Claims (13)
- Connecteur (100) pour bus série universel (USB), comprenant un boîtier au format USB (20), une carte auxiliaire (40), un câble (60), une borne métallique (42) et un assemblage d'axe tournant (44), dans lequel la borne métallique (42) est en partie ou entièrement disposée sur la surface de la carte auxiliaire (40), une première extrémité du câble (60) étant reliée à la borne métallique (42) ; l'assemblage d'axe tournant (44) comprend un manchon d'axe tournant (442) et un axe tournant (444), et l'axe tournant (444) est en partie disposé dans le manchon d'axe tournant (442) et peut tourner par rapport au manchon d'axe tournant (442) ; le boîtier au format USB (20) comprend un fond (26) dans lequel une première plaque de fixation (22) et une seconde plaque de fixation (24) sont placées respectivement sur les deux côtés opposés du fond (26) ; le boîtier au format USB (20) est constitué de métal ; la carte auxiliaire (40) est disposée sur le même côté du fond (26) accompagnée de la première plaque de fixation (22) et de la seconde plaque de fixation (24), caractérisé en ce que :la seconde plaque de fixation (24) est dotée d'un deuxième trou (241) etl'assemblage d'axe tournant (44) pénètre dans le deuxième trou (241).
- Connecteur pour bus USB selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'assemblage d'axe tournant (44) qui pénètre dans le deuxième trou (241) est en particulier tel que :le manchon d'axe tournant pénètre dans le deuxième trou et est fixé à celui-ci, ou bien l'axe tournant (444) pénètre dans le deuxième trou (241) et est fixé à celui-ci.
- Connecteur pour bus USB selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la première plaque de fixation (22) est dotée d'un premier trou (222), et l'autre extrémité du câble (60) pénètre dans le premier trou (222).
- Connecteur pour bus USB selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un support d'axe tournant (46) disposé entre la première plaque de fixation (22) et la seconde plaque de fixation (24) et doté d'un troisième trou (462) sur un côté.
- Connecteur pour bus USB selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le support d'axe tournant (46) est fixé sur le fond (26) du boîtier au format USB (20), et le deuxième trou (241) est opposé au troisième trou (462) ; ou bien le support d'axe tournant (46) est fixé sur un côté de la seconde plaque de fixation (24) et le deuxième trou (241) communique avec le troisième trou (462).
- Connecteur pour bus USB (100) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel l'assemblage d'axe tournant (44) pénètre dans le deuxième trou (241) et comprend :le manchon d'axe tournant (442) qui pénètre dans le deuxième trou (241) et dans le troisième trou (462) et qui est fixé dans le troisième trou (462), oul'axe tournant (444) qui pénètre dans le deuxième trou (241) et dans le troisième trou (462) et qui est fixé dans le troisième trou (462), oul'axe tournant (444) qui pénètre et qui dépasse au-delà du deuxième trou (241), et le manchon d'axe tournant (442) qui pénètre et qui est fixé dans le troisième trou (462), oule manchon d'axe tournant (442) qui pénètre et qui dépasse du deuxième trou (241), et l'axe tournant (444) qui pénètre et qui est fixé dans le troisième trou (462).
- Connecteur pour bus USB selon la revendication 1 ou 3, dans lequel la première plaque de fixation (22) se trouve en face de la seconde plaque de fixation (24).
- Connecteur pour bus USB selon la revendication 4 ou 5, comprenant en outre un bloc de fixation (64) fixé dans l'espace formé par la première plaque de fixation (22), la seconde plaque de fixation (24) et le support d'axe tournant (46).
- Connecteur pour bus USB selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel la carte auxiliaire (40) s'étend vers l'espace formé par le support d'axe tournant (46) et la première plaque de fixation (22) le long du plan où est disposée la carte auxiliaire (40) pour former une extension (41), deux amortisseurs (441) étant disposés sur l'extension (41).
- Connecteur pour bus USB selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un couvercle (48) dans lequel le couvercle (48) forme un espace fermé avec la première plaque de fixation (22) et la seconde plaque de fixation (24).
- Connecteur pour bus USB selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un support de fixation (62) qui est fixé au niveau du joint entre la première extrémité du câble (60) et la borne métallique (42).
- Connecteur pour bus USB selon la revendication 1, dans lequel des lignes convexes (29) sont respectivement disposées sur le fond (26) du boîtier (20) le long de deux côtés de la carte auxiliaire (40) ; la première plaque de fixation (22), la seconde plaque de fixation (24), la carte auxiliaire (40) et les lignes convexes (29) se trouvant sur une même extrémité du fond (26).
- Connecteur pour bus USB selon la revendication 12, dans lequel une structure de prévention d'erreur de branchement (227) est disposée sur une extrémité de chaque ligne convexe (29).
