Claims (9)
- Schreibinstrument mit veränderbarer Konfiguration, das einen gestreckten Hauptkörper (2) und an einem Ende (3) des Hauptkörpers (2) eine Schreibspitze (5), wie zum Beispiel eine Spitze mit Kugel aufweist, wobei der Hauptkörper (2) mindestens teilweise aus einem warm verformbaren Material derart hergestellt ist, dass Formänderungen dieses Hauptkörpers (2) erlaubt werden, die das Modellieren des Körpers durch den Benutzer gestatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das abgekühlte Schreibinstrument die Form behält, die ihm im warmen Zustand verliehen wurde, und dass das warm verformbare Material des Hauptkörpers (2) Polycaprolacton (PCL) ist, wobei der Hauptkörper (2) daher verformt werden kann, sobald er eine Temperatur von etwa 70 °C erreicht.
- Schreibinstrument nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptkörper (2) vollständig aus dem warm verformbaren Material hergestellt ist.
- Schreibinstrument nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptkörper (2) lokale Einrichtungen umfasst, wie zum Beispiel eine Zone, die einen Balg (7, 8) bildet, der eine der privilegierten Verformungszonen bildet.
- Schreibinstrument nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Zonen von Bälgen (7, 8) vorgesehen sind, die in relativ geringer Entfernung von dem Ende (3) des Hauptkörpers (2), der die Schreibspitze (5) umfasst, liegen, wobei diese zwei Zonen es erlauben, dem Hauptkörper (2) eine doppelt abgewinkelte Form in der Nähe dieses Endes (3) zu verleihen.
- Schreibinstrument nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptkörper (2) teilweise aus einem nicht warm verformbaren Material hergestellt ist und teilweise aus dem warm verformbaren Material, wobei das warm verformbare Material insbesondere in Greifzonen (12) des Schreibinstruments vorgesehen ist.
- Schreibinstrument nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das nicht warm verformbare Material in Teilen des Hauptkörpers (2) vorliegt, die eine ständige Steifigkeit und eine präzise und konstante Geometrie behalten müssen, wie zum Beispiel:- der Teil (9) des Hauptkörpers (2) nahe dem vorderen Ende (3), der die Schreibspitze (5) trägt, und/oder- der Teil (10) des Hauptkörpers (2) nahe dem hinteren Ende (4), auf dem ein hinterer Verschlussstopfen (11) dieses Körpers (2) und/oder eine abnehmbare Schutzkappe angepasst werden kann.
- Schreibinstrument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu dem warm verformbaren Material des Hauptkörpers (2) ein thermochromer Farbstoff hinzugefügt wird, der die Eigenschaft hat, dass er bei einer gegebenen Temperatur, die der Erweichungstemperatur des Materials entspricht, die Farbe wechselt.
- Schreibinstrument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sein Hauptkörper (2) in einer geradlinigen Konfiguration spritzgeformt ist, wobei dieser Hauptkörper, nachdem er aus der Form ausgeworfen wurde und noch ausreichend warm ist, eine Vorabverformung erfahren kann.
- Schreibinstrument nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sein Hauptkörper (2) durch "Zweikomponenten"-Spritzformen hergestellt wird.
