- Dispositif de coupe et de séparation pour la coupe d'une bande (1, 1a) amenée à une entrée de bande (3.1) du dispositif (3) d'un matériau d'emballage en plusieurs bandes individuelles (2.1-2.2) espacées les unes des autres et transportées sur une sortie de bande (3.2) loin du dispositif (3), plusieurs rouleaux (17-20) se suivant dans un axe longitudinal de dispositif (L) étant prévus de manière rotative sur l'entrée de bande (3.1) ou sur un poste de coupe (24) qui s'y trouve, les rouleaux (17-20) formant des groupes de rouleaux avec respectivement au moins deux rouleaux (17, 19 ou 18, 20), des moyens de réglage étant prévus (7, 8) pour le réglage de la position oblique des rouleaux (17-20) ou de leurs axes par rapport à un plan de référence (M) commun à tous les rouleaux (17, 20), par exemple par rapport à un plan de référence (M) vertical ou sensiblement vertical, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (17, 20) sont logés avec un extrémité de rouleau extérieure respectivement sur un palier extérieur (16) dans la zone d'un élément de cadre (5) extérieur et avec ses extrémités intérieures sur respectivement un palier intérieur (21), et en ce qu'au moins un dispositif de réglage (24, 25) est prévu, avec lequel la position d'au moins un palier intérieur (21) peut être réglée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le nombre de groupes de rouleaux est identique au nombre de bandes individuelles (2.1-2.4) pouvant être générées au maximum avec le dispositif par coupe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le poste de coupe sur l'entrée de bande (3.1) est formé par plusieurs outils de coupe ou éléments de coupe (24).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un rouleau (18, 19) de chaque groupe de rouleaux ou son palier (16, 21) peut être réglé dans le sens de l'axe longitudinal du dispositif (L) ou dans le sens de roulement de la bande ou de transport.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plan de référence (M) est un plan perpendiculaire au plan de la bande amenée (1) et/ou perpendiculaire au plan de l'au moins une bande (2.1-2.4) évacuée du dispositif sur la sortie de bande (3.2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé au moins en ce qui concerne les rouleaux (17, 18, 20) et leur orientation de manière symétrique à un plan médian (M), par exemple à un plan médian (M) formant le plan de référence.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (17, 19 ; 18, 20) de chaque groupe de rouleaux sont réglables ensemble, et ce de préférence de telle manière que les rouleaux (17, 19 ; 18, 20) de chaque groupe de rouleaux soient disposés dans chaque position du réglage respectivement parallèlement ou sensiblement parallèlement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (17, 18) sont réglables entre une position, dans laquelle ils sont orientés avec leurs axes perpendiculairement au plan de référence (M) et des positions, dans lesquelles les axes des rouleaux (17, 20) forment avec le plan de référence (M) un angle inférieur à 90° qui s'ouvre vers la sortie de bande (3.2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (17, 20) sont logés avec une extrémité de rouleau extérieure respectivement sur un palier extérieur (16) dans la zone d'un élément de cadre extérieur (5) et avec leurs extrémités intérieures sur respectivement un palier intérieur (21) et en ce que des moyens de réglage (7, 8 ; 25, 26) sont prévus, avec lesquels au moins la position des paliers extérieurs (16) est modifiable pour la modification de la position oblique des rouleaux (17, 20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque groupe de rouleaux présente deux rouleaux (17, 19 ; 18, 20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que quatre groupes de rouleaux sont prévus, et ce de
préférence respectivement deux groupes de rouleaux de part et d'autre d'un plan médian (M) du dispositif. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par des moyens (27, 28) pour une alimentation du matériau en bande (1, 2.1-2.4) en un fluide gazeux dans la zone des rouleaux (17, 20) sur son côté superficiel tourné vers le rouleau respectif.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par sa réalisation comme élément ou groupe supplémentaire d'un poste d'emballage.
