Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine dampfisolierende Wandverkleidung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Aus EP 1 870 530 A2 und WO 2005/010308 A1 ist eine dampfisolierende Wandverkleidung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 bekannt.
  • Aus den Unterlagen des DE-Gebrauchsmusters 1 995 154 ist eine Isolierplatte bekannt, bei der der aus Hartschaumstoff bestehende Kern der Platte einerseits mit einer als Dampfsperre wirkenden undurchlässigen Aluminiumfolie und andererseits mit einem Putzträger beschichtet ist. Der Putzträger kann beispielsweise eine Platte aus zementierter Holzwolle sein.
  • Insgesamt handelt es sich hierbei um eine steife, dickschichtige Platte, bei der die Aluminiumfolie über die Hartschaumplatte mittelbar mit dem Putzträger verbunden ist. Es handelt sich demnach um ein steifes Element in Form einer Bauplatte.
  • Für eine Erfindung stellt sich die Aufgabe im Gegensatz dazu dar, eine Wandverkleidung anzugeben, die insgesamt sehr dünn ist und ähnlich einer Tapete auf eine Wand oder einen sonstigen, ebenen Träger aufgeklebt werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine dampfisolierenden Wandverkleidung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.
    Die Wandverkleidung ist flexibel, als Bahn zu rollen und ähnlich einer Tapete zu verarbeiten. Sie kann demnach auch als "Putztapete" bezeichnet werden. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Putzträgerschicht, anders als beim vorgenannten Stand der Technik, auch eine dünne, vorzugsweise ≤ 5 mm dicke Putzschicht bildet, die mit exakt gleichem Aufbau industriell herstellbar ist und daher immer unter denselben Voraussetzungen als Putzschicht unmittelbar eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Hydrophile Fasern, die im Wortsinne "wasserliebend" sind, zeichnen sich dadurch aus, dass sie mit Wasser eine anziehende Wechselwirkung ausüben. Sie ergeben auch bei sehr geringer Dicke der Putzträgerschicht eine innige Verbindung zwischen Fasern und Mörtel. Vorzugsweise werden Fasern gewählt, die wasserunlöslich sind. Als Mörtel wird ein Gemisch von 50 - 90 Ges.-% aus Zement mit feinstkörnigen Füllstoffen und 10 - 50 Gew.-% aus ursprünglich in Wasser dispergierbaren elastifizierenden Kunststoffen verwendet. Hierbei ist wesentlich, dass es nicht zu einer Abstoßung der Fasern gegenüber dem einzurührenden Wasser kommt.
    Um die Anbringung zu vereinfachen, ist die Aluminiumfolie auf der der Putzträgerschicht abgewandten Seite mit einer Klebstoffschicht bedeckt.
    Bei einer vorzugsweise gewählten Ausführungsform ist die Dicke der Aluminiumfolie zwischen 0,01 und 1 mm und die Dicke der Mörtelschicht mit eingeschlossener Faserlage zwischen 0,3 und 4 mm. Die Gesamthöhe liegt demnach zwischen 0,4 und 5 mm bei verklebter Anbringung.
  • Die hydrophilen Fasern sind ausgewählt aus Glasfasern, Zellulosefasern und/oder hydrophilierten Synthese-Fasern, wobei es sich in allen Fällen um wasserunlösliche Fasern handelt.
    Weiterhin wird vorgeschlagen, einen wärmedämmenden Wandverkleidungsaufbau mit der genannten Wandverkleidung herzustellen, indem ein wärmedämmendes Paneel, insbesondere eine Schaumkunststoffplatte, mit einer dampfisolierenden Wandverkleidung der genannten Art verbunden wird. Die Wandverkleidung wird mit der Aluminiumseite nach innen auf der Warmseite des Paneels aufgeklebt.
    Hierbei wird eine klebende Verbindungsschicht zusätzlich eingesetzt.
    Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Die Figuren der Zeichnung zeigen:

    Fig. 1 zeigt im Querschnitt einen Schichtaufbau einer dampfisolierenden Wandverkleidung 100. Die Gesamtdicke liegt bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel zwischen 0,3 und 5 mm.
  • Die Wandverkleidung umfasst zwei Schichten, nämlich eine Aluminiumfolie 4 und eine kombinierte Faserlage 1 mit darin gefundenem Mörtel 2, die eine Putzträgerschicht 3 bilden.
    Eine Aluminiumfolie 4 von etwa 0,1 mm Dicke ist mit einer Faserlage 1 in Form eines Vlieses aus Glasfasern belegt. Die Fasern 4 sind in einem flexibel ausgehärteten Mörtel 2 gebunden und zusammen mit dem Mörtel mit der Aluminiumfolie 4 innig verklebt. Eine zusätzliche Klebstoffschicht ist zwischen Mörtel und Aluminium nicht eingesetzt.
    Der Mörtel 2 besteht aus einer ausgehärteten Masse, die zu 50 - 90 Gew.-% aus Zement mit feinstkörnigen Füllstoffen und 10 - 50 Gew.-% aus ursprünglich in Wasser dispergierbaren elastifizierenden Kunststoffen besteht. Unter "feinstkörnigen Füllstoffen" werden Füll- und Zuschlagstoffe in Granulatform verstanden, beispielsweise Quarzmehl, bei denen die Kornklasse bei quadratischer Sieböffnung unter 0,2 mm ausgesiebt ist. Allerdings soll es sich nicht nur um Feinststäube handeln, um Bindefähigkeit, Verarbeitbarkeit und Wasserhaltung nicht wesentlich zu verschlechtern. Als Füllstoffe eigenen sich auch andere bekannte Zuschläge, wie Titandioxid, Aluminiumoxid oder Gemische derartiger Stoffe. Faserlage 1 und Mörtel 2 ergeben zusammen eine Putzträgerschicht 3.
    Weitere geeignete Mörtelmischungen, die zur technischen Verwendung geeignet sind, sind beispielsweise der EP 871 810 B1 zu entnehmen.
    Unter "Aluminiumfolien" werden Folien verstanden, die üblicherweise aus einer Aluminiumlegierung bestehen und auch als Leichtmetallfolien bezeichnet werden. Sie enthalten einen Anteil von mehr als 80 Gew.-%.
  • Wird die Wandverkleidung 100 für sich verwendet, so wird die Aluminiumfolien-Seite mit einer Wand, einem Bauteil oder dergleichen verklebt. Hierzu eignen sich Klebstoffe auf Epoxidharzbasis. Die Verklebung und der Transport der Folie können vereinfacht werden, wenn auf die Außenseite eine Klebstoffschicht 5 mit einer Release-Folie (letztere nicht dargestellt) abdeckend aufgebracht ist. Die Klebstoffschicht 5 kann nach Abziehen der Release-Folie unmittelbar auf praktisch jede Wandfläche aufgebracht werden, die staubfrei ist.
  • Die dampfisolierende Wandverkleidung 100 kann einstückig auch mit einem wärmedämmenden Paneel 10, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt, verbunden werden. Hierbei handelt es sich insbesondere um Schaumkunststoffplatten aus Polystyrol oder Polyurethan, wie sie beispielsweise als "WEDI-Platten" vertrieben werden. Die dampfisolierende Wandverkleidung 100 wird auf die Warmseite des Paneels aufgeklebt, wobei eine klebende Zwischenschicht vorhanden ist, die hier nicht gesondert dargestellt ist.
  • Dadurch, dass eine Aluminiumfolie 4 zwischen der Schaumkunststoffplatte und der Putzträgerschicht 3 der Wandverkleidung 100 liegt, und darauf eine weitere Beschichtung, beispielsweise Fliesen oder Keramikplatten, aufgebracht ist, lassen sich in einfacher Weise dampfsperrende Wände erzeugen, die beispielsweise in Nassräumen benötigt werden.
  • Auch können verschiedene Schichtaufbauten hergestellt werden, wobei die Wandverkleidung 100 beispielsweise zwischen zwei Schaumkunststoff-Paneelen angeordnet ist.

Claims (7)

  1. Dampfisolierende Wandverkleidung (100), umfassend eine als Dampfsperre wirkende Aluminiumfolie (4), die mit einer Putzträgerschicht (3) verbunden ist, wobei die Putzträgerschicht (3) aus einer Faserlage (1), nämlich einer Vlies-, Gewebe-, Gewirke- oder Gelegelage aus hydrophilen Fasern, besteht, die mit einem flexibel ausgehärteten, die Faserlage mit der Aluminiumfolie verbindenden und die Eigenschaft eines Putzmörtels aufweisenden Mörtel (2) gebunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandverkleidung flexibel, als Bahn zu rollen und ähnlich einer Tapete zu verarbeiten ist, und dass der Mörtel (2) zu 50 - 90 Gew.-% aus Zement mit feinstkörnigen Füllstoffen und 10 - 50 Gew.-% aus ursprünglich in Wasser dispergierbaren elastifizierenden Kunststoffen besteht.
  2. Wandverkleidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aluminiumfolie (4) auf der der Putzträgerschicht (3) abgewandten Seite mit einer Klebstoffschicht (5) bedeckt ist.
  3. Wandverkleidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hydrophilen Fasern wasserunlöslich sind und ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe der Glasfasern, Zellulosefasern und/oder hydrophilierten Synthese-Fasern.
  4. Wandverkleidung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Aluminiumfolie (4) zwischen 0,01 und 1 mm beträgt.
  5. Wandverkleidung nach einem der vorhergehenden Absprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Mörtelschicht (2) mit eingeschlossener Faserlage (1) zwischen 0,4 und 5 mm beträgt.
  6. Wärmedämmender Wandverkleidungsaufbau, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein wärmedämmendes Paneel (10), insbesondere eine Schaumkunststoffplatte, mit einer dampfisolierenden Wandverkleidung (100) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 auf der Warmseite des Paneels (10) verbunden ist.
  7. Wärmedämmender Wandverkleidungsaufbau nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aluminiumfolie (4) der Wandverkleidung über eine klebende Verbindungsschicht mit dem wärmedämmenden Paneel verbunden ist.
