Description

  • Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zur Abdichtung des Rotationskolbens gegen die umgebenden Gehäusewand von Rotations-Kompressions- und -Expansionsmaschinen.
  • Stand der Technik
  • Für Rotationskolbenmaschinen sind unterschiedliche Lösungswege zur Herstellung der Dichtheit des Kolbens gegen die umgebenden Gehäusewand beim Bewegungsablauf bekannt. Sogenannte Flügelzellenmaschinen erreichen eine fast gute Dichtheit durch die hohe Maßgenauigkeit der Bauteile Rotor, Gehäuse und Flügel, die den Arbeitsraum umschließen und die zur Funktion notwendigen kleinstmöglichen Spalte zwischen den Bauteilen ergeben. In bestimmten Anwendungsfällen lässt sich die Dichtheit noch verbessern, indem ein geeignetes Fluid in die Maschine gebracht wird und ein geringer Fluidfilm als Dichtkörper zwischen den Bauteilen entsteht. Bei der Durchführung von Kompressionsaufgaben solcher Maschinen werden die verbleibenden Spaltverluste in Kauf genommen. Sie wirken sich als Verminderung der Förderleistung aus, die durch Erhöhung der Antriebsleistung des Kompressors ausgeglichen werden kann. Bei Expansionsmaschinen können die Spaltverluste zum Funktionsverlust führen, insbesondere dann, wenn eine schädliche Expansion überwiegend über die Spalte erfolgt und sich nicht als Nutzdrehkraft des Rotors auswirkt.
  • Hingegen können expandierende Medien in höheren Temperaturbereichen, wie sie bei thermischen Kraftmaschinen auftreten, zur Zerstörung der Maschine führen, indem die durchtretenden heißen Gase an diesen Stellen zerstörende Materialabtragungen bewirken, die die Spalte noch vergrößern.
  • In grundlegenden Untersuchungen von F. Wankel wurde gefunden, dass insbesondere Rotationsbrennkraftmaschinen, die mehr als drei relativ zueinander bewegte Bauteile wie Rotor, am Rotor angeordnete bewegliche Kolbenteile und Gehäuse benutzen, nicht funktionieren können, da Dichtelemente nicht so angeordnet werden können, dass im Bewegungsablauf der Maschine ein in sich geschlossenes räumliches Dichtliniensystem mit gleicher geometrischer Gestalt möglich ist. Anschaulich tritt dieser Defekt bei einer Flügelzellenmaschine auf. Zwar kann durch federnde Dichtleisten entlang der Flügelkanten eine radiale und axiale Abdichtung gegen die Gehäusewand hergestellt werden, aber die Dichtlinie wird im Bereich der Rotornabe durch eine bleibende Unstetigkeit unterbrochen und führt zur Undichtheit der Maschine. Schlussfolgernd aus diesem Erfahrungssatz wurde als bislang einzige funktionierende Rotationskolbenmaschine mit innerer Verbrennung durch F. Wankel ein Motortyp entwickelt, der nur 2 relativ zueinander bewegte, den Arbeitsraum umschließende Bauteile aufweist: ein Gehäuse mit einer trochoidenförmigen Laufbahn und ein ebenfalls von einer Trochoide abgeleiteter Rotationskolben als innerer Hüllkörper der Gehäuselaufbahn. Auf diesem Kolben lassen sich Dichtleisten anordnen, die die Bedingung der unveränderten geometrischen Gestalt erfüllen. Der Motortyp ist als Wankelmotor bekannt geworden.
  • Trotz der Vorzüge und der erfolgreichen Entwicklung dieses Motortyps konnten einige technische Zielstellungen nicht erreicht werden. Dies betrifft die geometrisch bedingte Volumenänderung mit der benutzten Trochoide, die die Durchführung eines üblichen Dieselprozesses nicht gestattet. Dies betrifft auch, weniger einschneidend, die Schmierung der Dichtleisten sowie damit in Zusammenhang stehend die Wärmeabfuhr vom Kolben an die Gehäusewand.
  • Für die Abdichtung des Kolbens von Rotationskolbenmaschinen, insbesondere von Kreiskolbenmaschinen ist die Verwendung von beweglichen radialen Dichtleisten, die in den Kolben eingesetzt werden der Stand der Technik. Beispielhaft wird auf die Verwendung radialer Dichtleisten bei Rotationskolbenmaschinen der Bauart Wankel verwiesen. Eine weitere zweckmäßige Art der Anordnung der Dichtleisten ist möglich, wenn der Kreiskolben quer zu seiner Drehachse geteilt ist und die radialen Dichtleisten als ebenfalls geteilte Dichtleistenpaare in die Spitzen des Kreiskolbens eingesetzt werden, so dass sie sich der axialen Spreizung beider Kolbenhälften anpassen können.
  • Eine bekannte Lösung wird in der gattungsbildenden DE 198 50 753 A1 gezeigt. Hier wird die zweckmäßige Verbindung zweier Scheiben eines quer geteilten Rotationskolbens vorgeschlagen, in dem die beiden beschriebenen Seitenscheiben 8 und 22 bzw. 8' und 22' durch die mit den Seitenscheiben verbundenen Vorsprünge (,Stege' 28, ,Ecken' 9) so axial ineinander greifen, dass ein Kolben gebildet wird, der die für die gewollte Funktion die hypotrochoidialen Kolbens erforderliche Kontur und Breite hat.
  • An den genannten Beispielen wird erkennbar, dass das Dichtsystem einer solcherart gebauten Rotationskolbenmaschine mit einem bestimmten technologischen Bauaufwand verbunden ist, der sich relativ, in Bezug auf die Leistungsgröße einer Rotationskolbenmaschine, erhöht, wenn die Maschine in ihren Abmessungen verkleinert wird.
  • Darstellung der Erfindung
  • Hieraus ergibt sich die Aufgabe der Erfindung eine Dichtleistenanordnung zu schaffen, die auch bei Verringerung der Abmessungen einer Rotationskolbenmaschine in solche Größenordnungen, die herkömmliche technologischen Fertigungen nicht mehr erlauben bzw. in solche geringen Größenordnungen, bei denen die Funktionalität sehr kleiner Bauteile unter den Bedingungen thermodynamischer Kreisprozesse nicht mehr gegeben ist, eine Abdichtung zu ermöglichen.
  • Die erfinderische Lösung besteht darin, dass der Rotor aus zwei parallelen Rotor-Scheibensegmenten besteht, welche durch Federkräfte so an die Gehäusewand gedrückt werden, dass sie dort mit ihrer Fläche dichtend anliegen und eine Umströmung nicht möglich ist sowie darin, dass die Abdichtung der zwischen den Rotor-Segmentscheiben entstehenden Fugen durch Dichtleisten innerhalb der Fugen verschlossen werden und diese Dichtleisten an die Dichtleisten, die an der Gehäuselaufbahn anliegen federnd so anschließen, dass sich ein System durchgängiger ebener Dichtlinien ergibt, das keine Unterbrechungen mehr aufweist.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zur Abdichtung des Kolbens von Rotationskolbenmaschinen, wobei der Rotationskolben aus zwei Rotorsegmenten besteht, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Rotorsegment auf seiner Innenseite eine zur Kolbenmitte zentrische Ringnute aufweist, in welche ein ringförmiger zentrischer Rezess, der auf der Innenseite des zweiten Rotorsegments angeordnet ist, passend eingreift, und dass die beiden Rotorsegmente mit diesen fest verbundene Dichtleisten aufweisen. Die Dichtleisten des ersten Rotorsegments schließen an die Ringnute an und die Dichtleisten des zweiten Rotorsegments sind mit dem Rezess verbunden. Neben den Dichtleisten in den Rotorsegmenten sind Entlastungs-Ausfräsungen angeordnet.
  • Die Dichtleisten sind über einen Teil ihrer axialen Erstreckung auf halber Länge und Breite zum Innern des Kolbens gerichtet abgestuft, so dass Überdeckungsflächen entstehen, und sich die Dichtleisten beim Zusammenfügen der Rotorsegmente mit der abgestuften Dichtleiste der jeweiligen Gegenseite, gegeneinander gesteckt, paarig überlappen.
  • Die Dichtleisten und die beiden Rotorsegmente bestehen entweder aus demselben Material oder aus einem anderen geeigneten fest eingefügten Material als die beiden Rotorsegmente.
  • Ein Vorteil der Erfindung ist es, dass die Rotorsegmente so ausgebildet sind, dass sie an den radialen Spitzen feste Dichtleisten haben, die über die ganze Breite der Rotorsegmente reichen. Die Dichtleisten erhalten eine weiche Elastizität in Umfangsrichtung durch die peripheren Ausfräsungen im Kolbenmaterial neben ihnen, wodurch eine gegenüber dem umgebenden Material geringere elastische Steifigkeit bewirkt wird. Durch die Andruckkraft des Kolbens gegen die Gehäusewand wird eine elastische Biegung der Dichtleiste entgegen der Bewegungsrichtung des Kolbens bei gleichzeitiger Abdichtung erreicht.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Dichtleistenanordnung kann vor allem, aber nicht ausschließlich, bei miniaturisierten Rotationskolbenmaschinen Anwendung finden.
  • Ausführung der Erfindung
  • Die Erfindung wird am Beispiel mit den Figuren 1, 2 und 3 beschrieben. Dazu zeigen die Figuren 1 und 2 die beiden Rotorsegmente in verschiedenen Blickrichtungen und Figur 3 den zusammengesetzten Kolben.
  • Es bedeuten in den Bildern:

  • Die Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen den geöffneten Kolben. Der Rotor der erfindungsgemäßen Rotationskolbenmaschine, insbesondere einer Kreiskolbenmaschine besteht aus den Rotorsegmenten 1 und 2, die eine gegen die Mittelwelle wirkende Abdichtung haben, indem ein ringförmiger Rezess 3 in eine Ringnute 4 eingepasst wird. Dazu hat das erste Rotorsegment 1 auf der Seite, die dem zweiten Rotorsegment 2 zugewandt ist eine zur Kolbenmitte zentrische Ringnute 4, in welche der auf dem Rotorsegment 2 befindliche ringförmige zentrische Rezess 3 (Ringfeder) passend eingefügt ist. Beide Rotorsegmente 1 und 2 sind mit aus dem gleichen Material oder einem anderen geeigneten fest eingefügten Material bestehenden Dichtleisten 5 und 6 fest verbunden. Die Dichtleisten 5 und 6 sind über einen Teil ihrer axialen Erstreckung auf halber Länge und Breite zum Innern des Kolbens gerichtet durch eingefräste Überdeckungsflächen 7 abgestuft, so dass beim Zusammenfügen der Rotorsegmente 1 und 2 das wechselseitige, paarige Ineinanderstecken der Dichtleisten 5 und 6 mit ihren Überdeckungsflächen 7 ermöglicht wird. (siehe Figur 3)
  • Die erforderliche Elastizität der Dichtleisten 5 und 6 zur radialen Abdichtung gegen die Gehäuselaufbahn wird dadurch erreicht, dass in den Rotorsegmenten 1 und 2 neben den Dichtleisten 5 und 6 in das umgebende Material der Rotorsegmente 1 und 2 Ausfräsungen (so genannte Entlastungs-Ausrundungen) 10 in einer geeigneten geometrischen Form eingebracht werden, die die Funktion einer Spannungsentlastung haben, wenn auf die Dichtleisten 5 und 6 in Umfangsrichtung des Rotors Reibungs- und Druckkräfte wirken, die eine entgegenfedernde Wirkung der Dichtleisten 5 und 6 erfordern.
  • Wie in Figur 1 und 2 deutlich zu sehen, schließen die Dichtleisten 5 des ersten Rotorsegments 1 an die Ringnute 4 an und die Dichtleisten 6 des zweiten Rotorsegments 2 sind mit dem Rezess 3 verbunden. Die Rotorsegmente 1 und 2 sind in gleicher Achsausrichtung so zueinander gewandt, dass der Rezess 3 auf die Ringnute 4 gerichtet ist. Beim Einfügen des Rotorsegments 1 in das Rotorsegment 2 fügen sich die Dichtleisten 5 und 6 mit ihren Überdeckungsflächen 7 so ineinander, dass in radialer und axialer Richtung des Rotors eine dynamische, im Bewegungsablauf des Rotors wirkende Dichtheit erreicht wird.
  • In den Rotorsegmenten 1 und 2 sind zwischen Kolbenmitte und Ringnute 4 bzw. Rezess 3 Aufnahmebohrungen 8 für die Aufnahme von Federn 9 angeordnet. Durch die inneren Federn 9 werden die Rotorsegmente 1 und 2 gegen die Stirnseiten des Gehäuses auseinander gedrückt. Sie bilden somit einen Kolben, der sich selbsttätig von innen an die Gehäuseseiten der Rotationskolbenmaschine anlegt und die Gasräume gegeneinander abdichtet.
  • Die Ausfräsungen 10 an den Außenseiten der Rotorsegmente 1 und 2 bewirken, dass die Medienkräfte, die in den Trennfugen der Rotorsegmente 1 und 2 als nach den Stirnseiten des Rotors hin wirkende Reibkräfte wirken, weitgehend durch von außen wirkende Medienkräfte kompensiert werden.

Claims (6)

  1. Kolben von Rotationskolbenmaschinen umfassend eine Vorrichtung zur Abdichtung des Kolbens,
    wobei der Rotationskolben aus zwei Rotorsegmenten besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das erste Rotorsegment (1) auf seiner Innenseite eine zur Kolbenmitte zentrische Ringnute (4) aufweist, in welche ein ringförmiger zentrischer Rezess (3), der auf der Innenseite des zweiten Rotorsegments (2) angeordnet ist, passend eingreift, und dass die beiden Rotorsegmente (1, 2) mit diesen fest verbundene Dichtleisten (5, 6) aufweisen.
  2. Kolben nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtleisten (5) des ersten Rotorsegments (1) an die Ringnute (4) anschließen und die Dichtleisten (6) des zweiten Rotorsegments (2) mit dem Rezess (3) verbunden sind.
  3. Kolben nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass neben den Dichtleisten (5, 6) in den Rotorsegmenten (1, 2) Entlastungs-Ausfräsungen (10) angeordnet sind.
  4. Kolben nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtleisten (5, 6) über einen Teil ihrer axialen Erstreckung auf halber Länge und Breite zum Innern des Kolbens gerichtet abgestuft sind, so dass Überdeckungsflächen (7) entstehen, und sich die Dichtleisten (5, 6) beim Zusammenfügen der Rotorsegmente (1, 2) mit der abgestuften Dichtleiste der jeweiligen Gegenseite, gegeneinander gesteckt, paarig überlappen.
  5. Kolben nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtleisten (5, 6) und die beiden Rotorsegmente (1, 2) aus demselben Material bestehen.
  6. Kolben nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtleisten (5, 6) aus einem anderen geeigneten, fest eingefügten Material als die beiden Rotorsegmente (1, 2) bestehen.
