It can be seen that the special configuration of the protector allows it to follow the motion of the clothing item easily, as if it were part of its collar. It is interesting to note that, even if the collar and the clothing item are not connected, it is possible to open and reach the interior of the clothing item by pulling somewhat on the collar without removing it.

Claims (19)

  1. Protège-cou (001) qui comprend :
    - un écran arrière (100) qui repose sur les épaules et la partie supérieure du dos ;
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre :
    - deux écrans avant (251) (252) qui reposent sur la partie supérieure avant de la poitrine de l'utilisateur, un de chaque côté du cou ;
    - un moyen d'articulation des écrans avant (251) (252) avec l'écran arrière (100), leurs axes de rotation faisant face vers le haut, vers l'arrière et vers le centre, de sorte que leur point d'intersection (Oi) se trouve au-dessus et derrière eux.
  2. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'articulation comprend des charnières (301) (302).
  3. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'articulation comprend des éléments déformables.
  4. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments déformables comprennent des feuilles souples.
  5. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les écrans (100) (251) (252) comprennent un cadre rigide (101) (201) (202) et un revêtement déformable (102) (203) (204).
  6. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement déformable (102) (203) (204) comprend une mousse viscoélastique sensible à la vitesse de déformation.
  7. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une protection supérieure (121) qui recouvre le cadre arrière (101).
  8. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une protection inférieure (122) qui recouvre le cadre arrière (101).
  9. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, dans la surface de contact avec le corps de l'écran arrière (100) ainsi que des écrans avant (251) (252), plusieurs zones d'union (111) (112) (211) (212) avec les vêtements de l'utilisateur.
  10. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux écrans avant (251) (252), en position fermée, présentent une séparation dans leur zone avant.
  11. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un moyen destiné à relier les deux écrans avant (251) (252).
  12. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le moyen destiné à relier les deux écrans avant (251) (252) comprend :
    - une glissière (416) qui se déplace dans un boîtier (412) fixé sur l'un des deux écrans avant (252) ou (251) ;
    - un fermoir (405) qui se déplace sur un support (401) lié d'un seul tenant avec l'autre écran avant (251) ou (252), qui retient la glissière (416) lorsqu'elle est déplacée assez loin pour atteindre le fermoir (405).
  13. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la glissière (416) incorpore un élément élastique qui exerce une force qui a tendance à rétracter la glissière (416), après libération du fermoir (405), vers le boîtier (412) qui le contient, de sorte qu'il ne gêne pas la séparation entre les écrans avant (252) (251).
  14. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le fermoir (405) incorpore un élément élastique qui exerce une force qui a tendance à maintenir le fermoir (405) dans la position fermée.
  15. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un moyen de raccordement rapide entre les écrans avant (251) (252) et l'écran arrière (100).
  16. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de raccordement rapide comprend :
    - deux boîtiers (311) (312) disposés sur l'écran arrière (100);
    - des fourches correspondantes reliées d'un seul tenant aux charnières (301) (302), qui, lorsqu'elles sont insérées dans les boîtiers (311) (312), sont attachées à ceux-ci.
  17. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un moyen d'ajustement à différentes tailles.
  18. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 17, dans lequel le moyen d'ajustement à différentes tailles est mis en place sous forme de glissières de guidage caractérisées en ce qu'elles comprennent :
    - une vis de verrouillage (313) (314), logée dans des guides latéraux (317) (318) reliés d'un seul tenant aux écrans avant (251) (252), ayant son mouvement linéaire le long de son axe restreint et ajusté avec des butées pour limiter sa plage de rotation ;
    - un écrou de verrouillage (315) (316), également logé dans les guides latéraux (317) (318) et fileté sur la vis de verrouillage (313) (314), ayant son mouvement de rotation restreint mais étant apte à se déplacer de manière linéaire ;
    - une tige (309) (310) qui coulisse par le biais des guides latéraux (317) (318) et présente plusieurs orifices dans lesquels l'écrou de verrouillage (315) (316) peut être inséré.
  19. Protège-cou (001) selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que la tige (309) (310) présente au moins une butée au niveau de son extrémité, de sorte qu'elle l'empêche de sortir des guides latéraux (317) (318) lorsque l'écrou de verrouillage (315) (316) est hors des orifices de la tige (309) (310).
