Claims (11)
- Machine de fabrication de glace (1) incluant : un compartiment de fabrication de glace logeant une unité de fabrication de glace (3) pour fabriquer de la glace, et stocker la glace ; et un compartiment de machine disposé sous le compartiment de fabrication de glace, et logeant une unité de génération d'air froid (10) incluant un compresseur (11), un condenseur (12), et un ventilateur soufflant (13),
caractérisée en ce que la machine de fabrication de glace (1) comprend :une plaque de collecte d'eau (5) disposée entre le compartiment de fabrication de glace et le compartiment de machine, et collectant de l'eau générée à partir de glace fondue dans le compartiment de fabrication de glace ;un cylindre d'aspersion (21) disposé sur le condenseur (12), et communiquant avec la plaque de collecte d'eau (5) pour asperger de l'eau de refroidissement sur le condenseur (12) ; etle ventilateur soufflant (13) déplaçant de force de l'air pour le refroidissement du condenseur (12),dans laquelle la plaque de collecte d'eau (5) est dotée d'un premier tube d'évacuation (6) pour l'évacuation de l'eau collectée,le premier tube d'évacuation (6) est doté d'une première vanne (23) pour l'évacuation sélective de l'eau collectée, etle cylindre d'aspersion (21) est doté d'un premier capteur de niveau (22) qui mesure un niveau d'eau dans le cylindre d'aspersion (21) pour ouvrir et fermer la première vanne (23). - Machine de fabrication de glace (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle un cylindre de collecte d'eau (24) est disposé sous le condenseur (12) pour stocker de l'eau s'écoulant le long d'une surface extérieure du condenseur (12).
- Machine de fabrication de glace (1) selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle le cylindre de collecte d'eau (24) est doté d'un second tube d'évacuation (25) pour l'évacuation de l'eau stockée.
- Machine de fabrication de glace (1) selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle le cylindre de collecte d'eau (24) est doté d'un second capteur de niveau (26), et
le second tube d'évacuation (25) est doté d'une seconde vanne (27) qui est ouverte et fermée par le second capteur de niveau (26) pour l'évacuation sélective de l'eau du cylindre de collecte d'eau (24). - Machine de fabrication de glace (1) selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle le cylindre de collecte d'eau (24) est raccordé au cylindre d'aspersion (21) au travers d'un tube de circulation (28), et
le tube de circulation (28) est doté d'une pompe de circulation (29). - Machine de fabrication de glace (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le cylindre d'aspersion (21) présente une longueur correspondant à une largeur du condenseur (12), et est disposé sur un côté supérieur vertical du condenseur (12).
- Machine de fabrication de glace (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le cylindre d'aspersion (21) inclut des trous qui sont agencés dans une direction de largeur du condenseur (12) pour asperger de l'eau sur une surface extérieure du condenseur (12).
- Machine de fabrication de glace (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le ventilateur soufflant (13) fonctionne lorsque la première vanne (23) est ouverte.
- Machine de fabrication de glace selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle le cylindre d'aspersion (21) est disposé dans une position qui est horizontalement espacée d'un côté supérieur vertical du condenseur (12).
- Machine de fabrication de glace (1) selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle le cylindre d'aspersion (21) est disposé dans une position qui est opposée au ventilateur soufflant (13) par rapport au condenseur (12).
- Machine de fabrication de glace (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le condenseur (12) comprend un tube de réfrigérant (120) qui présente une forme ovale longue verticale dans une section transversale de celui-ci.
