Description

  • L'invention concerne les poignées d'ouvrant de véhicule automobile.
  • Les poignées de portière ont une influence déterminante sur le style d'un véhicule automobile. C'est la raison pour laquelle, au-delà de ses caractéristiques de fonctionnement et de sécurité, il est souvent prévu d'ajouter à la poignée des pièces qui lui donnent une certaine apparence. Ces pièces modifient ainsi l'aspect général du corps de la poignée. Il s'agit par exemple de languettes d'aspect chromé, de languettes peintes ou encore de pièces présentant d'autres technologies particulières de finition. Il est également requis qu'une telle pièce demeure sur le véhicule pendant toute la durée de vie de ce dernier. Par exemple, les documents DE 10 2007 060182 A1 et DE 20 2007 016121 U1 divulguent une poignée avec un corps formant une partie de préhension de la poignée et présentant une cavité et avec une pièce d'aspect s'étendant contre une face externe du corps.
  • On peut envisager différentes solutions pour fixer la pièce sur la poignée, par exemple un collage, une fixation par un adhésif rapporté, une fixation par vis ou encore par clipsage. Le choix du mode de fixation est naturellement influencé par le mode de fabrication du corps servant de partie de préhension à la poignée, par exemple par moulage ou assemblage de pièces. Ce choix est aussi fait en fonction de différents critères tels que le style de la poignée, les demandes du constructeur et le prix de revient. Le principal problème entraîné par le collage, le vissage ou la fixation par un adhésif biface est qu'ils nécessitent l'ajout d'un composé ou d'un matériau. Le clipsage ne soulève pas ce problème mais, dans certains cas, il n'est pas permis par le style de la poignée.
  • Un autre problème que l'on rencontre parfois consiste aussi dans le bruit généré par le mouvement entre la pièce rapportée et le corps de la poignée. C'est pourquoi il est parfois nécessaire de combiner deux des modes de fixation précités pour assurer à la fois une bonne fixation et une absence de bruit.
  • Enfin, la plupart de ces solutions n'autorise pas le démontage de la pièce d'aspect par rapport à la poignée. Dans ces conditions, s'il faut changer la pièce, c'est toute la poignée qui doit être remplacée.
  • Un but de l'invention est de fournir un nouveau mode de fixation d'une pièce d'aspect à une poignée de véhicule, qui assure à la fois une bonne fixation, un résultat esthétique acceptable et une absence de bruit et autorise le démontage de la pièce à l'égard de la poignée.
  • A cet effet, on prévoit selon l'invention une poignée pour ouvrant de véhicule, qui comprend :
    • un corps formant une partie de préhension de la poignée et présentant une cavité ;
    • un bouchon obturant la cavité; et
    • une pièce d'aspect s'étendant contre une face externe du corps et retenue par le bouchon depuis la cavité.
    Le bouchon comprend un bras s'étendant dans la cavité suivant une direction longitudinale de cette dernière et retenant une extrémité de la pièce d'aspect opposée à une embouchure de la cavité obturée par le bouchon. Ainsi, la fixation ayant lieu depuis la cavité, elle n'influence pas le style de la pièce, du corps, et plus généralement de la poignée. La retenue peut être effectuée sans jeu afin de garantir une absence de bruit. La fixation est pérenne et a vocation à tenir pendant toute la durée de vie du véhicule. En outre, elle peut être rendue démontable si on souhaite changer la pièce d'aspect.
  • Ainsi, la fixation au moyen du bouchon n'empêche pas que la pièce d'aspect soit convenablement tenue à distance de l'embouchure obturée par le bouchon.
  • De préférence, la poignée est agencée de sorte qu'un mouvement du bouchon en direction de la cavité sollicite la pièce d'aspect et le bouchon en direction du corps et en sens opposés.
  • Ainsi, on réalise un serrage qui garantit une bonne fixation et une absence de jeu et par conséquent de bruit au contact de la pièce d'aspect contre le corps.
  • Dans un mode de réalisation, le bouchon et la pièce d'aspect présentent des faces de rampe aptes à venir en contact mutuel et inclinées par rapport à une direction longitudinale de la pièce d'aspect.
  • Il s'agit d'une façon simple de réaliser le serrage précité.
  • Avantageusement, la poignée est agencée de sorte que le bouchon retient la pièce d'aspect à travers le corps.
  • De préférence, la poignée est agencée de sorte que le bouchon retient la pièce d'aspect à travers deux zones du corps distinctes l'une de l'autre.
  • Ainsi, le maintien de la pièce à deux endroits différents assure un bon positionnement de la pièce et une absence de jeu.
  • Avantageusement, la pièce d'aspect comprend au moins un doigt s'étendant à travers le corps.

    • on retient depuis la cavité une pièce d'aspect s'étendant contre une face externe du corps.
  • D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront encore dans la description suivante d'un mode de réalisation donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
    • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un corps d'une poignée selon l'invention montrant la pièce d'aspect à l'état démonté ;
    • la figure 2 est une vue partielle de la pièce d'aspect montrant son extrémité avant telle qu'observée depuis l'arrière ;
    • la figure 3 est une vue en perspective du bouchon de la poignée de la figure 1 ;
    • la figure 4 est une vue en coupe longitudinale de la poignée de la figure 1 à l'état assemblé ; et
    • les figures 5 et 6 sont des vues respectives à plus grande échelle des détails D et E de la poignée de la figure 4.
  • On a illustré sur les figures une poignée pour un ouvrant de véhicule automobile selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention.
  • Il s'agit en l'espèce d'une poignée d'une porte, particulièrement d'une porte avant.
  • La poignée 2 comprend un corps principal 4, en l'espèce d'une seule pièce, ayant une forme allongée suivant une direction longitudinale illustrée par l'axe 6 sur la figure 1. Le corps 4 est destiné à être fixé à un bâti de la porte de façon à être accessible pour l'actionnement de la poignée depuis l'extérieur du véhicule. Mais l'invention est également applicable à une poignée interne pour l'ouverture de l'ouvrant depuis l'Intérieur du véhicule.
  • Le corps 4 présente en plan une forme générale en « U » de sorte qu'il est fixé à l'ouvrant par les deux extrémités libres de la branche du « U » et ménage entre elles un passage 8 permettant l'introduction des doigts de l'utilisateur pour la préhension du corps pour l'ouverture de la porte.
  • Le corps est en l'espèce fabriqué d'une seule pièce mais on pourrait prévoir de le réaliser en plusieurs pièces assemblées les unes aux autres.
  • Le corps est destiné à être monté sur le bâti en étant mobile à rotation autour d'un axe vertical 10 formé par la coopération de l'extrémité avant 12 du corps avec le bâti de l'ouvrant. Le corps présente une extrémité arrière 14 qui est donc apte à être éloignée du bâti. Au cours de ce mouvement, elle coopère avec des organes internes de l'ouvrant pour son déverrouillage d'une façon connue en elle-même et qui ne sera pas détaillée ici.
  • Le corps 4 présente, entre les deux extrémités 12 et 14, une portion intermédiaire 16 qui est en l'espèce de forme tubulaire et définit une cavité interne 18 présentant une embouchure 20 à l'avant et une embouchure 21 à l'arrière.
  • La poignée comprend une pièce d'aspect 22 qui en l'espèce participe à l'esthétique de la poignée. La pièce d'aspect 22 est ici une pièce chromée ou traitée de manière à sembler chromée, c'est-à-dire d'apparence métallique et brillante. Elle peut avoir toute autre couleur ou granularité.
  • Il s'agit dans le présent exemple d'une languette fixée au corps 4 contre une face verticale externe 24 de ce dernier, dans un logement 26 prévu sur cette face. Le logement et la languette ont une forme allongée suivant la direction 6. La languette comprend un doigt de fixation avant 30 et un doigt de fixation arrière 32 s'étendant en saillie de la face interne de la languette.
  • Le doigt 30 est illustré à plus grande échelle aux figures 2 et 5. Il présente une extrémité distale profilée 34 à section transversale en « T » dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe 6. Il peut également présenter une section transversale en « L » dans ce même plan. Le profil en T forme ainsi une facette 40 en deux parties, parallèle à la direction 10 mais inclinée par rapport à la direction 6. La partie formant la barre du « T » est celle qui relie cette facette à la languette 22.
  • Le doigt 32 a une forme d'ergot et est orienté vers l'arrière.
  • La poignée comprend en outre un bouchon 42 présentant une partie d'obturation 44 et un bras 46 allongé de façon générale suivant la direction 6 et fixé à la partie d'obturation 44 par son extrémité arrière. Le bouchon 44 est dimensionné et conformé de façon à s'adapter à la forme de l'embouchure 21 comme illustré à la figure 6 afin d'obturer la cavité 18 en partie arrière de la poignée. Il présente une forme générale plane dans un plan perpendiculaire à la direction 6. On peut prévoir de le retenir dans l'embouchure 21 par clipsage ou par serrage d'une façon qui n'a pas été détaillée ici.
  • Le bras 46 s'étend dans la cavité 18 en traversant celle-ci de part en part suivant sa direction longitudinale 6. Il a une forme générale plate en présentant un profil courant dont l'épaisseur est perpendiculaire aux directions 6 et 10. Il présente une extrémité avant 48 qui est relevée de façon à placer dans une orientation inclinée la face inférieure 50 du bras 46. La face 50 est inclinée de la même façon que la facette 40 afin de pouvoir s'appliquer contre celle-ci au moyen d'un contact surfacique. L'extrémité 48 a une forme fourchue en présentant une fente 52 entamant cette extrémité à partir de son bord libre 54 et la face 50 en direction de l'extrémité arrière.
  • Lorsque la poignée est à l'état assemblé, les doigts 30 et 32 s'étendent respectivement dans des orifices traversants 62, 64 de la paroi externe 58 du corps 4 et débouchant par conséquent dans la cavité 18. La face 50 réalise un contact surfacique avec la facette 40 tandis que le doigt 30 s'étend dans la fente 52. Le bord terminal 54 de l'extrémité libre avant prend appui contre une face interne 56 de la paroi 58. Il sollicite donc cette paroi en direction de l'extérieur. Dans le même temps, la facette 50, par coopération avec la facette 40, sollicite le doigt 30 pour tendre à l'éloigner de cette même paroi 58. Ces deux sollicitations s'exercent dans la même direction, ici celle de l'axe 10, mais dans des sens opposés. La languette 22 est donc maintenue au niveau du doigt 30 de façon ferme et sans jeu grâce au serrage ainsi exercé contre la paroi 58 du corps 4.
  • Dans le même état, le bouchon présente un rebord 60 s'étendant vers l'avant et contre une face de l'ergot 32 orientée vers l'extérieur. Le rebord 60 a une forme trapézoïdale ou en coin dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe 10, forme au moyen de laquelle il tend à solliciter l'ergot 32 en direction de l'intérieur du véhicule tandis qu'il prend appui contre la face 56 en direction opposée. Le doigt 32 réalise lui aussi un maintien serré de la languette 22 contre le corps 4.
  • Le bouchon 42 est ici d'une seule pièce.
  • On effectue l'assemblage de la poignée de la façon suivante. On rapporte tout d'abord la languette 22 sur le corps 4 dans le logement 26 de la face 24 prévu à cet effet. Au cours de ce mouvement, les doigts 30 et 32 traversent les orifices respectifs 62 et 64 pour faire saillie à l'intérieur de la cavité 18.
  • On introduit ensuite le bouchon 42 dans la cavité 18, par l'embouchure arrière 21 de cette dernière en y faisant pénétrer d'abord l'extrémité terminale avant 48. Cette dernière parcourt tout l'intérieur de la cavité. Peu avant l'achèvement du mouvement d'introduction, l'extrémité 48 enfile sa fourche sur le doigt 30 pour mettre en contact les faces 40 et 50 jusqu'à ce que le bord 54 vienne en butée contre la paroi 58. Le mouvement du bouchon 42 en direction de la cavité 18 sollicite la pièce d'aspect et le bouchon en direction du corps 4 et en sens opposés. A ce moment, l'extrémité arrière 44 obture la cavité 18 au niveau de l'embouchure 21. Le bouchon 42 est fixé au corps 4 dans cette position. Il assure en même temps la fixation rigide de la languette 22 au corps, à la fois à l'extrémité avant et à l'extrémité arrière de la languette.
  • Si on le souhaite, le bouchon 42 peut être ôté par un mouvement inverse pour libérer la languette et remplacer celle-ci.
  • Le corps pourra être fabriqué par assemblage de plusieurs pièces. Il pourra être réalisé par injection en réalisant la cavité 18 au moyen d'un gaz.
  • L'invention a pour avantage qu'elle ne rend pas nécessaire l'ajout de composés pour le maintien de la pièce d'aspect à la poignée. Le bouchon assure la fixation en étant compatible avec des styles de poignées variés. La fixation est faite sans alourdir de façon substantielle le poids de la poignée. La pièce d'aspect est fixée avec une résistance élevée à l'arrachement. On peut considérer qu'il n'est pas possible en l'espèce de l'ôter sans briser la pièce d'aspect si la poignée est fixée à l'ouvrant et si on laisse le bouchon en place.
  • Bien entendu, on pourra apporter à l'invention de nombreuses modifications sans sortir du cadre de celle-ci.
  • On a décrit un exemple dans lequel la languette est entièrement maintenue en position grâce au bouchon. On pourrait toutefois prévoir que le bouchon n'assure qu'une partie de ce maintien en position. On peut prévoir que la languette est maintenue en position par un seul point de fixation ou, au contraire, par au moins trois points de fixation.
  • On peut prévoir un maintien en position de la languette au moyen du bouchon sans que le procédé de montage précité soit reproduit.
  • L'invention n'interdit pas d'ajouter d'autres pièces à la poignée ayant une fonction en matière de jeu, de bruit, etc.

  1. Poignée (2) pour ouvrant de véhicule, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend :
    - un corps (4) formant une partie de préhension de la poignée et présentant une cavité (18) ;
    - un bouchon (42) obturant la cavité; et

  2. Poignée selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, agencée de sorte qu'un mouvement du bouchon (42) en direction de la cavité (18) sollicite la pièce d'aspect (22) et le bouchon en direction du corps (4) et en sens opposés.
  3. Poignée selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans laquelle le bouchon (42) et la pièce d'aspect (22) présentent des faces de rampe (40, 50) aptes à venir en contact mutuel et inclinées par rapport à une direction longitudinale (6) de la pièce d'aspect (22).
  4. Poignée selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes agencée de sorte que le bouchon (42) retient la pièce d'aspect (22) à travers le corps (4).
  5. Poignée selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes agencée de sorte que le bouchon (42) retient la pièce d'aspect (22) à travers deux zones (62, 64) du corps (4) distinctes l'une de l'autre.
  6. Poignée selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans laquelle la pièce d'aspect (22) comprend au moins un doigt (30, 32) s'étendant à travers le corps (4).
  7. Poignée selon la revendication précédente dans laquelle le doigt (30) présente une extrémité à profil en « T » et s'étendant dans une fente (52) du bouchon.
  8. Poignée selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7 dans laquelle le doigt (32) présente un ergot en prise avec le bouchon.
  9. Procédé d'assemblage d'une poignée (2) d'ouvrant de véhicule selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que, au moyen d'un bouchon (42) :
    - on obture une cavité (18) d'un corps (4) formant une partie de préhension de la poignée; et
    - on retient depuis la cavité une pièce d'aspect (22) s'étendant contre une face externe (24) du corps.
