Definitions
- the present invention relates to a hydraulic unit for an industrial truck.
- the hydraulic unit usually consists of a drive motor, usually an electric motor, and a driven by the drive motor pump.
- a single-acting lifting cylinder is actuated via the hydraulic unit, wherein, for example, a check valve may be provided in the hydraulic unit to hold the load on the hydraulic cylinder. If a lowering occurs with the truck, the hydraulic medium flows back into the hydraulic unit via a return line.
- a hydraulic unit in which a return filter unit is provided which has a filter housing and a filter element arranged in the filter housing.
- the filter housing has an elongate sleeve portion which is formed at its upper end with a radial flange. About the radial flange, the filter housing is supported on a screw socket and is secured by a bolted to the screw socket lid.
- a disadvantage of the known structure of the hydraulic unit is that it has a plurality of elements which are to be mounted separately. Also occur in the production of the tank, for example, with a blowing method or by rotational sintering no defined wall thicknesses, whereby further processing of the tank is difficult. Also, the possibilities to form formations in the tank is severely limited in this process.
- the invention has for its object to provide a hydraulic unit for an industrial truck, which is significantly simplified in the manufacture and assembly.
- the hydraulic unit has a tank, a motor pump unit, a return filter unit and a return hose.
- the tank of the hydraulic unit according to the invention has a tank shell and a tank cover each made of plastic.
- the motor pump unit is attached to the tank.
- the return filter unit has a filter housing and a filter element arranged in the filter housing.
- the filter housing has a hose connection and an outlet opening, through which hydraulic medium can enter the tank shell.
- the filter element is arranged in the flow path between the hose connection and the outlet opening, so that the hydraulic fluid flowing back is first filtered through the filter element before it flows back into the tank shell.
- the filter housing of the return filter unit is integrated with the tank and formed integrally with the tank shell or tank cover.
- Tank shell and tank cover are welded together to form the tank. Preference is given to the welding process Laser welding used.
- the integration of the filter housing in the tank avoids that this must be installed with separate components during assembly. Due to the one-piece design of the filter housing for the return filter with tank cover or tank shell assembly of the hydraulic unit is significantly simplified. Welding the tank shell and tank cover creates a uniform tank.
- the use of laser welding also has the advantage that a low heat formation occurs and this is limited locally to the welding area. Therefore, there are no deformations or stresses on the tank which could damage them or make installation in the truck more difficult.
- the filter housing can be closed by a lid which is arranged outside the tank shell or tank cover. By removing the lid from the filter housing, it is possible to replace or maintain the filter element disposed in the filter housing.
- the cover for the return filter unit may be formed as a screw cap so as to reliably close the filter housing.
- the filter element of the return filter remains in the tank and can not be changed after welding tank shell and tank cover.
- the hose connection opens on the filter housing via a feed channel in the filter element.
- the recirculated hydraulic fluid is fed via the feed channel directly into the filter element.
- the supply channel may be formed as part of the filter element or as part of the filter housing.
- the filter housing along the peripheral surface of the filter element has a collecting space which is connected to the outlet opening.
- the collecting space may also have a non-cylindrical shape.
- the recirculated hydraulic medium exits the filter element at the peripheral surface and reaches the outlet opening via the collecting space.
- the hydraulic unit is preferably also equipped with a ventilation filter unit, a ventilation filter housing and a ventilation filter element.
- the ventilation filter housing has a ventilation inlet and a ventilation outlet, wherein the ventilation filter element is arranged in the flow path between the ventilation inlet and the ventilation outlet.
- the ventilation filter unit Through the ventilation filter unit, the interior of the tank communicates with the environment, so that a pressure equalization can take place.
- the ventilation filter housing is formed integrally with the tank shell or the tank cover.
- the ventilation housing is formed integrally with the part of the tank, which is also formed integrally with the filter housing of the return filter.
- a welding can be carried out with the aid of a laser beam, so that the ventilation filter housing can be connected to the tank shell, without resulting in tension or deformation of the tank.
- a Schwappschutz is provided on the ventilation filter housing having an elongated jacket tube and a pipe socket, wherein the jacket tube surrounds the ventilation inlet at a fixed end.
- the jacket tube has at its fixed end openings that under formation an annular gap are covered by the pipe socket.
- the jacket tube surrounds the ventilation inlet and is surrounded by a pipe socket even in a section adjacent to the tank shell. This section of the jacket tube has openings through which air can flow from the tank to the ventilation inlet.
- the provided with the openings portion of the jacket tube is covered by the pipe socket, wherein the pipe socket has a larger diameter than the jacket tube, so that a cylindrical annular gap is formed.
- the pipe socket is also formed integrally with the tank shell or the tank cover.
- the tank 11 consists of a tank shell 16 and a tank cover 17.
- the tank shell 16 has an upper side 16a and a peripheral side wall 16b, which is connected to the substantially flat tank cover 17 laser welded.
- the welding takes place on the side facing away from the upper side 16a end face of the side wall 16b with the inward to the tank interior facing flat side of the tank cover 17.
- the contact surface between the tank cover and tank shell is welded, so that the laser only a two-dimensional contour of the tank circumference leaves and does not have to be adjusted in height.
- a valve housing 14 On the motor pump unit 12, a valve housing 14 is mounted, which has a solenoid valve 18.

Description

Fig. 3 dargestellten Schlauch 20 zurück. Fig. 3 ). -
Fig. 3 zeigt einen Schnitt entlang der Linie A-A ausFig. 2 .
- In
