Claims (8)
- Ausrüstung (1) zum Schutz des Nackens, umfassend:- einen Stützkörper (3), der geeignet ist, am Rücken eines Benutzers positioniert zu werden,- eine Schutzkomponente (2), die entlang einer Längsrichtung (X-X) von dem Stützkörper (3) in Richtung des Halses des Benutzers vorsteht und dazu geeignet ist, hinter dem Hals des Benutzers angelegt zu werden,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Folgendes umfasst:- einen Aufnahmekörper (4), der geeignet ist, außerhalb eines Schutzhelms (100) befestigt oder integriert zu werden, wobei der Aufnahmekörper (4) einen Aufnahmesitz (51) mit einer unteren Öffnung (56) definiert, wobei der Aufnahmesitz (51) eine Aufnahmewand (54) aufweist, die geeignet ist, dem Helm (100) gegenüberzuliegen, und durch eine periphere Wand (55) mit einem oberen Abschnitt (55b), der der unteren Öffnung (56) gegenüberliegt, und zwei gegenüberliegenden seitlichen Abschnitten (55a) begrenzt wird, und- ein Anschlagelement (52), das in den Aufnahmesitz (51) einsetzbar ist und sich zumindest teilweise durch die untere Öffnung (56) erstreckt, wobei die Schutzkomponente (2) das Anschlagelement (52) mit dem Stützkörper (3) verbindet.- wobei das Anschlagelement (52) innerhalb des Aufnahmesitzes (51) beweglich ist:- durch die untere Öffnung (56), die sich auf den oberen Abschnitt (55b) der peripheren Wand (55) zu und von ihm weg bewegt,- zwischen zwei seitlichen Positionen, in denen er an den jeweiligen seitlichen Abschnitten (55a) der peripheren Wand (55) anliegt, und- zwischen einer rückwärtigen Position, in der sie mit der Aufnahmewand (54) in Eingriff steht, und einer vorderen Position, in der sie die Aufnahmewand (54) außer Eingriff bringt.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Anschlagelement (52) eine gebogene Platte (53) aufweist, die dem Helm (100) zugewandt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die gebogene Platte (53) des Anschlagelements (52) mindestens einen Erweiterungsflansch (531) aufweist, der in Richtung der Aufnahmewand (54) vorsteht, wenn das Anschlagelement (52) in den Aufnahmesitz (51) eingesetzt ist, und die Aufnahmewand (54) mindestens einen Verengungsflansch (541) aufweist, der in den Aufnahmesitz (51) hineinragt, wobei der Vergrößerungsflansch (531) und der Verengungsflansch (541) so konfiguriert sind, dass sie sich gegenseitig berühren, um den Bewegungsbereich der gebogenen Platte (53) in Bezug auf den Aufnahmekörper (4) entlang der Längsrichtung (X-X) zu begrenzen.
- Die Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei:- die gebogene Platte (53) des Anschlagelements (52) ein Paar von Vergrößerungsflanschen (531) aufweist und der Verengungsflansch (541) der Aufnahmewand (54) zwischen dem Paar von Vergrößerungsflanschen (531) angeordnet ist, oder- die Aufnahmewand (54) ein Paar Verengungsflansche (541) aufweist und der Vergrößerungsflansch (531) der gebogenen Platte (53) zwischen dem Paar Verengungsflansche (541) angeordnet ist.
- Die Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche umfasst Kupplungsmittel (6), die so konfiguriert sind, dass sie das Anschlagelement (52) abnehmbar an der Schutzkomponente (2) befestigen.
- Die Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schutzkomponente (2) in Bezug auf den Stützkörper (3) verschiebbar ist, um einen Abstand zwischen dem Stützkörper (3) und dem Anschlagelement (52) entlang der Längsrichtung (X-X) einzustellen, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) Verriegelungsmittel (7) umfasst, die so konfiguriert sind, dass sie die Schutzkomponente (2) an dem Stützkörper (3) in einer Vielzahl von Verriegelungspositionen verriegeln.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel (7) mindestens einen ersten Verriegelungssitz (71), der in dem Stützkörper (3) ausgebildet ist, mindestens einen zweiten Verriegelungssitz (72), der in der Schutzkomponente (2) ausgebildet ist, und mindestens ein Verriegelungselement (73) umfassen, das in jeder Verriegelungsposition gleichzeitig in einen jeweiligen ersten Verriegelungssitz (71) und einen jeweiligen zweiten Verriegelungssitz (72) eingreift und verhindert, dass die Schutzkomponente (2) in Bezug auf den Stützkörper (3) gleitet.
- Ausrüstung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend einen Helm (100), wobei der Aufnahmekörper (4) in dem Helm (100) befestigt oder integriert ist, wobei das Anschlagelement (52) in der vorderen Position in den Helm (100) eingreift und in der hinteren Position außer Eingriff mit dem Helm (100) ist.
