Diese Länge des Annähfadens ist von einem jeweiligen Anwendungsfall abhängig und ist durch das Auftreten von zwei Fehler-Situationen bzw. Störungen begrenzt:
- 1. Bei einem zu kurzen Annähfaden rutscht der Faden bei Beginn des Nähvorgangs aus der Nadel. Mit dem Ausfädeln des Oberfadens bricht die Nähmaschine den Nähvorgang mit einer Fehlermeldung an das Wartungspersonal ab, das zur Störungsbeseitigung eingreifen muss.
- 2. Bei zu langem Annähfaden kann es zu Beginn des neuen Nähvorgangs zu der sog. Nestbildung kommen. Hier werden in den ersten Stichen Schlaufen des Oberfadens und/oder ein Anfangsfaden zu einem losen Knoten verbunden. Neben einer unschönen Optik kann sich eine solche als "Nest" bezeichnete Fadenverknotung auch lösen, da die zwischen Ober- und Unterfaden gebildeten Knoten nicht ausreichend fest zusammengezogen werden.

Claims (9)
wobei zwischen einem Fadenspanner (6) und einer Nähnadel (11) ein Fadenzieher (13) angeordnet ist und
der Fadenzieher (13) mit einem Fadenschneider derart angesteuert wird, dass der Fadenzieher (13) vor dem Schneiden mindestens eines Fadens (2) an einer fertig gestellten Naht (20) betätigbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Fadenzieher (13) eine bewegliche Stange (15) mit einem freien Ende (17) umfasst, an welcher der Faden (2) so geführt ist, dass der Faden (2) im Zuge einer bestimmten Bewegung der Stange (15) gelängt wird, wobei der Fadenzieher (13) mindestens einen Zapfen (19, 25) umfasst und an dem Zapfen (19) vorbei oder zwischen den Zapfen (25) hindurch ein an der Stange (15) angeordneter Mittelzapfen (27) verschieblich zur Bildung einer Art von den Faden (2) umschließender Öse (18) angeordnet ist, so dass ein zwischen dem Zapfen (19) oder den Zapfen (25) und dem Mittelzapfen (27) angeordneter Faden (2) durch die Verschiebung des Mittelzapfens (27) von einem geradlinigen in einen ungefähr L- oder U-förmigen Verlauf gezwungen wird.Device for providing a stitching of a defined length on a sewing or embroidery machine,
