Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif (1) pour l'application sélective sans rééquipement d'adhésifs activés à chaud, en particulier d'adhésifs PUR et d'adhésifs à dispersion, en particulier d'adhésifs PVAc, sur des objets (20) plats, en particulier des éléments de construction en forme de plaques, au moins partiellement composés de bois, de matériaux à base de bois, de matériaux synthétiques ou similaires, un réservoir de colle (36) étant prévu pour l'adhésif activé à chaud et un réservoir de colle (35) pour l'adhésif à dispersion,
    caractérisé par
    au moins un rouleau applicateur (4) pour l'application de l'adhésif (30), et au moins un rouleau doseur (6) pour le dosage de l'adhésif (30), disposés côte à côte en forment un interstice (7) qui se rétrécit, alimenté en adhésif (30), le réservoir de colle (36) pour l'adhésif activé à chaud et le réservoir de colle (35) pour l'adhésif à dispersion étant reliés à l'interstice (7) par un système d'alimentation (37) en adhésif (30).
  2. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rouleau applicateur (4) est doté d'un revêtement (5) extérieur, en particulier d'un engommage, lequel empêche la pénétration de composants aqueux de l'adhésif à dispersion (30) dans le rouleau applicateur (4).
  3. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rouleau doseur (6) et/ou le rouleau applicateur (4) peuvent être sélectivement chauffés.
  4. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    un rouleau de contre-pression (8) est prévu de telle manière que la pièce (20) soit guidée entre le rouleau applicateur (4) et le rouleau de contre-pression (6) pour l'application de l'adhésif (30).
  5. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif comporte au moins un joint pour adhésif (10), qui étanchéifie frontalement l'interstice (7) entre le rouleau applicateur (4) et le rouleau doseur (6) de telle manière que l'adhésif (30) dans l'interstice (7) qui se rétrécit soit pratiquement empêché de s'écouler vers l'extérieur dans la direction axiale des rouleaux (4, 6).
  6. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    deux joints pour adhésif (10) sont prévus, qui étanchéifient frontalement l'interstice (7) de part et d'autre aux extrémités des rouleaux (4, 6) dans la direction axiale des rouleaux (4, 6).
  7. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le joint pour adhésif (10) comporte des segments (12) individuels déplaçables l'un vers l'autre, en particulier des joues en matière synthétique, lesquelles sont étroitement serrées l'une contre l'autre sous pression.
  8. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la température du rouleau doseur (6) et/ou du rouleau applicateur (4) est réglable.
  9. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'espacement du rouleau doseur (6) au rouleau applicateur (4) est réglable.
  10. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    deux conduites d'alimentation en adhésif (38, 39) séparées sont prévues pour les différents adhésifs.
