Claims (4)
- Perceuse de trou de coulée pour des réservoirs métallurgiques, en particulier des fourneaux avec de contenu fondu, avec un affût étant déplaçable de la position d'arrêt dans la position de travail et l'inverse par un dispositif de levage, et un marteau perforateur ou à percussion étant déplaçable par moteur sur ledit affût pour enfoncer et rétracter une tige de forage dans le trou de coulée rempli d'une masse d'étanchéité, resp. à partir du trou de coulée rempli d'une masse d'étanchéité du réservoir, ladite tige de forage étant guidée à l'extrémité de l'affût à côté du fourneau par un dispositif de centrage,

un entraînement étant arrangé sur la suspension de l'affût (1) à au moins un bras porteur (15) du dispositif de levage, ledit entraînement causant un mouvement d'avancement linéaire de l'affût (1) à partir d'une position prépositionnée dans la position finale de travail (1a) à une distance (A) entre le dispositif de centrage (11) à l'extrémité à côté du fourneau (2) de l'affût (1) et le trou de coulée (3), ladite distance étant déterminée par la mèche de forage (8) de la tige de forage (7), et un mouvement linéaire rétractant de l'affût (1) à partir de la position de travail (la) dans une position rétractée (1b) à l'instant d'une profondeur définie d'intrusion de la tige de forage (7) dans la masse d'étanchéité (4) du trou de coulée (3), accompagné d'un mouvement d'avancement simultané de la tige de forage (7) dans le trou de coulée (3) en vue de protéger l'extrémité d'affût (2) à côté de fourneau et le dispositif de centrage (11) de la masse fondue (21) sortant du trou de coulée (3) quand lequel est ouvert, et un mouvement linéaire d'avancement de l'affût (1) à partir de la position rétractée (1b) dans la position de travail (1a) pour un procédé de coulée nouveau. - Perceuse de trou de coulée selon la revendication 1,
