Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a sales display.
  • Such sales displays or goods displays are used on retail sales areas. They serve, for example, for the presentation of limited-time offers.
  • the present invention further relates to a method of offering goods in a salesroom.
  • Sales displays are very common in the retail trade, the stand itself and the transport of sales stands is the subject of many developments.
  • the utility model 78 16 652 U1 discloses a sales display, which can be made in particular from cardboard, such as corrugated cardboard and the like.
  • This sales display is to be built on a pallet-like base plate. On this base plate, a pillar is centrally located. As goods carriers so-called "trays" are provided. These are held by the column. For transport, the goods display can be provided with a slip-on dish.
  • the utility model 200 18 744 U1 discloses a sales display in which at least two spaced sidewalls are arranged as carriers. These side walls can accommodate shelves on both sides. The shelves are provided with a central fold line so that they can be folded upwards and the sales display can be prepared for shipping.
  • This sales stand has in the base area via a so-called stabilizer, which is also designed hinged.
  • the patent application WO 92/04239 discloses a transport container, which should also serve to offer goods.
  • On a pallet goods are arranged in several levels. Around the pallet and the stacked goods, a sheathing is folded on three sides. The largely open front is closed with a separate piece of wall and covered the top of the stack of goods with a lid. In the closed state, the goods can be easily transported from the pallet in a sales room. By removing the lid and the front wall piece, the goods can then be offered for sale.
  • the US Patent Application 2010/0133215 A1 discloses a merchandiser comprising a pedestal with rollers.
  • a plurality of floors is arranged, which can each receive goods. These are spaced apart by spacers at the four corners. The spacers define a fixed distance between the different floors.
  • the Gebuldchsmmater DE 20018744 U1 discloses a Verkantsaufsteller
  • the present invention seeks to offer, in a simple and economical manner, a sales display which can be easily and safely transported as well as allowing the presentation of goods in a convenient and appealing manner.
  • the sales display should also be made of a light and inexpensive material, possibly recycled material can be produced without its transport stability or functionality suffers.
  • the present invention thus relates to a goods display.
  • This generally refers to a stand for offering goods. In principle, it may be a floor stand or a counter. Typically, it will be a stand, which is made of a lightweight and inexpensive material and z. B. for temporary presentation of offers can be placed next to permanently installed in a showroom shelves.
  • Main elements of this merchandiser are intended to be a fixed base element and a jacket element and a first and preferably a second goods carrier.
  • the solid base element essentially serves to support the goods stand on a base, typically the floor of a sales room.
  • the solid base member may thus have any and every conventional shape. It is contemplated that the base element consists of three, four or more individual feet.
  • the jacket element limits the goods display above the base. It can consist of one or more side walls.
  • a typical jacket element comprises the rear wall of the merchandiser and one or two side walls.
  • the side walls may be configured to completely cover the sides of the merchandiser, or alternatively they may be configured to cover only a rear side surface adjacent the back wall.
  • the jacket element also has a supporting function for the article display, so it can also have the form of a frame and essentially have support elements.
  • the jacket element can have different lining elements.
  • the goods carriers can also take various appropriate forms. It may be shelf-like shelves. These However, goods carriers can also have their own side walls standing up. It is expedient to goods carriers with four side walls, which give the goods carrier the shape of an open-topped box.
  • the first and the second product carrier, as well as the other product carriers may be identical to each other or may be different.
  • the product carriers may have additional tray inserts, such as webs, through which goods are supported.
  • At least one of the goods carriers is movable between a first position and a second position.
  • the / the goods carrier moves so relative to the other parts of the merchandiser, in particular relative to the fixed base element and / or the jacket element.
  • the first and the second position are preferably respectively assumed in relation to the jacket element and particularly preferably in the jacket element.
  • the movement should take place as a vertical shift. Under a vertical displacement is an exact or substantially vertical displacement or at least predominantly takes place in the vertical direction displacement in the correct installation of the merchant on a horizontal surface to understand.
  • the first and the second position of the goods carriers should preferably be a use position in which the goods carriers can receive goods in the goods display.
  • Serving this purpose can be a goods display, which has a fixed base element and a jacket element and a first goods carrier and in which the first goods carrier can assume a first position and a second position, characterized in that the goods display further comprises a variable base element, with the aid thereof the first goods carrier can be moved from the first position to the second position.
  • a merchandiser which has a fixed base element and a jacket element and a first Goods carrier and a second maintenance carrier and in which the first goods carrier can assume a first position and a second position and the second goods carrier can assume a first position and a second position, characterized in that the goods display further comprises a variable base element, with the aid of the first goods carrier from the first position to the second position can be moved vertically and also the second goods carrier from the first position to the second position can be moved vertically.
  • At least one, but preferably should the first and the second product carrier or all goods carriers can take a first and a different position from the first position second position. Between these positions, the goods carriers preferably remain connected to at least one remaining element of the merchandiser. The movement between the two positions can therefore be a linear displacement. In one embodiment, at least two or all product carriers are displaced in the same direction by an equal length between their respective first and second positions.
  • the length of the displacement is different for all product carriers. It is particularly in question that a top shelf retains its position, while underlying goods carriers are moved to the upper shelf. Even if the distance of the individual goods carrier is identical to each other, and the sauoberste product carrier is moved to the top goods carrier a distance corresponding to this distance, the displacement for all product carriers is still not the same. If, in fact, a compact unit is to be formed out of the goods carriers, the goods carriers underneath will have a longer and the lowest goods carrier the longest displacement path.
  • these movements of the product carrier and the variable socket element are coupled to each other and are caused by a movement of the variable socket element.
  • both movements can take place simultaneously.
  • the base element is pressed by means of its upper side against the underside of the lowermost, for example, the first goods carrier. The upward movement or the downward movement of the base element then leads to an upward movement or to a downward movement of the first goods carrier. As a result, the first goods carrier is moved from its first position to its second position.
  • the goods display should also have a variable base element.
  • the first goods carrier is to be moved from its first position to its second position. Furthermore, to be moved from its first position to its second position by means of this base element and the second product carrier.
  • variable socket element may have different embodiments in the context of this invention. It may be a per se vertically movable base element. In such a base element, it is expedient to provide guides which allow a vertical movement, but limit the movement in other directions of movement. Guide locks, engage with the pins, strips with appropriately adapted counterparts and the like may be appropriate.
  • the variable base element may be formed so that it has its mobility in itself. Such a base element is thus dimensionally variable. In particular, its height changes (measured in the direction of the vertical of the merchandiser). Alternatively or additionally, the mobility of the variable base element may also lie in the fact that it can be moved out of the goods display.
  • Such a variable socket member is also referred to herein as removable Designated base element.
  • a spacer can have the function of a spacer. As soon as such a base element has been removed, more space is available in the vertical direction of the goods stand, that is, for example, between the lowest goods carrier and a fixed base part. This obtained after removal of the removable base element space can be used to adjust the goods display in height. If a goods display device thus has a removable base element, this is to be understood as meaning that it has this in a transport state or storage state, but as a rule not in use.
  • variable base element can thus exert a force in the vertical direction when it is moved.
  • this force is only exerted while the base element is located in the article display.
  • the merchandise displays it is also possible for the merchandise displays to move upwards, ie to move upwards. H. for their collective transfer to a second position, a force is exercised.
  • the movable base element can also be positively connected to the first goods carrier.
  • the force is transmitted from the movable base member in an indirect manner to the first and at least to other goods carriers.
  • the second goods carrier or goods placed therein presses with at least one point on its upper side against the underside of the first goods carrier.
  • this product carrier can then also be moved, preferably moved upwards and, particularly preferably, moved linearly upwards.
  • the first goods carrier can be moved from its first position to its second position.
  • the goods display device comprises more than two goods carriers, in particular three, four or five goods carriers.
  • at least a third goods carrier provided which can also assume a first position and a second position and which can also be moved by means of the movable base element from its first position to its second position. The movement can again be a linear displacement in the vertical direction.
  • the movable base element in turn can directly exert a force on the third goods carrier.
  • the exercise of force can also be an indirect one, eg one mediated via other goods carriers.
  • At least one locking mechanism is provided, which can lock the goods carriers in their respective first position or in their respective second position. Often it is sufficient to provide such a lock only for the locking in the respective second position.
  • the product display equipped with goods takes a compact transport configuration, so that the usual use of additional filler or additional filler material can be completely eliminated.
  • a preferred goods display is essentially cuboid and has a rectangular base.
  • the jacket may be designed so that it covers two side surfaces and the back completely or partially.
  • a preferred jacket will cover the back completely, but only partially, namely in a region adjoining the back sides, of the two side surfaces. Forward, the side surfaces can remain open, which facilitates access to goods.
  • Such a display stand can be made of many common materials.
  • the use of cardboard, cardboard or corrugated cardboard is well-suited both for the lateral surfaces and for the product carriers, as well as for other parts.
  • the solid base element of the product carrier can be made of an even more stable material.
  • variable base element should have a flat top. By means of this upper side, it can well exert a force on a goods display arranged above it. With a sufficiently large surface, it is also ensured that the product carrier, even if it is made of a lightweight material, such as corrugated cardboard, is not damaged.
  • the variable pedestal member in the form of a movable pedestal member is also intended to have a lower surface, which preferably has a first and a second support surface for a Hubwaren.
  • Such pallets are in sales rooms, such as supermarkets, in use to transport goods. These trucks typically have two forks. These forks are in a standardized and known distance.
  • a goods display can be provided with a movable base member having on its underside a first and a second support surface for a lift truck.
  • the distance of the first and the second support surface should be related (the centers of the support surfaces may be over the centers of the lift forks, for example), so that support on the forks of the lift truck is easily possible.
  • a cavity can be provided between its underside and its upper side.
  • the movable base element can thus be provided in the form of a hollow body.
  • the guide rails can be connected, for example, with the lateral surface of the merchandiser. It is also possible to tailor the variable base element of its shape to the shape of the solid base element that both base elements can lead each other. In particular, therefore, the solid base element, at least relative to a horizontal cross section, can guide the variable base element by essentially positive locking. For example, if the fixed base member consists of four legs, the variable base member may have four holes or tubes through which it is guided at the feet of the fixed base member.
  • the two support surfaces of the variable socket member are placed between feet of the fixed socket member.
  • approximately only one support surface of the variable socket member is placed between two pairs of feet of the fixed socket member and a support surface of the movable socket member is located outside the feet.
  • the support surfaces of the movable base element are provided at a distance which goes beyond the available between the feet of the fixed base element distance. This can be useful for a goods display small footprint.
  • the selected base of the merchant as explained, namely the support surfaces should have a certain fixed distance. In particular, if the goods display is matched to the size of a commercially available suprapalette, this arrangement of the support surfaces is appropriate.
  • the goods carriers of the merchandiser are in their / their first position when the merchandiser is loaded with merchandise.
  • the assembly of the merchant can then be done with goods stocked goods carriers.
  • the transport of the stocked merchandiser will take place in a sales room with a lift truck.
  • there is at least one goods carrier in the sense of the method or all goods carriers are in the respectively second position. In this second position, the goods carriers can be held by the pressure exerted by the lift truck and forwarded via the movable base element.
  • the goods carrier or all goods carriers are secured in the / its second position by a lock. This does it particularly easy to drive the lift forks of the lift truck for transporting the goods carrier up and down without the goods carriers are moved each time.
  • the first or generally a lower goods carrier can be equipped with goods.
  • the variable base element of the first or lower goods carrier is moved upward.
  • the goods in the first or lower goods carrier can then serve to exert a force on the second or generally arranged above goods carrier, in order to move this also from its first position to its second position.
