Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Schrankauszug, beispielsweise einem Hochschrankauszug, mit einem in einem Innenraum eines Schrankkorpus anzuordnenden, translatorisch bewegbaren, eine obere Schrankkorpusführung aufweisenden Auszuggestell mit einer im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichteten Tragsäule, die mit einem unteren Auszuggestell verbunden ist, das im Verlaufe der Schrankauszugbewegung in einer unteren, dem Schrankkorpus zugeordneten Schrankkorpusführung beweglich geführt und an der zumindest ein Tablar und dgl. Schrankeinrichtungsgegenstand abstützbar ist.
  • Herkömmliche Schrankauszüge haben eine im wesentlichen einen Rechteckrahmen ausbildendes Auszuggestell mit zwei mit Abstand zueinander angeordneten Vertikalsäulen, wobei an der vorderen Vertikalsäule eine Möbelfront zu befestigen ist und die hintere vertikale Tragsäule mit einem derartigen Abstand zu der vorderen Tragsäule vorgesehen ist, dass die Tiefe eines Schrankes für an den vertikalen Säulen zu befestigende Tablare und dgl. Schrankeinrichtungsgegenstände nutzbar ist. In ihren Fußbereichen und in ihren Kopfbereichen sind die vertikalen Tragsäulen über Querträger miteinander verbunden, die in oberen und unteren Schrankkorpusführungen geführt sind. Dazu können Laufrollen Einsatz finden aber auch Teleskopelemente. Zum Befestigen von Tablaren sind an den vertikalen Tragsäulen z.B. Einhängehaken in Abständen zueinander vorgesehen.
  • Nachteilig ist, dass zur Halterung der Tablare oder dgl. Schrankeinrichtungsgegenstände jeweils zwei vertikale Tragsäulen vorzusehen sind. Zudem beeinträchtigt die hintere Vertikalsäule die maximale mögliche Ausnutzung einer Schranktiefe. Der obere Querbügel, der die Vertikalsäule miteinander verbindet und die obere Führung des Auszugsgestells behindern darüber die nutzbare Raumhöhe eines Schrankes und beeinträchtigt zudem den optischen Eindruck des Schrankauszuges insgesamt.
  • Aus den Veröffentlichungen WO 2004/043206 A1 , DE 3012335 A1 , DE 20 2004 018 970 U1 , EP 2218 355 A1 sind Schrankauszüge für Hochschränke bekannt.
  • Aus der DE 197 15 066 C2 ist ein Schrankauszug für Hochschränke der eingangs genannten Art bekannt, bei der eine Vertikaleinzelsäule Tablare trägt. Zur Befestigung der Tablare an der Vertikaleinzelsäule sind Befestigungsstäbe vorgesehen, die in entsprechenden Lochausnehmungen der Vertikaleinzelsäule einzuführen sind, wonach die Befestigungsstäbe die Einzelvertikalsäule durchsetzen und an beiden Seiten zwecks Abstützung der Tablare aus dieser herausragen. Diese Art der Befestigung der Tablare an der Vertikaleinzelsäule ist relativ aufwendig und erfordert ein exaktes Einführen der Befestigungsstäbe in die Lochausnehmungen.
  • Des weiteren ist nachteilig, dass bei einer entsprechenden Gewichtsbelastung der Tablare die Schrankkorpusführungen unmittelbar belastet sind, so dass diese zu einer Durchbiegung neigen. Damit ist ein schwergängiges Bewegungsverhalten für eine Auf- und Zubewegung des Schrankauszuges verbunden.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Schrankauszug der eingangs genannten Art dahingehend zu verbessern, bei dem auch bei größerer Gewichtsbelastung von Tablaren die Schrankkorpusführungen leichtgängig sind.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe zeichnet sich der Schrankauszug der eingangs genannten Art dadurch aus, dass die obere Schrankkorpusführung dem Schrankkorpus zugeordnete, relativ zueinander bewegliche und damit einen Höhenausgleich zulassende Schrankkorpusführungsteile aufweist.
  • Damit ist ein Schrankauszug zur Verfügung gestellt, bei der die obere Schrankkorpusführung mit einer Schnittstelle versehen ist, an der die Schrankkorpusführungsteile aufeinander zu oder voneinander weg in im wesentlichen vertikaler Richtung zu bewegen sind, so dass sie bei Gewichtsbelastungen auf das Tablar einen Höhenausgleich durchführen können ohne die Gefahr, dass sonstige Bewegungsteile wie z.B. Teleskopführungsteile durch Biegung beansprucht werden. Gleichwohl ist die axiale Beweglichkeit der Schrankkorpusführung erhalten, d.h. die Bewegung in den Schrankkorpus hinein bzw. aus diesem heraus, so dass sich insgesamt damit ein leichtgängig in den Schrankkorpusführungen zu bewegender Schrankauszug ergibt.
  • Besonders bevorzugt wird, wenn die Tragsäule als vordere Fronteinzeltragsäule ausgebildet ist, an der z.B. auch eine Möbelfront zu befestigen ist und darüber hinaus Tablare, die an der Einzeltragsäule höhenverstellbar festgelegt werden können, so dass oberhalb des obersten Tablars das Auszuggstell frei von sonstigen Einzelgestellteilen ist.
  • An diesem obersten Tablar kann beispielsweise an der Unterseite ein Teil der oberen Schrankkorpusführung befestigt sein, beispielsweise mit einem Teleskopauszug, insbesondere einem dreiteiligen Kugelteleskopauszug, der anderenends an dem dem Schrankkorpus zugeordneten höhenbeweglichen Schrankkorpusführungsteil festgelegt ist. Dieses mit dem Kugelauszug verbundene Schrankkorpusführungsteil ist an einem an dem Schrankkorpus fest montierten weiteren Schrankkorpusführungsteil festzulegen, jedoch so, dass diese beiden Schrankkorpusführungsteile aufeinander zu und voneinander weg zu bewegen sind. Dies kann beispielsweise dadurch bewerkstelligt sein, dass das obere Schrankkorpusführungsteil mit dem unteren verrastet wird, jedoch in vertikaler Richtung in seiner Verrastposition auf- und ab- zu bewegen ist. Wird ein Tablar belastet, kann es auch während einer Schrankauszugbewegung einen Höhenausgleich vornehmen, ohne dass es die Teleskopierbarkeit an dem Teleskopauszug negativ beeinflusst, da sich das obere Schrankkorpusführungsteil aufgrund der Gewichtsbelastung in Richtung auf das am Schrankkorpus fest montierte Schrankkorpusführungsteil bewegt. Damit sind sowohl der Teleskopauszug als auch die Vertikalsäule wirksam zu entlasten.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus weiteren Unteransprüchen, der Zeichnung und der nachfolgenden Beschreibung. In der Zeichnung zeigen:

  • In der Zeichnung sind grundsätzlich übereinstimmende Teil mit übereinstimmenden Bezugsziffern versehen.
  • Allgemein mit 1 ist in dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ein Schrankkorpus beziffert, in dem der allgemein mit 2 bezifferte Schrankauszug anzuordnen ist. In Fig. 1 ist der Schrankauszug 2 in seiner ausgezogenen Stellung gezeigt. In der eingefahrenen Stellung wird der Schrankkorpus 1 durch eine Möbelfront 3 verschlossen, die an einer vertikalen vorderen Einzeltragsäule 4 befestigt ist. Die Einzeltragsäule kann allerdings auch im hinteren Bereich des Schrankkorpus angeordnet sein, wobei der Schrankkorpus z.B. durch Schwenktüren oder auch Schiebetüren zu verschließen ist.
  • Für die Bewegung des Auszuggestells 2 ist eine untere Schrankkorpusführung 5 mit Teleskopteilen 5. 1, 5.2 und 5.3 vorgesehen. Im oberen Bereich ist eine obere
  • Schrankkorpusführung 6 vorgesehen, die an der Unterseite des oberen Tablars 7 befestigt ist. Dazu ist ein Befestigungsteil 6.1 vorgesehen, an dem seinerseits Teleskopauszugteile 6.2 und 6.3 angeordnet sind. In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel soll der Teleskopauszug als dreiteiliger Kugelauszug ausgebildet sein. Im einzelnen nicht näher dargestellt können an der Einzeltragsäule 4 weitere Tablare 7 höhenveränderlich festgelegt werden, indem sie beispielsweise in einer Schlitzführung entlang gleiten und an einer vorwählbaren Position mit der Einzeltragsäule zu verspannen sind.
  • Der Raum oberhalb der Einzeltragsäule und damit oberhalb des Tablars ist, wie aus den Ausführungsbeispielen ersichtlich ist, von Auszuggestellteilen frei, so dass dort ungehindert Gegenstände abzustellen sind. Um bei Gewichtsbelastung den Teleskopauszug 6, 6.1, 6.2 zu entlasten, sind obere Schrankführungsteile 8 und 9 vorgesehen, die auf der Oberseite eines Zwischenbodens 10 des Schrankkorpus abgestützt sind. Diese können allerdings auch an Seitenwänden des Schrankkorpusses vorgesehen werden.
  • Bei diesen Schrankkorpusführungsteilen 8 und 9 handelt es sich um solche, bei denen das untere Schrankkorpusführungsteil 8 auf den Zwischenboden 10 aufgesetzt und mit diesem verbunden ist, z.B. durch Verkleben oder Verschrauben. Das in der Zeichnung obere Schrankkorpusführungsteil 9 ist mit dem Teleskopteil 6.3 fest verbunden und wird auf das untere Schrankkorpusführungsteil 8 aufgesetzt und derart mit diesem verbunden, dass es in seiner Längsrichtung nicht zu verschieben ist, jedoch eine vertikale Bewegung relativ zu dem unteren Schrankkorpusführungsteil 8 durchmachen kann. Dazu kann es beispielsweise Rastanformungen 11 haben, die in eine entsprechende Formausnehmung 12 eingreifen, die eine entsprechende vertikale Bewegung zulässt (Fig. 3). Dazu ist ebenfalls noch ein Dämpfungselement 13 vorgesehen.

Claims (11)

  1. Schrankauszug, beispielsweise Hochschrankauszug, mit einem in einem Innenraum eines Schrankkorpus (1) anzuordnenden, translatorisch bewegbaren, eine obere Schrankkorpusführung (6) aufweisenden Auszuggestell (2) mit einer im Wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichteten Tragsäule (4), und mit einer unteren, dem Schrankkorpus (1) zugeordneten Schrankkorpusführung (5), wobei an der Tragsäule (4) zumindest ein Tablar (7) oder dergleichen Schrankeinrichtungsgegenstand abstützbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Schrankkorpusführung (6) dem Schrankkorpus zugeordnete, relativ zueinander bewegliche und damit einen Höhenausgleich zulassende Schrankkorpusführungsteile (8,9) aufweist, wobei die relativ zueinander beweglichen Schrankkorpusführungsteile (8,9) einen dem Schrankkorpus (1) zugeordneten Befestigungsblock (8) und einen als ein relativ zu dem Befestigungsblock (8) in im Wesentlichen vertikaler Richtung beweglichen Adapter (9) aufweisen, wobei an dem Adapter (9) ein Teleskopauszug (6.2, 6.2) des Auszuggestells (2) festlegbar ist.
  2. Schrankauszug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eines der relativ zueinander beweglichen Schrankkorpusführungsteile (8,9) zum Höhenausgleich eine Gleitführung aufweist.
  3. Schrankauszug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitführungen als Langloch und/oder als Gleitstück ausgebildet sind.
  4. Schrankauszug nach Anspruch 1 und Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung in dem Befestigungsblock (8) vorgesehen und der Adapter (9) mit Rastelementen (11) versehen ist, die in die Führung eingreifen oder an der Führung (12) entlanggleiten.
  5. Schrankauszug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die relativ zueinander beweglichen Schrankkorpusführungsteile (8,9) an einem Zwischenboden (10) eines Schrankkorpus (1) befestigbar sind.
  6. Schrankauszug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teleskopauszug (6.2, 6.3) des Schrankauszuges (2) an der Unterseite eines Tablars (7) befestigbar ist und einen Teleskopauszug (6.1, 6.2, 6.3) umfasst, der in der in dem Innenraum eines Schrankkorpus (1) angeordneten Stellung des Auszuggestells (2) die relativ zueinander beweglichen Schrankkorpusführungsteile (8, 9) zumindest bereichsweise übergreift.
  7. Schrankauszug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Schrankkorpusausführung (6) eine dreiteilige Kugelauszugführung (6.1, 6.2, 6.3) umfasst.
  8. Schrankauszug nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem den relativ zueinander beweglichen Schrankkorpusführungsteilen (8,9) zugewandten Element der Kugelauszugführung ein Dämpfungszylinder (13) vorgesehen ist.
  9. Schrankauszug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (9) Rastnasen (11) aufweist, die an einer Gleitanformung (12) des Befestigungsblockes (8) verrasten.
  10. Schrankauszug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auszuggestell (2) als das Tablar (7) oder dgl. Schraubeinrichtungsgegenstand abstützende Tragsäule eine Einzeltragsäule (4) aufweist.
  11. Schrankauszug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass das Auszuggestell (2) in seinem dem Schrankkorpusinneren zugewandten Bereich ohne eine vertikale Tragsäule ausgebildet ist, und dass die vertikal ausgebildete Einzeitragsäule (4) eine Möbelfront (3) trägt.
