Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于可选地以不改装的方式将尤其是PUR(聚氨酯)粘合剂的热熔胶和尤其是PVAc(聚乙酸乙烯酯)粘合剂的弥散粘合剂涂覆到尤其是板状构件的平面物体上的装置,所述平面物体至少部分地由木头、木质材料、塑料等制成。
背景技术
在家具工业和结构元件工业的表面层压领域中已知涂胶机,胶借助于滚筒涂覆到衬底上。至今为止,这种机器的装配和结构设计通过待处理的胶的类型区分。因此,存在能够涂覆例如溶剂粘合剂或PVAc粘合剂(白胶)的低粘性胶的机器。此外,存在仅适用于涂覆热熔胶(Hotmelts)的涂胶机。
从DE 20 2004 018 588中已知组合式机器,在组合式机器中通过更换机器组件(盒式系统)可实现涂覆不同类型的胶。
从G 8507105.6中已知一种涂胶机,所述涂胶机可通过能够接通和断开的管道系统和喷嘴系统实现将两种不同类型的热熔胶并排涂覆到材料带上。
因此存在如下愿望:在家具工业和结构元件工业中至今主要使用PVAc胶的用户在不用重新购买专用机器的情况下也能够处理PUR粘合剂。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种用于涂覆粘合剂的装置,所述装置可实现可选地以不改装的方式将尤其是PUR粘合剂的热熔胶和尤其是PVAc粘合剂的弥散粘合剂涂覆到尤其是板状结构元件的平面物体上,所述平面物体至少部分地由木头、木质材料、塑料等制成。
根据本发明,所述目的通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的用于可选地以不改装的方式涂覆粘合剂的装置来实现。在从属权利要求中得到本发明的有利的扩展方案和改进方案。
根据本发明的装置设置成用于可选地在不需要改装的情况下将尤其是PUR粘合剂的热熔胶和尤其是PVAc粘合剂的弥散粘合剂涂覆到平面物体上。优选的是,设有用于将粘合剂涂覆到板状构件上的装置,所述板状组件至少部分地由木头、木质材料、塑料等制成。术语粘合剂应理解成,也应包括相应于上述分类的胶。
所述装置具有至少一个用于涂覆粘合剂的涂覆滚筒和至少一个用于对粘合剂进行配量的配量滚筒,所述涂覆滚筒和所述配量滚筒以形成逐渐变窄的间隙的方式并排设置,粘合剂输送到所述间隙中。在工作时,所述滚筒转动,其中,粘合剂穿过所述滚筒之间的间隙。在这种情况下,配量滚筒与涂覆滚筒的距离限定间隙宽度,所述间隙宽度限定涂到涂覆滚筒上并且由涂覆滚筒施加到工件上的粘合剂的量。更大的间隙宽度能够使更多粘合剂到达涂覆滚筒上并且因此到达工件上。
根据本发明,既设置有用于热熔胶的胶料储备器,也设置有用于弥散粘合剂的胶料储备器,所述胶料储备器通过用于粘合剂的输送系统与所述间隙连接。由于两种类型的粘合剂储存在所述装置上并且能够被输送给所述装置,可行的是,在不改装的情况下可选地将粘合剂中的一种输送给所述装置。为此,输送系统具有相应的输送管道和阀,所述输送管道和阀可实现在不改装的情况下可选地输送一类粘合剂。
根据一个优选的改进形式,涂覆滚筒具有尤其为橡胶涂层的外覆层,所述外覆层阻止弥散粘合剂的水组分向内扩散到涂覆滚筒中。由此,涂覆滚筒也能够由弥散粘合剂会向内扩散进来并且在没有覆层的情况下不能使用的基本材料制造。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施方式尤其优选的是,能够可选地加热配量滚筒,或者优选也能够可选地加热涂覆滚筒。由此,能够将热熔胶加热到所希望的使用温度。此外,通过所述温度,粘合剂的粘性能够与过程参数非常好地匹配。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施方式,所述装置具有至少一个粘合剂密封件,所述粘合剂密封件在端侧上密封涂覆滚筒和配量滚筒之间的间隙,使得尽可能地防止在逐渐变窄的间隙中的粘合剂沿滚筒的轴向方向向外流出。优选的是设有两个粘合剂密封件,所述粘合剂密封件沿着轴的轴向方向在轴端部处在两侧密封所述间隙。由此阻止了输入到所述间隙中的粘合剂朝向滚筒的端部流动,其中,所述粘合剂在间隙处如在槽中一样积聚。所述粘合剂密封件优选具有各个能够相对彼此移动的部分,尤其是塑料颚板,所述塑料颚板在压力下彼此紧靠。由此能够特别柔性和准确地构成在断面上由配量滚筒的和涂覆滚筒的弧形成的间隙,这引起高的侧向密封性。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施方式,能够调节配量滚筒的和/或涂覆滚筒的温度。因为应柔性地使用不同的粘合剂,所以本实施方式提供下述优点,相应的滚筒的温度能够最优地与在相应粘合剂的处理温度方面的要求相匹配。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施方式,设有两个分开的粘合剂输送系统。由此,能够尤其简单地在使用各类粘合剂之间变换,因为不用清洗共同的输送管道。
涂覆滚筒的橡胶涂层的结构阻止弥散粘合剂的水组分向内扩散。因为在变换粘合剂时,总归必须对机器进行彻底的清洗,所以几乎不用担心湿气会传送到PUR胶料池中。实验已证实,这种影响不大于本来由正常存在的空气湿气所产生的影响。由此推出,本发明在于,不必更换任何机器组件。此外,本发明包括装备有能够断开的加热装置的配量滚筒。为了处理PUR粘合剂,有利地通过配量滚筒持续加热胶料池。在变换到处理弥散粘合剂(PVAc)时,简单地断开所述加热装置,因为要冷处理PVAc粘合剂。在变换回以便处理PUR时,滚筒加热装置的启动引起可能还存在的剩余湿气的额外的蒸发。本发明的另一要素是,机器配备有两个分开的胶料供应系统,其中一个胶料供应系统用于PUR粘合剂,另一胶料供应系统用于弥散粘合剂。

图1示出一种根据本发明的用于可选地以不改装的方式涂覆粘合剂的装置的立体局部示意图。待覆层的工件20设置在一侧的涂覆滚筒4和配量滚筒6与另一侧的反压滚筒8之间。涂覆滚筒4非常近地设置在配量滚筒6旁边,使得涂覆滚筒4和配量滚筒6形成逐渐变窄的间隙7。在间隙7中设置有粘合剂30。

Claims (10)
1.用于可选地以不改装的方式将尤其是聚氨酯粘合剂的热熔胶和尤其是聚乙酸乙烯酯粘合剂的弥散粘合剂涂覆在尤其是板状构件的平面物体(20)上的装置(1),所述平面物体至少部分地由木头、木质材料、塑料等制成,
