Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Load-Sensing geregeltes hydrostatisches Antriebssystem mit einer im Fördervolumen verstellbaren Pumpe (1) und mindestens einem von der Pumpe (1) versorgten, zwei Verbraucherseiten (A, B) aufweisenden Verbraucher (4), wobei das Fördervolumen der Pumpe (1) in Abhängigkeit von dem höchsten Lastdruck der angesteuerten Verbraucher gesteuert ist und zur Steuerung des Verbrauchers (4) ein in Zwischenstellungen drosselndes Steuerventil (5) vorgesehen ist und für jede zu steuernde Verbraucherseite (A, B) des Verbrauchers (4) eine Druckwaage (11a, 11 b) vorgesehen ist, wobei zur Erfassung des Lastdruck jeder Verbraucherseite (A, B) des Verbrauchers eine Lastdruckmeldezweigleitung (20a, 20b) als Lastdrucksignalpfad zugeordnet ist, die mit einer zur Steuerung des Fördervolumens der Pumpe vorgesehenen, den höchsten Lastdruck der angesteuerten Verbraucher führenden Lastdruckmeldeleitung (21) in Verbindung steht, wobei mindestens ein ausgewählter Verbraucher (4) zur Verbraucherdruckabsicherung mit einer Druckabschneidung (50) versehen ist. Die Aufgabe, an einem ausgewählten Verbraucher zur Verbraucherdruckabsicherung eine Druckabschneidung vorzusehen, die keine Druckverluste im Leistungsvolumenstrom der Pumpe verursacht und einen geringen Bauaufwand aufweist, wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die Druckabschneidung (50) des ausgewählten Verbrauchers (4) einer einzigen Verbraucherseite (A) des ausgewählten Verbrauchers (4) zugeordnet ist und zur Druckabschneidung der Verbraucherseite (A) die der Verbraucherseite zugeordnete Druckwaage (11a) in Richtung einer Sperrstellung (12b) betätigbar ist.
