- the angular position of the cable drum is to be detected by a rotary encoder here.
- An electronic control and regulating device controls a proportional valve in response to the signals of the rotary encoder in such a way that the drive motor is applied at unwinded line drum with a low torque and adoptedwickeiter line drum with a high torque.
- Winding drums in particular as they are used in mobile cranes, have the task of spirally receiving cables, in particular hydraulic hose lines.
- coil springs that were previously used to generate a torque on the winding drum to streamline the line in the up or the unwinding, for design reasons to their limits.
- Spiral springs can also be difficult to handle from a certain size and represent a major hazard for humans dar.
- electric motors for such winding drums.
- such electric motors would require additional cabinets that create additional space and additional weight and thus contribute to an increase in price.
- the invention is based on the object, a method for operating a winding drum, which is particularly suitable for use in a mobile crane, show for spiral winding drums larger winding lengths and winding diameter, which can not be driven by a spiral spring drive. Furthermore, a winding drum system to carry out the method will be shown.

- the drum Since the brake system of hydraulic motors is not suitable for an operational spin when brake is engaged and the fixed holding torque of the brake is usually much higher than the maximum set operating torque, the drum is equipped at a suitable point with a slip clutch, the torque to a defined slightly above the operating torque (corresponding to pressure difference) is set. This ensures the conceivable in practical operation case, that in case of failed or disabled hydraulics (ie no pressure oil supply to the control block) or for reasons of accident incident brake is telescoped and thus prevents a break in the line.
- the slip clutch is adjusted so that it slips at a torque of 200 Nm, with a torque of 80 Nm is transmitted from the hydraulic motor via the slip clutch in normal operation.
- the proposed means for braking the winding drum allow energy savings by the hydraulic supply is switched off when not telescoped.
- precautionary measures must be taken at the crane. This means that the brake must always act before switching off (feedback via pressure switch) and the working pressure must be applied before switching on and opening the brake. It can then be released for telescoping when the pressure switch has reported the release of the brake.
- the hydraulic motor is, in particular, a low-speed rotor which operates according to the gerotor principle and is additionally coupled via a gear, in particular a bevel gear, to the winding drum or its drive axle.

- the telescoping speed should be 18 m / min and the maximum occurring engine speed should be about 15 rpm.
- such an arrangement can be driven by a hydraulic motor with a displacement of 80 cm 3 / U.
- the minimum brake release pressure of such hydraulic motors is given as 21 bar.
- the maximum operating pressure should not be higher than 150 bar, taking into account the pressure capacity of the hydraulic motor including the brake. If only higher pressures are available, a pressure reducing valve should be provided.
- Another method step is that the solenoid-operated directional control valve is switched on initiation of a winding process after the pressurization of the hydraulic motor to release the brake.
- the time interval may be, for example, 1 to 3 seconds, in particular 2 seconds.
- the solenoid of the directional control valve is to be coupled, for example with the crane control so that in the case of a Teleskopierzi on the crane and consequently the line up or unwound, the brake is released, but with a small time delay, thus a constant tightening of - And unwinding line is guaranteed.
- the winding drum 1 in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 is intended for use with a mobile crane and serves for the helical winding of a tubular conduit, which in FIG. 1 has not been drawn for reasons of clarity.
- the line is kept taut via a drive unit comprising a hydraulic motor M and a transmission 2.

Description
- Figur 1
- eine Seitenansicht einer Wickeltrommel;
- Figur 2

- In
