Claims (11)

  1. Ensemble servant à nettoyer et/ou à désinfecter de manière mécanique des objets, lequel présente :
    a) un dispositif servant à nettoyer et/ou à désinfecter de manière mécanique des objets, lequel présente au moins deux raccords (3, 4) pour des réservoirs de stockage de consommables (1, 2) ;
    b) deux ou plusieurs réservoirs de stockage de consommables (1, 2) ;
    c) des emplacements associés aux raccords (3, 4) pour des réservoirs de stockage de consommables (1, 2) destinés aux réservoirs de stockage de consommables (1, 2) ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    d) le dispositif présente au moins deux systèmes de lecture RFID (11, 12) associés aux raccords (3, 4) destinés aux réservoirs de réservoir de consommables (1, 2) ;
    e) chaque réservoir de stockage de consommables (1, 2) est pourvu d'au moins une étiquette RFID (9, 10), dans laquelle sont stockées des informations servant à identifier le consommable contenu dans le réservoir de stockage de consommables, sachant qu'au moins une partie de ces informations sont stockées de manière sécurisée contre toute falsification dans l'étiquette RFID et que l'étiquette RFID (9, 10) est pourvue d'un numéro UID (Unique Identifier Nummer - numéro unique d'identification) ;
    f) les systèmes de lecture RFID (11, 12) associés aux raccords (3, 4) destinés aux réservoirs de stockage de consommables (1, 2) sont réalisés pour lire les étiquettes RFID (9, 10) des réservoirs de stockage de consommables (1, 2) ;
    l'ensemble présentant en outre :
    i. un capteur de niveau de remplissage pour chaque réservoir de stockage de consommables (1, 2) ;
    ii. un système qui ne permet que lorsqu'un message du capteur de niveau de remplissage notifiant que le réservoir de stockage est vide, une remise en service après que le système de lecture RFID (11, 12) associé au raccord (3, 4) correspondant destiné aux réservoirs de stockage de consommables (1, 2) a identifié une étiquette RFID (9, 10) dotée d'un nouveau numéro UID.
  2. Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif servant à nettoyer et/ou à désinfecter de manière mécanique des objets est une machine de lavage ou une installation CIP.
  3. Ensemble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la sécurisation contre toute falsification des données stockées est effectuée grâce à un chiffrement des informations et/ou grâce à l'application d'une zone en lecture seule de l'étiquette RFID (9, 10).
  4. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif servant à nettoyer et/ou à désinfecter de manière mécanique des objets présente une unité de stockage (14, 15) servant à stocker des informations relatives à l'exploitation de consommables ou des réservoirs de consommables appropriés.
  5. Ensemble selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de stockage (14, 15) peut être mise à jour par l'exploitant du dispositif ou de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison de communication de données à distance par le fournisseur des réservoirs de stockage de consommables.
  6. Ensemble selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif servant à nettoyer et/ou à désinfecter de manière mécanique des objets présente un système (14) qui ne déclenche un programme de fonctionnement que lorsque les systèmes de lecture RFID (11, 12) associés aux raccords (3, 4) destinés aux réservoirs de stockage de consommables (1, 2) identifient les réservoirs de stockage de consommables (1, 2) raccordés comme appropriés pour la mise en oeuvre du programme de fonctionnement correspondant.
  7. Ensemble selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les étiquettes RFID (9, 10) présentent en outre des informations concernant la date d'expiration du consommable, et en ce que les systèmes de lecture RFID (11, 12) associés aux raccords destinés aux réservoirs de stockage de consommables (1, 2) extraient lesdites dates d'expiration et ne déclenchent le programme de fonctionnement que lorsque les dates d'expiration ne sont pas dépassées.
  8. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif servant à nettoyer et/ou à désinfecter de manière mécanique des objets présente une unité de stockage (15) servant à documenter l'historique de fonctionnement du dispositif y compris des consommables utilisés.
  9. Ensemble selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la documentation relative à l'historique de fonctionnement peut être combinée par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison de communication de données à distance à des certificats d'analyse des consommables utilisés.
  10. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble présente un système servant à identifier le type des objets à nettoyer et est réalisé pour sélectionner à l'aide de ladite identification un programme parmi les nombreux programmes possibles de nettoyage et/ou de désinfection.
  11. Procédé servant à nettoyer et/ou à désinfecter de manière mécanique des objets en utilisant un ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes consistant à :
    b) raccorder un ou plusieurs réservoirs de stockage de consommables (1, 2) aux raccords (3, 4) destinés aux réservoirs de stockage de consommables ;
    c) placer les objets dans le dispositif servant à nettoyer et/ou à désinfecter de manière mécanique des objets ;
    d) extraire des informations des étiquettes RFID (9, 10) de l'au moins un réservoir de stockage de consommables (1, 2);
    e) vérifier que les informations extraites à l'étape c) identifient les consommables appropriés pour le programme de fonctionnement prévu ;
    f) lancer le programme de fonctionnement après une issue positive de la vérification à l'étape d).
