Definitions
- the invention relates to a chute for a revision opening of a sanitary installation reservoir.
- the invention further relates to a sanitary flushing device comprising the sanitary built-in reservoir in combination with the drainage chute.
- sanitary built-in reservoir in the following generally refers to a sanitary object which is mounted on the one hand under plaster - and thus firm and difficult to access - and in which, on the other hand, accumulates under the normal operating conditions, a liquid volume.
- sanitary built-in reservoir examples are, in particular, a flush-mounted siphon, but also a concealed cistern for toilet flushing or the like.
- a built-in reservoir of the above type in particular a flush-mounted siphon, is normally equipped with an inspection opening which serves to clean or, if necessary, repair the built-in reservoir.
- the inspection opening In order to seal the inspection opening liquid-tight, the inspection opening usually has a threaded collar on which a screw cap can be screwed.
- the inspection opening In the installed state, the inspection opening is usually (only) accessible through an access opening in a reservoir wall vorgeblendeten stem wall.
- the inspection opening and the associated access opening in the stem wall are usually covered by a cladding element.
- the inspection opening is usually mounted so that it is located above the normal liquid level in the interior of the reservoir.
- a fault for example in the case of blockage of a flush-mounted siphon, it may happen that the liquid level in the interior of the reservoir rises beyond the edge of the inspection opening. In this case flows when opening the inspection opening a - often not insignificant - liquid volume from the reservoir, if no suitable Safety precautions are taken. Often, this liquid pours at least in part into a space formed behind the stem wall, where this liquid is difficult to dry out and therefore can cause mold growth.
- a flush-mounted siphon it is aggravated that the outflowing liquid is wastewater, which can lead to particular contamination of the stem wall and / or odor nuisance.
- Such a water damage is more likely to occur, in particular if the inspection opening is not opened by a sanitary specialist, but, e.g. For a test, from a low-skilled handyman.
- the invention has for its object to provide a suitable measure to avoid the problem described above.
- a discharge chute is provided as a securing device for the inspection opening of the sanitary installation reservoir, on the one hand comprises a - in particular flat - suspension section, in which a hole is introduced for the suspension of the chute.
- the discharge chute comprises a - also preferably flat - discharge section, which is angled or angled relative to the suspension section.
- the discharge chute with the hole of the suspension section is suspended from a threaded collar of the associated inspection opening, the flat suspension section abutting substantially flat against a wall of the installation reservoir surrounding the inspection opening.
- the chute will be suspended as intended at the inspection opening, that the drain section is located below the inspection opening.
- the discharge chute is a rigid part, in which the discharge section is angled away from the suspension section by a fixed obtuse angle.
- the drainage section can be bent away from the suspension section in a flexible manner.
- the drainage section can be folded up in the intended installation position of the built-in reservoir and thus hidden behind the stem wall and the cladding element facing the access opening.
- the drain chute does not have to be removed when closing the access opening, but can always remain on the built-in reservoir. This ensures that the chute is not lost, but is always at hand when the inspection opening needs to be opened.
- the flexibly bendable drainage section can then be pivoted into a position projecting at an obtuse angle from the suspension section.
- the discharge section of the discharge chute in its angled-away state from the suspension section, projects through the access opening. Occurs when opening the inspection opening liquid from the built-in reservoir, it flows automatically through the drain section through the access opening into the interior space, where this liquid can be easily collected and removed.
- the described slide is very easy and intuitive to use, so that it is possible in particular even inexperienced home improvement, the Revisions ⁇ réelle open, without significant damage is caused by an escaping liquid volume.
- both the suspension portion and the drain portion of a flexible, but limited dimensionally stable plastic film in an expedient embodiment, e.g. made of low density polyethylene (PE-LD or LLDPE) with a wall thickness between 0.5 mm and 2.0 mm, preferably about 0.75 mm.
- PE-LD or LLDPE low density polyethylene
- the drainage chute can deviate from this but also be made as a plastic molding.
- the drain chute can also be made of a different plastic or elastomer.
- the suspension portion and the drainage portion are integrally connected to one another via at least one, preferably two parallel, film hinges.
- This embodiment is based on the finding that a film hinge without the risk of overloading allows the application of the drain section to the suspension section only to a certain extent.
- the use of two parallel film hinges in this case advantageously allows the discharge section to be bent away from the suspension section by approximately 180 °. In this way, the drain section can be folded in front of the inspection opening, so that the drain slide is stowed to save space.
- the chute is at least in the region of the drain section - in the direction of its intended top side - to a concave shape, preferably to a groove-like shape preformed. Additionally or alternatively, in each case in the region of the opposite side edges of the suspension section and / or the drain section longitudinal webs are formed, which project from an upper side of the discharge chute. The longitudinal webs serve to channel a liquid flow in the manner of side walls.
- the drainage section two comprises mutually parallel foil layers.
- the first, upper film layer is firmly connected to the suspension portion, while the second, lower film layer is longitudinally displaceable relative to the upper film layer attached thereto.
- the longitudinally displaceable film layer is telescopically pulled out in the use of the discharge chute relative to the upper film layer, so that a comparatively large distance is bridged with the discharge chute.
- the telescoping attachment of the film layers to each other is realized in that the one of the film layers the form-fitting clasps the other film layer respectively at the lateral edges.
- the lower foil layer clasps the upper foil layer, since the side edges, which are necessarily bent over to the upper side for clamping, at the same time serve as a limitation for the liquid flow that might escape.
- the upper film layer is provided in the region of its lower edge or the lower film layer in the region of its upper edge in each case with a transverse web projecting toward the other film layer. These two transverse webs act together as a stop, which prevents the lower film layer is completely removed from the upper film layer.
- the two foil layers are preferably formed in different colors.
- the upper film layer is preferably formed from a transparent plastic, while the lower film layer is formed from an opaque, colored plastic.
- the at least two foil layers of the drainage section are not telescopically but are hinged together, in particular in one piece by at least one film hinge.
- this makes it possible to fold the discharge section several times, which in turn requires comparatively little storage space.
- the drain section is formed by two or more hingedly connected film layers, as well as additionally one or more longitudinally displaceable film layers.
- a transverse web is formed, which protrudes from the underside of the drainage chute.
- This crosspiece serves as a drip edge for liquid which is conducted around the lower edge of the chute by interfacial tensions.
- a recess is preferably introduced, with which the discharge chute in the intended installation situation at least partially clasps a projection of the built-in reservoir while granting a slight play.
- the recess is preferably introduced in this case as a recess in the upper edge of the suspension section.
- the suspension portion engages around the spigot to form pivotable stops with the edge of the recess.
- the sanitary flushing device comprises a sanitary built-in reservoir, and a drainage slide according to one of the above-mentioned embodiments.
- the discharge chute-in particular in the sense of a rational production- is preferably made as a separate object from the built-in reservoir, which object is fastened reversibly to the suspension section on the inspection opening.
- the discharge chute, or at least its discharge section is fixed, in particular in one piece, connected to the built-in reservoir.
- a first part, in particular an upper, narrow film layer of the discharge section is rigidly connected to the built-in reservoir, to which, in turn, preferably in one piece, another film layer is connected in an articulated manner.
- the suspension section can also be omitted in this embodiment.
- the drain chute of the drain section - if possible in fully extended or unfolded state - preferably has a length of at least 4cm, preferably between 5 and 10cm, in particular about 8cm, so that optionally over this section draining liquid drips or runs off the drain chute at a sufficient distance from the stem wall.
- Fig. 1 shows a sanitary sub-plasters 1 in a schematically indicated intended installation situation.
- the sanitary sub-luting device 1 comprises a sanitary built-in reservoir, here designed as a flush-mounted siphon 2, a discharge chute 3, as well as a cladding element 4.
- the sub-brushing device 1 shown here serves as a wastewater connection for basically any water-removing device, e.g. for a washstand or a washing machine (not shown), which is connected by means of a drain pipe 5.
- the flush-mounted siphon 2 is mounted in a conventional manner behind a stem wall 6 (left in the illustration), while the cladding element 4 is arranged in front of the stem wall 6 (in the illustration on the right), and thus inside a sanitary room.
- a sanitary room this is generally referred to any building space, which is provided with a water connection.
- the flush-mounted siphon 2 which is made of PE (polyethylene), essentially comprises a siphon housing 7, a connection pipe 8 on the inlet side, and a drain pipe 9 on the outlet side.
- PE polyethylene
- the drain pipe 9 is formed on an underside 10 of the siphon housing 7.
- the connecting piece 8 is formed on one of the front wall 6 facing front side 11 to the siphon housing 7.
- the connecting piece 8 receives the drain pipe 5 to form a sealing connection.
- bottom and front and the corresponding terms “bottom” and “front”, as well as the resulting opposite terms “top” and “back” refer to the intended orientation of the flush-mounted siphon 2 and are independent in the following used by its actual position in the surrounding space. In particular, these terms also used for all intended as attached to the flush-mounted siphon 2 or components to be mounted.
- a repair opening 12 closable with a screw cap is inserted into the siphon housing 7 for repair and / or cleaning purposes.
- an access opening 13 is made in the stem wall 6. This access opening 13 is covered by the cladding element 4 by the cladding element 4 is fitted with an associated attachment sleeve 14 on the connecting piece 8.
- This comprises, on the one hand, a suspension section 20 for fastening the discharge chute 3 to a threaded collar 21 of the inspection opening 12, and, on the other hand, a discharge section 22 for discharging the exiting liquid.
- the drainage section 22 protrudes through the opened access opening 13 so that the liquid discharged through the drainage chute 3 can be collected, for example, in a vessel.
- the discharge chute 3 is essentially formed in one piece by a flexible plastic film of PE-LD (low-density polyethylene).
- PE-LD low-density polyethylene
- a hole 23 is introduced in the approximately square Auf rehabilitationabites 20 approximately centrally a hole 23 is introduced.
- Its diameter d ( Fig. 3 ) is insignificantly larger than the diameter D of the threaded collar 21 dimensioned so that the discharge chute 3 is captive on the threaded collar 12 to form a certain axial positive locking.
- a substantially circular segment-shaped recess 25 is introduced, the edge of which is complementary to the contour of the connection piece 8, as well as one at the bottom of the Connecting piece 8 integrally formed Axialstegs 26 is.
- the recess 25 encloses both the axial web 26 and a part of the connecting piece 8 with a small distance, so that it represents a play-related rotation for the discharge chute 3 in cooperation with the axial web 26 and the connecting piece 8.
- the suspension portion 20 rests with its underside 27 on the front side 11 of the flush-mounted siphon 2.
- Fig. 3 shows in isolation a first embodiment of the chute 3 with a view of its underside 27.
- a first film hinge 31 which the suspension portion 20 having a first longitudinal side 32 of a narrow film layer 33 articulated connects.
- a second film hinge 35 is integrally formed on the film layer 33, which connects the film layer 33 with the upper edge 36 of a substantially square film layer 37 of the drain section 22 articulated.
- the width B of the film layer 33 corresponds approximately to the length L (FIG. Fig. 2 ) of the threaded collar 21.
- the entire discharge chute 3 has a slight curvature towards its upper side 38, whereby a channel for the liquid to be discharged is formed along the discharge chute 3.
- two longitudinal webs 40 are integrally formed on each side edge 41, both of the suspension section 20, as well as the drain section 22 - both on the film layer 33, and on the film layer 37 Stand upside 38.
- the longitudinal webs 40 on the film layer 37 are slightly spaced from the side edge 41, and therefore can not be seen in the illustration.
- Each longitudinal web 40 is chamfered at both ends, to allow the buckling of the chute 3.
- a transverse web 43 is formed approximately parallel to this in the vicinity of its lower edge 42. This crosspiece 43 serves to force liquid, which is led around the edge 42 due to interfacial tensions, to drip off.
- Fig. 4 shows the chute 3 looking in the direction of its top 38 in a second embodiment.
- the second embodiment essentially corresponds to the first embodiment, however, the drainage section 22 comprises, in addition to the film layer 37, a further, lower, substantially parallel film layer 50.
- the film layer 50 is approximately as large as the film layer 37.
- the upper film layer 37 is as in the first embodiment of the two film hinges 31 and 35 integrally and hingedly connected to the suspension portion 20.
- the lower film layer 50 is longitudinally displaceably attached to the upper film layer 37.
- the lower film layer 50 is bent at its two side edges 51 each to form a guide groove 52 by about 180 ° to the top 38 out. In the two guide grooves 52, the upper film layer 37 is slidably received at the two side edges 41.
- the chute 3 consists of two parts, the suspension portion 20, and the film layers 33 and 37 made of transparent plastic, while the displaceable lower film layer 50 is made of opaque colored plastic.
- a cross bar 55 is mounted, which abuts in the extended state on the transverse web 43 of the upper film layer 37.
- a transverse web protruding from its underside 57 is also integrally formed on the lower film layer 50 at its lower edge 56, which in turn serves as a drip edge.
- a row of parallel beads 58 aligned in the direction of flow of the liquid to be caught are introduced into the surface of the film layer 37.
- These beads 58 which preferably protrude to the upper side of the film layer 37, on the one hand serve to stiffen the drainage section 22.
- these beads 58 advantageously channel the draining liquid and thus prevent the draining liquid from laterally breaking out or becoming vibrating during the drainage.
- the beads 58 can optimally in the embodiment of the discharge chute 3 according to Fig. 3 be provided.
- the lower film layer 50 according to Fig. 5 is different from the one in Fig. 4 illustrated embodiment further by additional, optimal lateral longitudinal webs 59, which - like the longitudinal webs 40 - serve as side walls for even better channeling of the effluent liquid.
