Claims (15)
- Dispositif de moulage de pièces, de préférence en alliage léger, selon le principe de coulée par basculement avec un moule (10) pouvant basculer sur son axe longitudinal (8), une rigole de coulée (12), disposée dans le sens longitudinal du moule (10) contre celui-ci, dont le côté longitudinal (14) tourné vers le moule (10) présente au moins deux goulottes de déversement vers l'empreinte, c'est-à-dire, respectivement au moins une goulotte de déversement (16) vers au moins deux empreintes (18) disposées l'une à côté de l'autre et ne communiquant pas fluidiquement l'une avec l'autre, la rigole de coulée (12) présentant un cloisonnement (20) conformé de manière que, lors du basculement du moule (10) en même temps que la rigole de coulée (12), des volumes prédéterminés de métal en fusion s'écoulent par les goulottes de déversement (16), une délimitation par rapport au cloisonnement (20) étant prévue entre les goulottes (16) à l'intérieur de la rigole de coulée (12), la délimitation présentant une inclinaison descendante vers les goulottes (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les volumes cloisonnés communiquent fluidiquement à l'intérieur de la rigole de coulée (12) dans la zone du côté longitudinal (22) opposé aux goulottes de déversement (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que la communication fluidique dans le sens transversal (24) s'étend sur 1/4 à 3/4, de préférence de 1/3 à 2/3 de la longueur de la rigole de coulée (12) dans le sens transversal.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que la rigole de coulée (12) est disposée sur le moule de telle manière que la rigole de coulée (12) est ouverte vers le haut en position de sortie du moule (10), c'est-à-dire avant basculement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que le cloisonnement (20) dans la zone des goulottes de déversement (16) est en forme de cône ou de cuvette.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que chaque goulotte de déversement (16) est disposée en position finale du moule (10), c'est-à-dire au point le plus bas (26) du cloisonnement (20) après basculement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certains des volumes prédéterminés sont de même grandeur ou de grandeur différente.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certaines des goulottes de déversement (16) sont de même taille ou de taille différente.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que le moule (10) peut basculer jusqu'à 90° en même temps que la rigole de coulée (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce que la rigole de coulée (12) présente sur l'une de ses faces avant (28) une réserve de coulée (30).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 caractérisé en ce que la contenance de la rigole de coulée (12) est telle que celle-ci (12) recueille entièrement en position de sortie du moule (10), c'est-à-dire avant basculement, la matière en fusion nécessaire à la pièce moulée sans qu'il y ait afflux de matière en fusion dans l'empreinte ou dans les empreintes (18).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un autre moule (10) avec une ou plusieurs empreintes (18) et une rigole de coulée (12) séparée est disposé à côté du premier moule (10), celui-ci (10) pouvant basculer selon un axe de basculement (8) commun.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12 caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un bras de robot qui présente un nombre de louches à coulée correspondant au nombre de rigoles de coulée (12), de préférence deux louches à coulée, pour le puisage et le transport de la matière en fusion ainsi que pour le remplissage en parallèle des rigoles de coulée (12) par la matière en fusion.
- Rigole de coulée (12) destinée à être disposée sur un moule (10) ou une coquille comprenant au moins deux goulottes de déversement (16), caractérisée en ce que la rigole de coulée (12) présente un cloisonnement (20) conformé de manière que les volumes prédéterminés de matière en fusion s'écoulent par les goulottes de déversement (16) dans l'empreinte ou dans au moins deux empreintes (18) de moule (10) ou de coquille disposées l'une à côté de l'autre et ne communiquant pas fluidiquement l'une avec l'autre, une délimitation par rapport au cloisonnement (20) étant prévue entre les goulottes de déversement (16) à l'intérieur de la rigole de coulée (12), la délimitation présentant une inclinaison descendante vers les goulottes (16).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13 pour le moulage d'un corps de pompe, en particulier d'un corps de pompe haute pression ou d'un corps de turbocompresseur.
