It is interesting to note that, even if the collar and the clothing item are not connected, it is possible to open and reach the interior of the clothing item by pulling somewhat on the collar without removing it.

Claims (19)

  1. Ein Nackenschutz (001), der Folgendes umfasst:
    - ein Rückenschutzschild (100), das auf den Schultern und dem oberen Teil des Rückens ruht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    - zwei vordere Schutzschilder (251) (252), die auf dem oberen vorderen Teil des Rumpfes des Benutzers an jeder Seite des Halses aufliegen;
    - Vorrichtungen, deren Drehachsen nach oben in Richtung der Rückseite und der Mitte zeigen, so dass ihr Schnittpunkt (Oi) über und hinter ihnen liegt, um die vorderen Schutzschilder (251) (252) mit dem hinteren (100) frei beweglich zu verbinden,
  2. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungselemente Scharniere (301) (302) besitzen.
  3. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungselemente verformbare Elemente besitzen.
  4. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 3 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verformbaren Elemente flexible Folien besitzen.
  5. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschilder (100) (251) (252) einen starren Rahmen (101) (201) (202) und eine verformbaren Überzug (102) (203) (204) besitzen.
  6. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 5 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verformbare Überzug (102) (203), (204) einen Schaum mit viskoelastischen Eigenschaften enthält, der auf die Verformungsgeschwindigkeit empfindlich reagiert.
  7. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 6 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen oberen Schutz (121) besitzt, der den hinteren Rahmen bedeckt (101).
  8. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 6 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen unteren Schutz (122) besitzt, der den hinteren Rahmen bedeckt (101).
  9. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er an der Kontaktfläche des Körpers sowohl zum hinteren Schutzschild (100) als auch den vorderen Schutzschildern (251) (252) mehrere Anschlussbereiche (111) (112) (211) (212) zur Kleidung des Trägers enthält.
  10. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden vorderen Schutzschilder (251) (252) bei geschlossener Position eine Trennung in ihrem vorderen Bereich darstellen.
  11. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Vorrichtungen umfasst, die beiden vorderen Schutzschilder zu verbinden (251) (252).
  12. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 11 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsinstrumente der beiden vorderen Schutzschirme (251) (252) Folgendes besitzen:
    - einen Schieber (416), der sich in einem Kasten bewegt (412), der an einem der beiden vorderen Schutzschilder (252) oder (251) angebracht ist;
    - ein Verschluss (405), der sich auf einem Träger (401), welcher ganz mit dem anderen vorhergehenden Schutzschild (251) oder (252) verbunden ist, bewegt, so dass der Schieber (416) gesichert ist, wenn er sich weit genug bewegt, um den Verschluss (405) zu erreichen.
  13. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 12 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (416) ein elastisches Element enthält, das eine Kraft ausübt, um den Schlitten (416) in Richtung Kasten (412) zurückzuziehen, wenn der Verschluss geöffnet wird (405), so dass dieser die Trennung der vorderen Schutzschilder (252) (251) nicht beeinträchtigt.
  14. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 12 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (405) ein elastisches Element enthält, das eine Kraft ausübt, um den Verschluss (405) in der geschlossenen Position zu halten.
  15. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Systeme zum schnellen Verschluss zwischen den vorderen Schutzschildern (251) (252) und dem hinteren Schutzschild (100) beinhaltet.
  16. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 15 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnellanschlusssysteme Folgendes umfassen:
    - zwei auf dem hinteren Schutzschild (100) angeordnete Gehäuse (311) (312);
    - entsprechende Gabeln, die ganzheitlich mit den Scharnieren (301) (302) verbunden sind, die, wenn sie in den Gehäusen (311) (312) eingesetzt sind, mit ihnen verankert sind.
  17. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Vorrichtungen zur Anpassung an verschiedene Größen beinhaltet.
  18. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 17, in dem die Systeme zur Anpassung an verschiedene Größen als Führungsschlitten implementiert dadurch gekennzeichnet sind, dass sie Folgendes umfassen:
    - eine in seitliche Führungen (317) (318) eingebaute Sicherungsschraube (313) (314), die ganz mit den vorderen Schutzschildern (251) (252) verbunden ist und deren lineare Bewegung entlang ihrer Achse beschränkt ist und die mit Anschlägen versehen ist, um ihren Drehbereich zu begrenzen;
    - eine Verriegelungsmutter (315) (316), die ebenfalls in seitliche Führungen (317) (318) eingebaut ist und mit einem Gewinde auf der Sicherungsschraube (313) (314) angebracht ist, deren Drehbewegung beschränkt ist, die sich jedoch linear bewegen kann;
    - ein Schaft (309) (310), der durch die seitlichen Führungen gleitet (317) (318) und mehrere Öffnungen besitzt, in die Verriegelungsmuttern (315) (316) eingeführt werden können.
  19. Der Nackenschutz (001) nach Anspruch 18 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (309) (310) zumindest einen Anschlag an seinem Ende besitzt, so dass er daran gehindert wird, sich aus den seitlichen Führungen herauszubewegen (317) (318), wenn sich die Sicherungsmutter (315) (316) nicht in der Öffnung des Schafts befindet (309) (310).
