Claims (14)

  1. Rauchabzugsklappe mit Verriegelung (1), umfassend einen Rahmen (5) zum Einbau der Klappe in einen Rauchabzugskanal (2), umfassend mindestens einen Flügel (3), der in dem Rahmen (5) befestigt ist und der sich im eingebauten Zustand in dem Rauchabzugskanal (2) zwischen einer geschlossenen Stellung, in der der Kanal (2) geschlossen ist, und einer offenen Stellung, in der der Kanal (2) offen ist, verschieben kann, und der eine Platte aus feuerfestem Material (4) umfasst, die sich im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Fläche des Flügels (3) erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (5) Aluminiumprofile (6) zur Fixierung der Klappe (1) im Kanal (2) aufweist, dass die Klappe (1) eine oder mehrere Dichtung(en) (8) aufweist, die, wenn sich der Flügel (3) in geschlossener Stellung befindet, zwischen den Aluminiumprofilen (6) des Rahmens (5) und dem Flügel (3) angeordnet ist/sind, sodass die Luftdichtigkeit der Klappe (1) gewährleistet wird, wenn diese sich in dieser geschlossenen Stellung befindet, dass der Rahmen (5) feuerfestes Material (17) umfasst und dass auf der Seite des Rauchabzugskanals (2) die Aluminiumprofile (6) des Rahmens (5) durch das feuerfeste Material (17) des Rahmens (5) abgeschirmt sind.
  2. Klappe (1) nach Anspruch (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Platte aus feuerfestem Material (4) des Flügels (3) im Wesentlichen auf der Außenseite des Flügels (3) erstreckt.
  3. Klappe (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügel (3) Aluminiumprofile (7) umfasst, die sich im Wesentlichen auf dem Umriss der Platte aus feuerfestem Material (4) erstrecken, und dass die Dichtungen (8) zwischen den Aluminiumprofilen (6) des Rahmens (5) und den Aluminiumprofilen (7) des Flügels (3) angeordnet sind.
  4. Klappe (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Seite des Rauchabzugskanals die Aluminiumprofile (7) des Flügels (3) durch die Platte aus feuerfestem Material (4) des Flügels (3) abgeschirmt sind.
  5. Klappe (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte aus feuerfestem Material (4) eine Calciumsilikatplatte ist.
  6. Klappe (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aluminiumprofile (6, 7) Strangpressprofile sind.
  7. Klappe (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügel (3) eine zweite Platte aus feuerfestem Material (9) umfasst, die sich im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Fläche des Flügels (3) erstreckt.
  8. Klappe (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Platte aus feuerfestem Material (9) in einem bestimmten Abstand von der ersten Platte aus feuerfestem Material (4) angeordnet ist, sodass die Platten (4, 9) und die Aluminiumprofile (7) des Flügels (3) einen leeren Innenraum (10) des Flügels (3) bilden.
  9. Klappe (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aluminiumprofile (7) des Flügels (3) im Wesentlichen zwischen der ersten Platte (4) und der zweiten Platte (9) angeordnet sind.
  10. Klappe (1) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (1) einen Verriegelungsmechanismus (11) umfasst, der im Wesentlichen zwischen der ersten Platte (4) und der zweiten Platte (9) angeordnet ist.
  11. Klappe (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (1) mindestens eine Stange (12) aufweist, die in dem Rahmen (5) so angebracht ist, dass sie ein Hindernis in dem Rauchabzugskanal (2) bildet, wenn der Flügel (3) sich in offener Stellung befindet.
  12. Klappe (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügel (3) mindestens eine Nut aufweist, in der die Stange (12) aufgenommen ist, wenn sich der Flügel (3) in geschlossener Stellung befindet.
  13. Klappe (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (1) eine oder mehrere anschwellende Dichtung(en) (14) umfasst, die zumindest teilweise die erste Platte aus feuerfestem Material (4) umgibt/umgeben.
  14. Klappe (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (1) eine oder mehrere anschwellende Dichtung(en) (15) umfasst, die zumindest teilweise den Rahmen (5) umgibt/umgeben.
