Abstract

Flacon amélioré pour produits fluides, en particulier des produits pharmaceutiques, médicinaux ou cosmétiques, comportant un corps de rétention destiné à contenir un produit fluide, en particulier un produit pharmaceutique, médicinal ou cosmétique, une embouchure de distribution du produit définie à une extrémité du corps de rétention, une membrane pelable servant à boucher l'embouchure de distribution, un élément de fermeture susceptible d'être vissé ou dévissé sur ladite extrémité du corps de rétention et pourvu d'un bouchon à l'intérieur duquel est défini au moins un perforateur de la membrane, et un moyen de maintien destiné à maintenir le bouchon dans une configuration de sûreté où le perforateur est positionné sensiblement à l'écart de la membrane et où le bouchon peut être librement tourné autour de l'axe de vissage et de dévissage de l'élément de fermeture dans au moins une direction de rotation.
