Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for counted portioning a scale flow consisting of flat, generally plate-shaped objects, in particular folded, not erected cardboard semi-finished products, such as occurs at the output of gluing machines, for further processing of the portions, for example in a packaging process.
- Stopper at the desired time, a clamping device is confirmed, which restrains the next object of the scaling after counting the desired portion. As soon as the obtained portion has been passed on, the clamping device is released and the next portion is formed.
- the stopper principle has the same performance penalty as the stopper and can result in damage to the article by the clamping pressure, but is applicable to very thin objects.
- One such application is in the patent EP 1 215 150 B1 described.
- Portioning The objects are first piled out of the shingled stream against a stop. Time-delayed, the objects are then removed across the scale flow, counted and dammed again scaled in a transport route. If the portion comprises the desired number of items, the next item is stopped and the portion is transported as a scaly unit.
- This type of portioning is limited to items made of solid cardboard, which are longitudinally glued or requires 4 and 6 corner cards. Such a principle is used in the Cartonpack GT.
- the invention has for its object to provide a portioning device, with a shingled stream of objects of any design and any material, without damaging the objects and without power limitation of the upstream machines can be divided to provide.
- portioning device is a scale flow consisting of flat, generally plate-shaped objects, in particular folded, not erected cardboard semi-finished products passed to a designated by an arrow 11 point of a gluing machine.
- the objects are taken over by a transport device 1, which preferably transport faster can as the transport device of the gluing machine, and thus, if necessary, pulled apart so far that a gripping device 3 can pick off a single object.
- the gripping device preferably one or more vacuum suckers, is fixed to a carriage 4 which is movable along a guide 6 with adjustable, variable linear speed.
- the transport device 2 with adjustable, variable linear speed the portions are transported one after the other at a freely determinable over the relationship between the carriage and conveyor belt 2-speed intervals.
- the counter 5 the items are counted in passing.
- the next item is tapped with another gripping device 10 and the portion 8 deposited by releasing its first object from the gripping device 3 on the conveyor belt 2.
- the further gripping device 10 is attached to a further carriage 9, which moves along a second guide 7 in parallel and at the same speed and direction as the carriage 4.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for counted portioning a scale flow consisting of flat, generally plate-shaped objects, in particular folded, not erected cardboard semi-finished products, such as occurs at the output of gluing machines, for further processing of the portions, for example in a packaging process.
- Stop: at the desired time, a stop is moved which retains the next object of the scale after counting the desired portion. The objects pile up to a counted pile. Once the desired size of the new Portion is reached, the stop is moved back, released the recovered portion and moves the stop again so that the next object of the scaling is stopped. The performance of this process is determined by the speed of the scale flow and by the geometric properties of the shingled articles. The fact that an object is stopped, the subsequent pile up on the stopped object. In order to prevent the articles from towering beyond the desired number until the portion is released and continued, the scaling distance and the shingled stream speed must be selected accordingly, resulting in a performance limitation of the upstream machines. If the articles are very thin, secure retention of the articles can not be ensured because the manufacturing tolerances of the article prevent adequate adjustment of the stop. This stop principle applies z. For example, in the COROPACK, a bundling machine for folding bottom boxes.
Ein solches Prinzip findet Anwendung bei der Cartonpack GT.Portioning: The objects are first piled out of the shingled stream against a stop. Time-delayed, the objects are then removed across the scale flow, counted and dammed again scaled in a transport route. If the portion comprises the desired number of items, the next item is stopped and the portion is transported as a scaly unit. This type of portioning is limited to items made of solid cardboard, which are longitudinally glued or requires 4 and 6 corner cards. Such a principle is used in the Cartonpack GT.
The invention has for its object to provide a portioning device, with a shingled stream of objects of any design and any material, without damaging the objects and without power limitation of the upstream machines can be divided to provide.
