Claims (8)
- Appareil frigorifique doté d'un espace réfrigéré (7) et d'au moins une tablette (8) pour des produits à réfrigérer, qui est montée dans l'espace réfrigéré (7) entre des parois intérieures latérales (9, 10) de l'espace réfrigéré (7), dans lequel la tablette (8) comprend une première partie de surface de rangement (15) plane et une seconde partie de surface de rangement (16) plane décalée en hauteur par rapport à la première partie de surface de rangement (15) plane, et une partie de transition (18) disposée entre la première partie de surface de rangement (15) plane et la seconde partie de surface de rangement (16) plane est formée à la manière d'une marche (19), qui comprend un plan de contremarche (21) orienté parallèlement aux parois latérales intérieures (9, 10) de l'espace réfrigéré (7) et comporte des premiers supports (22) pour un récipient amovible (23), notamment pour un récipient Gastronorm (23a, 23b, 23c, 23d, 23e),
caractérisé en ce que la première partie de surface de rangement plane (16) est décalée en hauteur par rapport à la seconde partie de surface de rangement (15) plane d'une hauteur qui est en corrélation avec une valeur choisie dans le groupe comprenant les valeurs de 200, 150, 100, 65, 55, 40, et 20 millimètres ou correspond à cette valeur, des seconds supports (28a, 28b) pour un récipient amovible (23), notamment pour un récipient Gastronorm (23a, 23b, 23c, 23d, 23e) sont agencés sur les parois intérieures latérales (9, 10) de l'espace réfrigéré (7) à une certaine hauteur par rapport à une tablette située en dessous ou un fond de l'espace réfrigéré (7) qui est en corrélation avec un multiple d'une valeur et/ou avec une somme de valeurs individuelles sélectionnées dans le groupe comprenant 200, 150, 100, 65, 55, 40, et 20 millimètres ou correspond à ce multiple ou à cette somme, et au moins une des parties de surface de rangement planes (15, 16) comprend des ouvertures (26, 29a, 29b) pour fixer des troisièmes supports (27, 27a, 27b) pour un récipient amovible (23), notamment pour un récipient Gastronorm (23a, 23b, 23c, 23d, 23e). - Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la marche (19) comprend un rebord (17) qui s'étend parallèlement aux parois intérieures (9, 10) de l'espace réfrigéré (7).
- Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (26, 29a, 29b) sont formées par un certain nombre de fentes parallèles (27) espacées pour former différents écartements en largeur de deux supports opposés (22, 27, 27a, 27b).
- Appareil frigorifique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre deux supports (28a, 28b, 27a, 27b, 22) opposés disposés à la même hauteur est en corrélation avec la largeur d'un récipient (23) à supporter, notamment d'un récipient Gastronorm (23a, 23b, 23c, 23d, 23e).
- Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre deux supports opposés disposés à la même hauteur (28a, 28b, 27a, 27b, 22) a une valeur qui est déterminée par la somme d'une dimension de largeur de fente et d'une valeur individuelle de 325, 162 ou 108 mm.
- Appareil frigorifique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les premiers supports (22) comprennent des premiers moyens de fixation (24) pour fixer de façon démontable les premiers supports (22) au plan de contremarche (21) de la tablette (8).
- Appareil frigorifique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les seconds supports (28a, 28b) comprennent des seconds moyens de fixation (24) pour fixer de façon démontable les seconds supports (28a, 28b) aux parois intérieures (9,10) de l'espace réfrigéré (7).
- Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que les premiers supports (22) et/ou les seconds supports (28a, 28b) comportent plusieurs nervures d'appui (30a, 30b, 30c, 31a, 31b, 31c, 35, 36) pour les récipients (23), notamment des récipients Gastronorm (23a, 23b, 23c, 23d, 23e), qui sont disposées dans leurs écartements en hauteur de façon asymétrique par rapport aux moyens de fixation (24) et les moyens de fixation (24) sont conçus pour une fixation démontable des premiers supports (22) et/ou des seconds supports (28a, 28b) sur l'une des parois intérieures (9, 10) de l'espace réfrigéré (7) ou le plan de contremarche (21) dans une première position de montage et sur la paroi intérieure opposée (9, 10) dans une seconde position de montage tournée horizontalement de 180 ° par rapport à la première position de montage.
