Claims (11)
- Installation de profilage pour former longitudinalement une bande métallique ou un profilé en un profilé ou un tube, avec une pluralité de stations de transformation (10) disposées en ligne les unes derrière les autres dans lesquelles respectivement un groupe (11) d'outils de transformation de rouleau est intégré et traversé successivement par une bande métallique ou un profilé, ainsi qu'avec un soubassement de machine (1) sur lequel les stations de transformation (10) sont fixées directement ou indirectement, caractérisée en ce que des guides linéaires (4) sont présents au niveau du soubassement de machine (1) avec des chariots (5) entraînés pouvant être conduits dans la direction de déplacement de la bande métallique ou du profilé et dans le sens contraire pour loger les outils (12), manipulateurs (13) et/ou dispositifs de traitement agissant sur le profilé (15).

- Installation de profilage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement des chariots (5) est réalisé au moyen de moteurs linéaires, leur partie principale étant disposée au niveau du chariot (5) et leur partie secondaire étant disposée le long de leurs guides linéaires (4).
- Installation de profilage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'installation de profilage est construite au moins en partie de façon modulaire, avec un soubassement de machine (1) traversant au niveau duquel des guides linéaires (4) sont placés pour les chariots (5) entraînés pouvant être conduits le long du soubassement de machine (1), avec les outils (12), manipulateurs (13) et leur équivalent agissant sur le profilé (15), et disposant de dispositifs de maintien (9) permettant de monter des groupes fonctionnels (11) avec respectivement plusieurs stations de transformation (10) .
- Installation de profilage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs chariots (5) mobiles indépendamment les uns des autres sont présents.
- Installation de profilage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les chariots (5) sont respectivement pourvus d'une chaîne porte-câbles (8) pour conduites d'alimentation, par exemple des câbles électriques, conduites pneumatiques ou leur équivalent.
- Installation de profilage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les outils d'estampage, marquage ou bordage sont fixés sur les chariots (5) disposés entre deux groupes fonctionnels (11) de station de transformation ou plus.
- Installation de profilage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un dispositif de séparation (12) entraîné conjointement et placé en aval des stations de transformation (10) est présent et qu'après le dispositif de séparation (12), au moins un chariot (5) mobile de façon synchrone par rapport au dispositif de séparation (12) est disposé avec un manipulateur (13) doté d'outils de préhension (14), pour saisir le profilé (15) ou le tube séparé avant ou pendant la coupe de séparation et pour effectuer le transfert après la coupe de séparation, dans la position et l'orientation définie, à un dispositif de déchargement ou de traitement ultérieur des profilés ou tubes détachés.
- Installation de profilage selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs dispositifs de séparation (12) et plusieurs manipulateurs (13) sont prévus, ceux-ci pouvant être déplacés de façon à être couplés séparément ou électriquement et/ou mécaniquement.
- Installation de profilage selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un chariot (5) est entraîné plus rapidement que la vitesse du profilé (15) pour pouvoir réaliser après la coupe de séparation un mouvement de transport accéléré servant à la séparation longitudinale du profilé (15) ou du tube séparé.
- Installation de profilage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le manipulateur (13) est réalisé de telle sorte qu'il puisse transférer le profilé (15) ou tube détaché, vu dans la direction de déplacement, au choix vers la droite et vers la gauche et/ou dans différentes positions.
