Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif ( 10 ) de commande comprenant un levier ( 20 ) de commande pouvant pivoter dans une plage ( 50 ) de réglage prescrite pour la commande d' un véhicule, notamment pour commander une locomotive ou un véhicule de traction, caractérisé en ce que
    - la plage de réglage a un axe ( 60 ) de symétrie, qui subdivise la plage de réglage en deux parties ( 70, 80 ) de pivotement symétriques par rapport à 1' axe, et
    - il y a un dispositif ( 200 ) de blocage, qui rend possible un blocage partiel de l'une des parties de pivotement ou de 1' autre partie de pivotement, de manière à ce que des instructions de commande, qui sont affectées à une plage partielle bloquée de la partie de pivotement partiellement bloquée, soient exclues d' une activation par un opérateur.
  2. Dispositif de commande suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    un pivotement du levier de commande dans la plage partielle bloquée de la partie de pivotement bloquée partiellement est empêché par le dispositif de blocage.
  3. Dispositif de commande suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
    - il est associé au dispositif de commande des positions d' encliquetage, qui maintiennent le levier de commande dans des positions de commande prescrites,
    - dans lequel les positions d' encliquetage sont disposées de manière symétrique par rapport à l'axe de symétrie.
  4. Dispositif de commande suivant la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de blocage rend possible le blocage d' une ou de plusieurs positions d' encliquetage dans une des parties de pivotement et/ou dans 1' autre partie de pivotement.
  5. Dispositif de commande suivant la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de blocage rend possible le blocage de la dernière position d' encliquetage dans 1' une des parties de pivotement ou dans 1' autre partie de pivotement, la dernière position d' encliquetage dans la partie respective de pivotement étant celle qui fait 1' angle de pivotement le plus grand avec l'axe de symétrie.
  6. Dispositif de commande suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de blocage comprend un ou plusieurs logements ( 210, 220 ) pour éléments de blocage, dans lesquels les éléments ( 250 ) de blocage peuvent pénétrer au choix, pour obtenir un blocage.
  7. Dispositif de commande suivant la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les logements pour éléments de blocage sont disposés de manière à ce qu' un élément de blocage qui y est introduit interdise au levier de commande de continuer à pivoter au-delà de l'élément de blocage - dans la direction d' un plus grand angle de pivotement - rapporté à 1' axe de symétrie de la plage de réglage.
  8. Dispositif de commande suivant l'une des revendications précédentes 6 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que

    - avant le montage sur la paroi latérale, l'une des parties de pivotement ou l'autre partie de pivotement de la plage de réglage est bloquée partiellement, de manière à ce qu' au moins une instruction de commande, qui est affectée à la plage partielle bloquée de la partie, soit exclue d' une activation par un opérateur après le montage du dispositif de commande sur la paroi latérale du véhicule.

    caractérisé en ce que
