Claims (7)

  1. Palier freiné (5), en particulier pour un meuble (1),
    - comportant un tenon (12) ;
    - comportant une douille (13), qui reçoit le tenon (12) monté rotatif ; et
    - comportant un élément de frein (15) élastiquement compressible constitué par ex. de polyuréthane, qui est solidaire en rotation avec le tenon (12) ;
    - le tenon (12) et la douille (13) présentant entre eux une première position, dans laquelle l'élément de frein (15) disposé dans un évidement (23) de la douille (13) est essentiellement détendu, et une seconde position, dans laquelle l'élément de frein (15) est en appui essentiellement comprimé contre une surface de glissement de la douille (13) pour produire une force de frottement,
    - le tenon (12) présentant un évidement (16) sur sa circonférence (22), qui reçoit l'élément de frein (15), s'étend le long de l'axe médian (17) du tenon (12) dans celui-ci et est formé comme un perçage excentrique par rapport à l'axe médian (17) du tenon (12).
  2. Palier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la douille (13) présente un évidement (23), dans lequel l'élément de frein (15) est disposé dans la première position.
  3. Palier selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la douille (13) présente une surface de glissement (24), qui se raccorde à l'évidement (23) et enveloppe le tenon (12) en appui, l'élément de frein (15) étant en appui compressé dans la seconde position contre la surface de glissement (24).
  4. Palier selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que la surface de glissement (24) et l'évidement (23), vus le long de l'axe médian (17) du tenon (12), ont une forme approximative de poire.
  5. Palier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de frein (15) a une forme de cylindre plein et/ou est constitué de polyuréthane.
  6. Meuble (1), en particulier table pliante, avec au moins un palier (5) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
  7. Table pliante selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que un plateau de table (3) est apposé monté pivotant au moyen de l'au moins un palier (5) sur un piètement de table (2) entre une position verticale et une position horizontale de celui-ci, le tenon (12) et la douille (13) se trouvant entre eux dans la position verticale du plateau de table (3) dans sa première position et dans la position horizontale du plateau de table (3) dans sa seconde position, de telle sorte qu'un pivotement du plateau de table (3) est freiné de sa position verticale vers sa position horizontale.
