In this case, a subsystem has at least two rod-shaped elements, the cabin ceiling part prevent rotation about a horizontal axis of the cabin ceiling portion and which are rotationally coupled to the cabin ceiling portion and the ceiling frame. First coupling points of the at least two rod-shaped elements of a first subsystem with the cabin ceiling part lie on a first straight line and second coupling points of at least two rod-shaped elements of a second subsystem with the cabin ceiling part lie on a second straight line. The first and second straight lines intersect.

The advantage of such an elevator is that both tilting directions of the cabin ceiling part, which serves as a platform, are rotationally secured by the subsystems. The cabin ceiling part thus remains in a horizontal position during the entire lowering process. In addition, the cabin ceiling portion remains in its lower position upon entering the same in a stable position. These advantages, for example, allow a service technician to lower the cabin ceiling portion in a simple and controlled manner and, thanks to the stability of the platform, simplify maintenance operations from the elevator car.

It is also advantageous that the cabin ceiling part not tilted thanks to the always horizontal position of the cabin ceiling part during lowering. In addition, the lowering or lifting of the cabin ceiling part is independent of the point of attack of the service technician. The maintenance technician can thus easily move the cabin ceiling part from a position near the elevator car door comfortably and controlled vertically.

Preferably, the rod-shaped elements of the subsystems underlying the ceiling frame leave a clearance which the cabin ceiling portion passes from the upper rest position to the lower position during the lowering operation during the lowering operation.

It is advantageous that the cross section of the elevator car can be used optimally. Because the components of the Absenkmechanismus need no space outside the base of the cabin ceiling part or the ceiling frame, if necessary, the base of the cabin ceiling part can reach approximately the extent of the base of the cabin interior. Thus, the maintenance technician can easily and conveniently reach all the elements to be serviced in the shaft without having to lean far or even have to stand on the cabin roof or the ceiling frame.

According to the invention, at least one subsystem has a return element which supports the lowering movement up to an upper equilibrium point, counteracts the lowering movement between the upper equilibrium point and a lower force reversal point and supports the lowering movement from the lower force reversal point.

It is advantageous to use a restoring element that minimizes the effort of a service technician when lowering or lifting the cabin ceiling part between the two equilibrium points. In addition, the cabin ceiling part is automatically lowered from the upper rest position to the upper equilibrium point. In the upper equilibrium point of the cabin ceiling part is then held by the restoring element in suspension and prevents further rapid sagging of the cabin ceiling part in the cabin interior. In addition, the cabin ceiling part is automatically lowered from the lower equilibrium point in the lower position and prevents the cabin ceiling part from popping up when reaching the lower position. The handling of the lowerable cabin ceiling part is so much easier and safer.

The FIGS. 1 to 3 show a first embodiment of a lowerable cabin ceiling. The lowerable cabin ceiling has a ceiling frame 2, a lowerable cabin ceiling part 1 and a lowering mechanism. The lowering mechanism in turn has two subsystems. Each of these subsystems is designed as a pivoting fork frame, which is composed of a base bar 14 and two fork legs 10, 11, 12, 13. The show FIGS. 1 to 3 the cabin ceiling part 1 in an extended position, an intermediate position and a rest position. From the FIG. 3 It can be seen that the lowering mechanism takes up little space in its folded state. Moreover, in FIG. 3 introduced an orthogonal reference system with the directions x, y and z, the also on the in the Figures 1 and 2 as well as in the FIGS. 4 to 16 shown embodiments finds application.

In the first embodiment according to the FIGS. 1 to 3 The two subsystems each have a pivoting fork frame, consisting of a base rod 14 and two rod-shaped fork legs 10, 11, 12, 13, which are each connected at right angles to the end of the base bar 14. In the FIGS. 1 to 3 For reasons of space, only one basic bar 14, which is fastened to the ceiling frame, is visualized. A base bar 14 of a first pivoting fork frame is rotatably mounted on the ceiling frame 2. The free ends of the two rod-shaped fork legs 10, 11 are coupled by means of Drehlinearführungen with the cabin ceiling part 1. A basic rod of a second pivoting fork frame is rotatably mounted on the cabin ceiling part 1 and the free ends of the two fork legs 12, 13 are coupled by means of Drehlinearführungen with the ceiling frame 2. In addition, the two basic rods 14 are arranged at right angles to each other.

The first pivoting fork frame prevents the cabin ceiling part 1 from rotating around the x-axis of the in Figure 3 shown xyz coordinate system and the second pivoting fork frame prevents the cabin ceiling part 1 at a rotation about the y-axis, so that the cabin ceiling part 1 always remains aligned horizontally. In addition, the first pivoting fork frame prevents displacement of the cabin ceiling part 1 in the y-direction and the second pivoting fork frame prevents a displacement of the cabin ceiling part 1 in the x-direction. Since the two pivoting fork frame a rotation of the cabin ceiling part 1 order To prevent the z-axis, the kinematic degrees of freedom of the lower cab lower part 1 reduce to a vertical mobility in the z-direction.

The FIGS. 4 to 6 show a second embodiment of the lowerable cabin ceiling. Also in this second embodiment, the cabin ceiling has a ceiling frame 2, a cabin ceiling part 1 and a lowering mechanism. The lowering mechanism itself has two subsystems, each consisting of an articulated pair. An articulated pair in turn comprises two articulated arms 20, 21, 22, 23, which have the same direction of rotation when lowering the cabin ceiling part 1. From the FIG. 6 It can be seen that the collapsed articulated arms on the cab roof have a very small space requirement.

In the second embodiment according to the FIGS. 4 to 6 The two subsystems each have an articulated pair of two articulated arms 20, 21 and 22, 23. Each articulated arm 20, 21, 22, 23 has two rod-shaped legs 20.1, 20.2, 21.1, 21.2, 22.1, 22.2, 23.1, 23.2, which are connected to each other via a rotary joint, 20.3, 21.3, 22.3, 23.3. The ends of the rod-shaped articulated arms are coupled by means of rotary bearings 20.4, 20.5, 21.4, 21.5, 22.4, 22.5, 23.4, 23.5 to the ceiling frame 2 and to the cabin ceiling part 1. In addition, the directions of rotation of the first Knickarmepaars, consisting of the articulated arms 20, 21, and the second Knickarmepar, consisting of the articulated arms 22, 23, aligned at right angles to each other.

The first pair of articulated arms prevents the cabin ceiling part 1 from rotating around the x-axis in the xyz coordinate system and the second pair of articulated arms prevents the cabin ceiling part 1 from hindering on a rotation about the y-axis, so that the cabin ceiling part 1 always remains aligned horizontally.

According to FIGS. 7 to 10 is in the second embodiment, at least one leg pair, for example, consisting of the legs 20.2, 21.2 of the first and / or second Knickarmepaars connected by at least one transverse strut 24.1, 24.2, 25.1, 25.2. Under pair of legs here are two legs 20.2, 21.2 understood that are each part of a Knickarms 20, 21, 22, 23, are arranged at the same height, ie both are either coupled to the ceiling frame 2 or both on the cabin ceiling part 1, and belong to the same Knickarmepaar ,

Because in order to increase the rigidity of the Absenkmechanismus in the x and y direction and the torsional stiffness about the z-axis, the Knickarmepaare example, at their leg pairs with the example: welded crossbars 24.1, 24.2, 25.1, 25.2 equipped. These transverse struts 24.1, 24.2, 25.1, 25.2 move in the lowering process in different planes and are geometrically designed so that no collisions take place during the movement of the cabin ceiling part 1 between the cross struts 24.1, 24.2, 25.1, 25.2 and the pairs of legs different Knickarmepaare.

The FIGS. 7 to 10 show an example of an embodiment with eight cross struts 24.1, 24.2, 25.1, 25.2. Each two cross struts 24.1, 24.2, 25.1, 25.2 form a cross strut cross, which each connects a leg pair of a Knickarmepaars. However, it is at the discretion of a person skilled in the art how many transverse struts and in which arrangement between the pairs of legs are used.

FIGS. 14 to 16 show the second embodiment with at least one transverse strut 29, 30, which connects the hinges 20.3, 21.3 and 22.3, 23.3 each of a Knickarmepaars together. This at least one additional transverse strut 29, 30 causes a further reinforcement and stabilization of the lowering mechanism. The at least one additional transverse strut 29, 30 is realized, for example, as a cross-connection tube.

In FIG. 14 are all pairs of legs of Knickarmepaare equal length. An articulated pair, for example consisting of the articulated arms 20, 21, is mounted on the cabin ceiling part 1 or coupled to the ceiling frame 2. For this purpose, support elements 31.1, 31.2, 32.1, 32.2, such as spacer plates 32.1, spacing blocks 31.1, 31.2, 32.2 or washers used. These support elements 31.1, 31.2, 32.1, 32.2 are mounted on top of the cabin ceiling part 1 and on top of the ceiling frame 2 and serve as increased coupling points of the articulated arms 20, 21, 22, 23. In this way, the two transverse struts 29, 30 come at different heights lie and remain collision-free when lowering the lowering mechanism.

According to FIGS. 15 and 16 is the upper leg pair of a first Knickarmepaars with the legs 22.2, 23.2 shorter than the upper leg pair of a second Knickarmepar with the legs 20.2, 21.2. Due to the different length of these leg pairs result in different height folding axes of Knickarmepaare. During the lowering movement is thus ensured that the additional transverse struts 29, 30 do not collide with cross struts 24.1, 25.2 or legs 20.1, 20.2, 21.1, 21.2, 22.1, 22.2, 23.1, 23.2 other Knickarmpaare. In the here As shown, a pad element 33.1, 33.2, 34.1, 34.2 is still provided to increase the coupling points of the articulated arms 20, 21, 22, 23 on the cabin ceiling part 1 or ceiling frame 2. However, the difference in the leg length can be selected by the skilled person so that it is possible to dispense with a support element.

According to FIGS. 11 to 16 connects in the second embodiment at least one further articulated arm 28 a free corner of the cabin ceiling part 1 with the ceiling frame 2. Three corners of the cabin ceiling part 1 are already held by the articulated arms 20, 21, 22, 23. A further stabilization of the cabin ceiling part 1 in the lowered position is ensured by means of at least one additional articulated arm 28 which connects the free fourth corner of the cabin ceiling part 1 with the ceiling frame 2. Because of the balance of the lowering mechanism is like in the FIGS. 14 to 16 shown the additional articulated arm 28 preferably arranged at a 45 ° angle to the other articulated arms 20, 21, 22, 23. According to the FIGS. 11 to 13 is an arrangement of the articulated arm 28, in which he collapses parallel to the bending axis of the second Knickarmepaars, also possible.

The orientation of the axis of rotation of the first additional articulated arm are parallel to the axis of rotation of the articulated arms 20, 21 and the orientation of the axis of rotation of the second additional articulated arm parallel to the axis of rotation of the articulated arms 22, 23rd

The FIGS. 11 to 13 show the second embodiment with a weight compensation mechanism. there the weight compensation mechanism has at least one lever arm 26.2, 27.2 and a return element 26.1, 27.1. The weight compensation mechanism aims at a partial compensation of the weight of the cabin ceiling part 1 and the lowering mechanism, whereby the most comfortable and safe lowering and lifting the cabin ceiling part 1 is achieved using a small hand force as possible.

According to FIGS. 11 to 13 is in the second embodiment, at least one upper leg 22.2, 23.2 of an articulated arm 22, 23 rotatably coupled to the lever arm 26.2, 27.2. The coupling angle between in each case a lever arm 26.2, 27.2 and an upper leg 22.2, 23.2 is preferably in the range of 0 to 30 °. A return element 26.1, 27.1 couples a lever arm 26.2, 27.2 and the elevator car 3 and exerts a restoring force on the lever arm 26.2, 27.2 and the upper leg 22.2, 23.2. Preferably, two lever arms 26.2, 27.2 are connected to the elevator car 3 by means of tension springs 26.1, 27.1.

In the example shown, a restoring element 26.1, 27.1 designed as a tension spring. In this case, a tension spring 26.1, 27.1 attached to the rear supporting corner profiles of the elevator car 3 at the upper end of the lever 26.2, 27.2 and laterally outside. As an alternative to the mechanical tension springs 26.1, 27.1, the return elements could also be designed as gas springs. An arrangement with compression springs is also possible.

The design of the weight compensation mechanism in particular the geometric relationships, the masses of the moving parts and the spring constants of the springs are chosen so that the cabin ceiling part 1 with a lower or lift manual power of preferably less than about 100 N.

The FIG. 17 shows the force-displacement curve of the applied manual force. In the example shown, the cabin ceiling part goes through the following lowering and lifting steps:

The maintenance technician dissolves inside the elevator car 3 a locking of the lowerable cabin ceiling part 1. In this case, the part 1 is lowered by, for example, about 150 mm to an upper equilibrium point.

The maintenance technician stands in the car door opening and pulls the cabin ceiling part 1 preferably at its front end further down until the cabin ceiling part 1 has passed a lower power reversal point at about 770 mm reduction. When exceeding the lower Kraftumkehrpunktes the cabin ceiling part 1 moves by itself in its lower extended position at about 950 mm. The maintenance technician locks at least one of the front articulated arms 20, 28, wherein a rotary joint 20.3, 28.3 is fixed.

Preferably, there is a ladder 4 on the cab roof part 1. After the cab roof part 1 is completely lowered, the service technician takes the ladder 4 from the cab roof part 1 and rises by means of the ladder 4 to the cab roof part 1. If the other articulated arms 21, 22, 23 are not yet fully outstretched, they are now stretched to the stop by the weight of the service technician.

The maintenance technician can now make all the necessary maintenance work in the shaft out of the elevator car 3. After completing the maintenance work and leaving the cabin ceiling part 1, the service technician places the ladder 4 back on the cabin ceiling part 1.

Standing in the doorway, the maintenance technician releases the locking of the front articulated arm 20, 28 and pushes it into the cabin center until the cabin ceiling part 1 has passed the lower power reversal point at about 750 mm. The remaining articulated arms 21, 22, 23 are preferably provided with return springs, which ensure that the articulated arms 21, 22, 23 reliably buckle in the intended direction towards the elevator car center. From the equilibrium point the cabin ceiling part 1 is lifted by the tension springs 26.1, 27.1 in the upper equilibrium point at about 150 mm. Depending on the system friction of the lowering mechanism, it may be necessary to use a small hand force to reach the upper equilibrium point.

The maintenance technician now goes into the elevator car 3 and pushes the cabin ceiling part 1 against the spring force of the tension springs 26.1, 27.1 upwards and locks the cabin ceiling part 1 in its upper rest position.

The Figures 18 and 19 illustrate an elevator 100, which has an elevator car 3, which is movable in the elevator shaft 40. For this purpose, the elevator 100 furthermore has at least one suspension or traction means, on which the elevator car 3 is suspended, via a drive which is in operative contact with the suspension or traction means and which drives the latter, via a counterweight, which is likewise suspended from the suspension. or traction means is suspended and balances the cabin weight, and guide rails, the elevator car 3 in the elevator shaft 40 leads. The latter elevator components are in the Figures 18 and 19 not shown for clarity.

In particular, the shows FIG. 18 a doorless elevator car 3 with the cabin ceiling part 1 in its rest position and with collapsed lowering mechanism. The movable part of the ceiling, the cabin ceiling part 1 and the lowering mechanism is suspended from the roof frame 2 and preferably locked by means of a bolt, bolt or the like. The ceiling frame 2 is preferably attached to four corner profiles of the elevator car 3. The FIG. 19 shows the elevator car 3 with the cabin ceiling part 1 in its lowered position.

The lowerable car ceiling is described in the above embodiments in the application as a maintenance platform. However, this cabin ceiling can also be used for other purposes with minor adaptations. For example, the lowerable car ceiling is also an evacuation platform for the exit from a stationary elevator car or as a safety device for maintaining a security space above the elevator car, especially at reduced height of the shaft headspace.

When using the lowerable cabin ceiling as an evacuation platform, the changed space requirements must be taken into account primarily. For when leaving enclosed passengers from an elevator car, the lowerable cabin ceiling part is to be designed so that a passenger can reach the top of the cabin ceiling part from the interior of the elevator car even with the cabin doors closed. Is one possible during maintenance work large base surface of the cabin ceiling part of advantage, is in the dimensioning of the cabin ceiling part as an evacuation platform to ensure that when lowered cabin ceiling part, a passenger can stand upright next to the cabin ceiling part. It is advantageous if the cabin ceiling part only uses about half of the floor space available in the cabin interior. This ensures that a passenger, for example, by means of a ladder board the cabin ceiling part and can get from there to the cabin roof. The ladder is preferably on the top of the cabin ceiling part, as in the above example.

The evacuation platform is preferably also equipped with a weight-balancing mechanism so that the cab top part can be operated safely and with the least manual effort. For this purpose, a weight compensation mechanism of the type described above is suitable with a lever arm and a return element with a comparable force-displacement curve. The adjustment of the return element and the arrangement of the elements of the weight balance mechanism follow, taking into account the changed weight ratios of the reduced cabin ceiling part.

When using the lowerable cabin ceiling as a safety device, the largest possible base area of the cabin ceiling part is advantageous. Because the safety device to enter the cabin roof by an unauthorized person reliably a security room of a virtual cuboid with a floor area of at least 0.6 to 0.8 m and a Höche of at least 0.5 m guarantee. For this purpose, the cabin ceiling part lowers after entering the interior of the elevator car.

Preferably, the safety device has a modified weight compensation mechanism, which has an adapted force-displacement curve. The weight compensation mechanism is for example adjustable so that a restoring force acts over the entire lowering path of the cabin ceiling part. Thus, the lowering of the cabin ceiling part is braked so that neither persons inside the cabin nor the person who is on the canopy come to harm. Instead of the tension spring from the above example, the use of a damper or a spring-damper combination is possible.

Preferably, the safety device also has a triggering mechanism for releasing the locking of the cabin ceiling part. In this case, the automatic triggering system comprises at least one sensor for detecting the presence of a person on the car roof and an actuator for opening the lock. Suitable sensors are infrared sensors, pressure sensors, motion detectors, pedal switches and the like.

In a particularly simple embodiment, the safety device has no automatic triggering. There is also no locking of the cabin ceiling part provided. In this embodiment, however, a design of the weight compensation mechanism is provided, which presses the cabin ceiling part in the rest position against a stop. Only after the person sitting on the car roof unauthorized person steps on the cabin ceiling part, the cabin ceiling part lowers by the additional weight of the person inside the elevator car.

Particularly advantageous is the simultaneous use of the lowerable cabin ceiling for different purposes. Thus, the lowerable car ceiling can be used as a maintenance platform and / or evacuation platform and / or as a safety device.
