Claims (13)

  1. Bouteille améliorée (1) pour des produits fluides, en particulier des produits pharmaceutiques, médicinaux et cosmétiques, comprenant :
    - un corps de rétention (2) destiné à contenir un produit fluide, en particulier un produit pharmaceutique, médicinal ou cosmétique, et qui se prolonge à une extrémité par un col (3), au sommet duquel une embouchure (4) de distribution dudit produit est définie,
    - une membrane (8) pouvant être déchirée, destinée à fermer ladite embouchure de distribution (4),
    - un élément de fermeture (5) qui peut être vissé ou dévissé sur ladite extrémité du corps de rétention (2) et qui comprend un bouchon (6), à l'intérieur duquel est défini au moins un perforateur (7) de ladite membrane (8), qui est en saillie à partir du fond du bouchon (6) lui-même,
    - des moyens filetés constitués d'une vis (23), définie sur la surface latérale externe du col (3), et d'un écrou (24) correspondant défini sur la surface latérale interne du bouchon (6),
    la bouteille (1) étant caractérisée par le fait que le bouchon (6) possède une configuration de sûreté, dans laquelle ledit perforateur (7) est positionné à l'écart de ladite membrane (8) et dans laquelle ladite vis (23) et ledit écrou (24) sont positionnés à distance, de telle sorte qu'on peut faire tourner librement ledit bouchon (6) autour de l'axe de vissage et de dévissage dudit élément de fermeture (5) dans au moins une direction de rotation, configuration de sûreté dans laquelle le bouchon (6) est maintenu par des moyens de maintien comprenant au moins un premier élément de rétention (20), qui comprend à son tour une dent annulaire définie en étant en saillie à partir de la surface latérale du col (3) et qui est apte à venir en engagement avec au moins un élément de verrouillage respectif (21), comprenant à son tour une rainure annulaire, définie sur la surface latérale interne dudit bouchon (6) ;
    ledit bouchon (6) étant apte à coulisser de la configuration de sûreté vers une configuration de travail, par l'intermédiaire d'une action de pression qui, en outre, ajuste le bouchon (6) sur le col (3), en dégageant la dent annulaire (20) de la rainure annulaire (21), configuration de travail dans laquelle ladite vis (23) est ajustée dans l'écrou (24) de telle manière qu'une action de torsion de vissage sur le bouchon (6) a pour effet que le perforateur (7) vient plus près de l'embouchure de distribution (4), en ce qui concerne le contact et la rupture de la membrane (8), et qu'une action de torsion ultérieure dans la direction du dévissage permet alors d'enlever le bouchon (6) du col (3), libérant ainsi l'embouchure de distribution (4) et permettant l'utilisation du produit situé à l'intérieur du corps de rétention (2).
  2. Bouteille (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins un collier d'étanchéité (18) placé, en pouvant être enlevé par déchirure, entre ledit corps de rétention (2) et ledit élément de fermeture (5).
  3. Bouteille (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit collier d'étanchéité (18) est associé à au moins l'un parmi ledit corps de rétention (2) et ledit bouchon (6), le long de premières zones affaiblies (19) respectives.
  4. Bouteille (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdites premières zones affaiblies (19) sont définies entre la surface supérieure dudit collier (18) et la portion inférieure dudit bouchon (6).
  5. Bouteille (1) selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que lesdites premières zones affaiblies (19) sont du type à ligne de rupture prédéfinie.
  6. Bouteille (1) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une deuxième dent annulaire (22) définie en étant en saillie par rapport à la surface latérale de ladite extrémité du corps de rétention (2) au-dessous dudit premier élément de rétention (20), et dans laquelle, pendant le dévissage en vue de l'enlèvement dudit bouchon (6), ledit collier d'étanchéité (18) vient en engagement sur ladite deuxième dent annulaire (22), provoquant ainsi la rupture desdites premières zones affaiblies (19) et le détachement dudit collier d'étanchéité (18).
  7. Bouteille selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une patte de préhension définie en étant en saillie par rapport à la surface latérale externe dudit corps de rétention.
  8. Bouteille (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une paire de pattes de préhension (25) qui, à partir dudit corps de rétention (2), s'étendent l'une par rapport à l'autre dans des directions diamétralement opposées.
  9. Bouteille (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que lesdites pattes de préhension (25) sont associées, le long de deuxièmes zones affaiblies (26), aux pattes de préhension (25) des corps de rétention (2) d'autres bouteilles (1) disposées à la suite à côté d'elle.
  10. Bouteille (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit bouchon (6) est associé, le long de troisièmes zones affaiblies (28), au bouchon (6) d'autres bouteilles (1) disposées à la suite à côté d'elle.
  11. Bouteille (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une clé de fonctionnement (27) définie en faisant partie intégrante dudit bouchon (6).
  12. Bouteille (1) selon les revendications 10 et 11, caractérisée en ce que lesdites troisièmes zones affaiblies (28) sont définies entre lesdites clés de fonctionnement (27) des bouchons (6) de bouteilles (1) disposées à la suite à côté les unes des autres.
  13. Bouteille selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisée en ce que ladite clé de fonctionnement (27) est composée d'une paire de pattes de fonctionnement, chacune d'elles étant diamétralement opposée à l'autre et étant définie en étant en saillie à partir de la surface latérale externe dudit bouchon (6).
