While the present application primarily discusses embodiments of a clamping screw 31 having male and female key grips of the same type, it will be appreciated that such a clamping screw can ordinarily be replaced with a clamping screw 131 having male and female key grips of different types, except as otherwise indicated herein.

Claims (13)
- Fräswerkzeug (21), aufweisend:einen Werkzeughalter (23) mit einer einsatzaufnehmenden Tasche (25),einen Schneideinsatz (27) mit einer darin vorgesehenen Bohrung (29), wobei der Schneideinsatz (27) in der Tasche (25) angeordnet ist, wobeieine Klemmschraube (31) ein äußeres Schlüsselprofil (33) an einem ersten Ende (35) und keine oder mehrere Schlüsselprofile (37) an einem zweiten Ende (39) aufweist, wobei die Klemmschraube (31) sich so durch die Bohrung (29) in dem Schneideinsatz (27) und in eine Gewindebohrung (41) in dem Werkzeughalter (23) erstreckt, dass die Gewinde (43) der Klemmschraube (31) und die Gewinde (45) der Gewindebohrung (41) ineinandergreifen, wobei das äußere Schlüsselprofil (33) von dem Schneideinsatz (27) entfernt angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende (39) der Klemmschraube (31) einen vergrößerten Kopf (47) mit einer Klemmfläche (49) aufweist, die an einer Klemmfläche (51) in der Bohrung (29) des Schneideinsatzes (27) anliegt.
- Fräswerkzeug (21) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Gewindebohrung (41) in dem Werkzeughalter (23) die Tasche (25) mit einer Außenfläche (55) des Werkzeughalters (23) verbindet.
- Fräswerkzeug (21) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (35) der Klemmschraube (31) in einer vergrößerten, sich bis zu der Außenfläche (55) des Werkzeughalters erstreckenden Bohrung (53) angeordnet ist.
- Fräswerkzeug (21) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (27) relativ zu dem Werkzeughalter (23) derart angeordnet ist, dass eine aktive Schneidkante (67) des Einsatzes (27) einen axialen Winkel (α) gegenüber einer Drehachse (R) des Werkzeughalters (23) bildet.
- Fräswerkzeug (21) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Winkel (α) der Schneidkante (67) des Schneideinsatzes (27) zwischen 0° und 45°, vorzugsweise zwischen 15° und 20° liegt.
- Fräswerkzeug (21) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die null oder mehreren Schlüsselprofile (37) ein inneres Schlüsselprofil aufweisen und das äußere Schlüsselprofil (33) in dem Schlüsselprofl (37) aufnehmbar ist.
- Fräswerkzeug (21) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die null oder mehreren Schlüsselprofle wenigstens ein Schlüsselprofil aufweisen und das äußere Schlüsselprofil (33) von derselben Schlüsselprofilart ist wie das Schlüsselprofil (37).
- Fräswerkzeug (21) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die null oder mehreren Schlüsselprofile wenigstens ein Schlüsselprofil aufweisen und das äußere Schlüsselprofil (33) von einer anderen Schlüsselprofilart ist als das Schlüsselprofil (37).
- Fräswerkzeug (21) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine größte Querschnittsausdehnung des äußeren Schlüsselprofils (33) nicht größer als die kleinste Querschnittsausdehnung der Gewinde (43) der Klemmschraube (31) ist.
- Fräswerkzeug (21) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmschraube (31) eine Einschnürung (69) zwischen den Gewinden (43) der Klemmschraube (31) und dem äußeren Schlüsselprofil (33) aufweist.
- Fräswerkzeug (21) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die null oder mehreren Schlüsselprofile wenigstens ein Schlüsseiprofil aufweisen, und dass der Werkzeughalter (23) und die Klemmschraube (31) derart ausgestaltet sind, dass zumindest während eines Teils einer Installation oder einer Entfernung der Klemmschraube zumindest entweder das äußere Schlüsselprofil (33) oder das Schlüsselprofil (37) nicht für ein Werkzeug (57A und/oder 57B) zugänglich ist, welches dafür ausgelegt ist, mit zumindest entweder dem äußeren Schlüsselprofil (33) oder dem Schlüsselprofil (37) in Eingriff gebracht zu werden.
- Fräswerkzeug (21) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die null oder mehreren Schlüsselprofile wenigstens ein Schlüsselprofil aufweisen, und dass der Werkzeughalter (23) und die Klemmschraube (31) derart ausgestaltet sind, dass das Schlüsselprofil (37) zumindest während eines Teils einer Installation oder einer Entfernung der Klemmschraube nicht für ein Werkzeug (57B) zugänglich ist, das für den Eingriff mit dem Schlüsselprofil (37) ausgelegt ist, und derart, dass das äußere Schlüsselprofil (33) während wenigstens eines anderen Teils der Installation oder der Entfernung der Klemmschraube (31) nicht für ein Werkzeug (57A) zugänglich ist, welches für den Eingriff dem äußeren Schlüsselprofiil (33) ausgelegt ist.
- Fräswerkzeug (21) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkzeughalter (23) eine Mehrzahl von einen Einsatz aufnehmenden Taschen (25) aufweist und das Fräswerkzeug (21) eine entsprechende Mehrzahl von Schneideinsätzen (27) und Klemmschrauben (31) aufweist.
