse wäre auch ohne die Armierung formstabil, wenn auch nicht so robust und bruchfest wie nach der Erfindung möglich.
Die Fäden der Einlage können grundsätzlich in einem beliebigen Winkel übereinander liegen. Insbesondere können die Fäden orthogonal zueinander orientiert sein.
Die Fäden können beispielsweise aus Baumwolle oder Carbonfasern bestehen. Wünschenswert ist eine vergleichsweise hohe Reißfestigkeit und eine zumindest vorübergehende Hitzeresistenz. Während der Rohfilzherstellung wird das Material nämlich einige Minuten lang, in der Regel 5 Minuten, auf etwa 135° C erhitzt. Diese Temperatur sollten die Fäden schadfrei überstehen können und trotzdem im Sinne der Erfindung rückstandsfrei verbrennbar sein. Vorzugsweise können die Fäden 5 Minuten lang sogar einer Temperatur von über 140° C ausgesetzt werden, ohne dass sich dies nachteilig auf ihre mechanischen Eigenschaften auswirkt. Vorzugsweise sind die Fäden auch im Vergleich zur Stärke der Mantelwand relativ dünn, so- dass die Einlage keine höhere Wandstärke verursacht.
Der Begriff„Faden" steht hier vor allem aus sprachlichen Gründen im Plural. Grundsätzlich soll jedoch eine Ausführungsform, bei der ein einziger Faden in die Mantelwand eingelegt wird, nicht ausgeschlossen sein. Der Faden könnte beispielsweise bei der Entstehung des Rohfilzes in diesen hineingewickelt werden und sich dabei selbst überkreuzen. Der Begriff„rückstandsfrei" ist hier nicht absolut zu verstehen, sondern nach den Erfordernissen der Praxis auszulegen. Eine Hülse verbrennt im Sinne der Erfindung rückstandsfrei, wenn Munition nachgeladen werden kann, ohne vorher den Ladungsraum von Hülsenresten zu befreien.
Insgesamt wird also eine robuste und rückstandsfrei verbrennbare Hülse angegeben. Insbesondere kann sich das Einlegen eines Pulversacks erübrigen. Grundsätzlich können erfindungsgemäße Hülsen gegebenenfalls sogar dünner gebaut werden als herkömmliche Hülsen - und das bei gleicher mechanischer Robustheit. Dies hätte den Vorteil, dass mehr Treibladungspulver verwendet werden und so die Leistung der Munition erhöht werden kann. Die Erfindung wirkt einem Austreten von Treibladungspulver gegebenenfalls sogar bei Bruch oder Verletzung des Mantels entgegen.
Vorzugsweise bilden die Fäden ein Netz, sodass das Fasermaterial durch die Maschen des Netzes hindurchgreift.
Zur Ausbildung des Netzes können die Fäden etwa über Knoten miteinander verbunden sein. Sie können allerdings auch auf andere Art und Weise miteinander verbunden sein, etwa über Schweißpunkte oder mit Hilfe von Kleber.
Vorzugsweise wird ein Netz aus Baumwolle als Einlage verwendet. Entsprechende Netze sind beispielsweise als Fischereinetze günstig und vorgefertigt zu erwerben.
Es ist auch bevorzugt, das Netz zumindest einmal vollständig entlang des Umfangs der Mantelwand der Hülse einzulegen. Schwachstellen in der Mantelwand können so vermieden werden. Das Einlegen des Netzes kann beispielsweise über Wickeln erfolgen, insofern kann man der sprachlichen Einfachheit halber auch von Wicklungen sprechen.
Das Netz kann auch mehrfach entlang des Umfangs der Mantelwand eingelegt sein. Besonders bevorzugt ist es, wenn das Netz fünf- bis achtmal um 360° gewickelt wird. Grundsätzlich ist mit zunehmender Anzahl von Wicklungen eine höhere mechanische Stabilität zu erwarten. In der Regel ist es jedoch nicht erwünscht, dass die Stärke der Mantelwand der Hülse zunimmt. Daher ist die Anzahl der Wicklungen des Netzes insbesondere durch die gewünschte Wandstärke begrenzt. Dies ist vor allem der Fall, wenn das Netz geknotet ist, da die Knoten eine gewisse Dicke aufweisen.
Verbrennen die Fäden des Netzes nicht so gut wie das Fasermaterial der Hülle, kann es auch sinnvoll sein, die Anzahl der Wicklungen zu beschränken, um weiter zu gewährleisten, dass die Hülle rückstandsfrei verbrennt. Besonders bewährt haben sich acht Wicklungen.
Das Netz kann bei der Anlagerung des Rohfilzes während der Entstehung desselben aufgewickelt werden. Es ergibt sich dabei eine spiralförmige Einlage in der Mantelwand. Entsprechende Hülsen sind mit dem unten beschriebenen Herstellungsverfahren vorteilhaft herzustellen.
Vorzugsweise sind die spiralförmigen Wicklungen soweit voneinander beabstandet, dass die flächigen Seiten des Netzes durch das Fasermaterial der Mantelwand zumindest abschnittsweise voneinander getrennt sind. So wird verhindert, dass die Fäden unterschiedlicher Wicklungen unmittelbar aufeinander liegen, was mechanische Schwachstellen provozieren könnte.
Die Maschen des Netzes weisen vorzugsweise eine Weite von 7 bis 20 mm, bevorzugter von 10 bis 18 mm, besonders bevorzugt von 10 bis 15 mm auf.
Diese Weite hat sich für die einschlägigen Munitionstypen bewährt. Ist die Maschenweite zu klein, kann das Fasermaterial nicht hinreichend durch die Maschen hindurchgreifen, um einen befriedigenden Zusammenhalt des Filzes zu gewährleisten. Ist die Maschenweite zu groß, wird die mechanische Stabilität der Hülse nicht in befriedigender Weise unterstützt. Die ideale Maschenweite kann neben der Geometrie der Hülse auch von den Eigenschaften des Fasermaterials abhängen. Insbesondere ist es bevorzugt, wenn Zellstofffasern, welche typischerweise eine Länge von 2 mm bis 4 mm aufweisen, gut durch die Maschen hindurchgreifen können.
Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Hülse. Dieses Verfahren umfasst zumindest folgende Schritte: Anfertigen einer Mantelwand aus verbrennbarem verfilzten Fasermaterial und Einlegen einer Einlage aus sich kreuzenden Fäden in die Mantelwand. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fäden so voneinander beabstandet sind, dass verfilztes Fasermaterial durch die Bereiche zwischen den Fäden hindurchgreift.
Vorzugsweise ist bei dem Herstellungsverfahren eine Siebform zur Ausbildung dec Hülse entlang ihrer Drehachse horizontal ausgerichtet. Die Siebform ist dabei zumindest abschnittweise in eine Pulpe mit dem Fasermaterial eingetaucht. Das Fasermaterial wird mit Hilfe von Unterdruck angesaugt, sodass sich ein Rohfilz auf der Siebform anlagert.
Damit die Konzentration des Fasermaterials in der wässrigen Pulpe konstant gehalten werden kann, ist es bevorzugt, die Siebform in eine umlaufende Pülpe einzutauchen - im Gegensatz zu einem Trog ohne geöffnete Zu- und Abführungen, in dem lediglich nur eine begrenzte Menge Fasermaterial vorhanden ist.
Vorzugsweise wird das Netz während des Anlagerns des Fasermaterials in den entstehenden Rohfilz eingewickelt. Dabei ergibt sich von selbst eine spiralförmige Einlage, bei der auch die einzelnen Wicklungen des Netzes durch Fasermaterial voneinander getrennt sind.
Vorzugsweise wird das Netz von einer Vorratsrolle abgewickelt. Dies ist produktionstechnisch besonders einfach.
Zu Beginn des Aufwickeins kann das lose Ende des Netzes an den entstehenden Rohfilz auf der Siebform angesetzt werden. Unter günstigen Produktionsumständen hat sich bereits nach einer 60° Drehung das Netz so intensiv mit dem entstehenden Rohfilz vereinigt, dass allein durch weiteres Drehen der Siebform die Vorratsrolle für das Netz abgewickelt werden kann.
Die Erfindung betrifft auch Munition mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Hülse. Dabei kann es sich sowohl um Patronen als auch um Kartuschen handeln.
Vorzugsweise wird das Treibladungspulver ohne eingelegten Pulversack abgefüllt. Dies spart nicht nur Aufwand und Kosten in der Produktion, sondern erlaubt es auch, etwas mehr Treibladungspulver einzubringen.
Die vorangehende und die folgenden Beschreibung der einzelnen Merkmale bezieht sich sowohl auf die Hülse als auch auf das Herstellungsverfahren und die Munition, ohne dass dies im Einzelnen in jedem Fall explizit erwähnt ist; die dabei offenbarten Einzelmerkmale können auch in anderen als den gezeigten Kombinationen erfindungswesentlich sein. Bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen sind auch in den abhängigen Ansprüchen angegeben.
Im Folgenden soll die Erfindung auch anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert werden, ohne dabei die Erfindung auf die Beispiele einschränken zu wollen:
Figur 1 zeigt schematisch den unteren Teil einer erfindungsgemäßen Kartusche im Längsschnitt.
Figur 2 zeigt einen Schnitt durch ein Schema einer Produktionsanlage zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Herstellungsverfahrens. Figur 1 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Hülse 6 als Bestandteil einer erfindungsgemäßen Kartusche 1. Die Hülse 6 ist länglich und kreiszylindrisch und nimmt in ihrem Inneren das Treibladungspulver 4 auf. In die Mantelwand der Hülse 6 ist ein Netz 5 eingelegt.
Am unteren Ende der Kartusche 1 ist ein Boden 2 aus Messing mit einem Zünder 3 angebracht.
Die Hülle 6 ist aus verfilztem Zellstoff und Nitrozellulosefasern sowie herkömmlichen Additiven hergestellt.
Bei dem eingelegten Netz 5 handelt es sich um ein Fischereinetz 5 aus Baumwolle mit orthogonal verlaufenden verknoteten Fäden. Die Fäden sind 0,2 mm stark und haben eine Festigkeit von 40 Nm.
Das verfilzte Fasermaterial greift durch die 15 mm weiten Maschen des Netzes 5 hindurch. Das Netz 5 ist dabei achtmal um jeweils 360° spiralförmig gewickelt. Zwischen den einzelnen Wicklungen ist hinreichend verfilztes Fasermaterial vorhanden, um die einzelnen Wicklungen voneinander zu trennen.
Figur 2 zeigt eine Produktionsanlage für Hülsen nach der Erfindung zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Herstellungsverfahrens im Querschnitt.
Die Produktionsanlage verfügt zumindest über eine Siebform 20, eine Vorratsrolle 21 und einen Trog 22 mit einer wässrigen Pulpe 23. Die horizontal ausgerichtete Siebform 20 ist mit einem unteren Abschnitt in die wässrige Pulpe 23 eingetaucht. In der wässrigen Pulpe schwimmen insbesondere Zellstofffasem und Nitrozellulosefasern. Um die Konzentration des Fasermaterials während des Produktionsprozesses konstant zu halten, wird die wässrige Pulpe 23 durch einen entsprechenden Durchfluss ständig erneuert.
In der Siebform 20 wird ein Unterdrück erzeugt, sodass diese Fasermaterial aus der Pulpe 23 ansaugt. Die Siebform 20 rotiert langsam, beispielsweise fünfmal pro Minute, sodass sich entlang ihrer Oberfläche ein Rohfilz ausbildet. Die Rotationsrichtung ist durch den Pfeil A angezeigt. An den entstehenden Rohfilz (der Rohfilz selbst ist in der Figur nicht gezeigt) wird ein Netz 5 angelegt. Das Netz 5 wird von der Vorratsrolle 21 abgerollt. Die Rotation der Vorratsrolle 21 , angezeigt durch den Pfeil B, ergibt sich, vermittelt über das Netz 5, durch die Rotation der Siebform 20.
Sobald das Netz 5 über etwa 60° in den Rohfilz eingewickelt ist, kann es ggf. bereits selbstständig halten. Während der Rohfilz weiter angelagert wird, wird das Netz 5 achtmal über 360° in den Rohfilz gewickelt. Da sich während des Wickeins immer weiter Fasermaterial anlagert und dabei der Rohfilz anwächst, sammelt sich auch zwischen den Wicklungen des Netzes 5 Fasermaterial an.
Der Rohfilz mit dem eingelegten Netz 5 wird anschließend noch verpresst und etwa fünf Minuten lang bei 135° C erhitzt.
Zur Herstellung einer Kartusche wird noch ein Boden mit Zünder angesetzt, sowie das Treibladungspulver eingefüllt. Zur Herstellung einer Patrone wird zusätzlich noch ein Projektil aufgesetzt.

Claims

Ansprüche
1.
Hülse (6) zur Aufnahme von Treibladungspulver (4) mit einer Mantelwand aus verbrennbarem verfilzten Fasermaterial (23) und
einer Einlage (5) aus sich kreuzenden Fäden (5) in der Mantelwand,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fäden (5) so voneinander beabstandet sind, dass verfilztes
Fasermaterial (23) durch die Bereiche zwischen den Fäden (5) hindurchgreift.
2.
Hülse (6) nach Anspruch 1 , bei der die Fäden (5) ein Netz (5) bilden, sodass Fasermaterial (23) durch die Maschen des Netzes (5) hindurchgreift.
3.
Hülse (6) nach Anspruch 2, bei der das Netz (5) aus Baumwolle besteht.
4.
Hülse (6) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, bei der das Netz (5) zumindest einmal vollständig entlang des Umfangs der Mantelwand eingelegt ist.
5.
Hülse (6) nach Anspruch 4, bei der das Netz (5) fünf- bis achtmal vollständig entlang des Umfangs der Mantelwand eingelegt ist.
6.
Hülse (6) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, bei der das Netz (5) spiralförmig in die Mantelwand eingelegt ist.
7.
Hülse (6) nach Anspruch 6, bei der die flächigen Seiten des Netzes (5) durch das Fasermaterial (23) der Mantelwand zumindest abschnittweise voneinander getrennt sind.
8.
Hülse (6) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Maschen des Netzes (5) eine
Weite von 7 mm bis 20 mm aufweisen.
9.
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Hülse (6) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, mit den Schritten:
Anfertigen einer Mantelwand aus verbrennbarem verfilzten Fasermaterial (23) und
Einlegen einer Einlage (5) aus sich kreuzenden Fäden (5) in die Mantelwand,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fäden (5) so voneinander beabstandet sind, dass verfilztes
Fasermaterial (23) durch die Bereiche zwischen den Fäden (5) hindurchgreift.
10.
Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, bei dem
eine Siebform (20) zumindest abschnittweise in eine wässrige Pulpe (23) mit dem Fasermaterial (23) eintaucht,
über Unterdruck Fasermaterial (23) zur Ausbildung eines Rohfilzes auf der Siebform (20) angesaugt und dadurch angelagert wird,
die Siebform (20) gedreht wird und
die Drehachse der Siebform (20) horizontal ausgerichtet ist.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, bei dem die Fäden (5) ein Netz (5) bilden, sodass Fasermaterial (23) durch die Maschen des Netzes (5) hindurchgreift.
12.
Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, bei dem das Netz (5) während des Anlagems des Fasermaterials (23) in den entstehenden Rohfilz gewickelt wird.
13.
Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, bei dem das Netz (5) von einer Vorratsrolle (21) abgewickelt wird.
14.
Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, bei dem das Netz (5) zumindest einmal vollständig um den Umfang der Siebform (20) gewickelt wird.
15.
Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, bei dem das Netz (5) zumindest fünf- bis achtmal vollständig um den Umfang der Siebform (20) gewickelt wird.
16.
Verfahren nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, bei dem das Netz (5) spiralförmig in den entstehenden Rohfilz gewickelt wird.
17.
Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, bei dem zwischen den Wicklungen des Netzes (5) Fasermaterial
(23) aus der wässrigen Pulpe (23) angelagert wird.
18.
Munition (1) mit einer Hülse (6) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 oder mit einer Hülse (6) hergestellt nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 17.
19.
Munition (1) nach Anspruch 18, bei der das Treibladungspulver (4) unmittelbar von innen an der Hülse (6) anliegt.
