    Beschreibung
  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Spezialetikett bestehend aus mindestens einem Booklet und einem das Booklet aufnehmenden Laminat.
  • Aus der DE 20 2006 012 006 U1 und der DE 20 2006 012 007 U1 sind jeweils bereits Labelbooks zur Aufnahme von größeren Mengen gedruckter Informationen auf einem räumlich begrenzten Behältnis bekannt. Das Vorhandensein eines oder mehrerer Labelbooks als Informationsträger, wie in der DE 20 2006 012 006 U1 sowie der DE 20 2006 012 007 U1 beschrieben, ermöglicht die Einsparung von Logistikkosten, da mittels mehrerer Informationsträger auf einem Produkt, dieses mit Information in unterschiedlichen Sprachen ausgestattet und somit in gleicher Ausstattung in verschiedenen Ländern vertrieben werden kann. Hierdurch ist es möglich, ein Produkt mit einem oder mit mehreren Informationsträgern auf einem Träger auszustatten.
  • Spezialetiketten im Sinne der Erfindung umfassen so genannte, seit vielen Jahren verwendete Booklet-Etiketten, die üblicherweise unterseitig selbstklebend ausgestattet sind und zusätzlich oder anstatt einer Informationsbedruckung ein Booklet aufweisen. In diesem Zusammenhang versteht man unter dem Begriff Booklet ein kleines Heftlein, Büchlein oder einen Faltling. Allgemein gesprochen handelt es sich bei einem Booklet hier um einen mehrlagigen Aufbau von Seiten, die an dem Spezialetikett fixiert sind. Oftmals weisen solche Spezialetiketten eine selbstklebend ausgestattete Unterseite auf, auf der das Booklet aufliegt, das oberseitig durch eine Folie auf der Unterseite des Spezialetikettes fixiert ist.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein Spezialetikett der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, das keinen Träger erfordert und dem Trend des Marktes folgt, neuen Gesetzesvorlagen standhält und leicht recyclebar ist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass das Booklet und das Laminat aus einem sortenreinen Materialverbund bestehen.
  • Dementsprechend ist ein Spezialetikett aus sortenreinem Materialverbund, bestehend aus einem Booklet (Informationsträger im Print-Format, der aus einem oder mehreren Blättern bestehen kann.), das mit einem bedruckten Laminat überzogen ist, geschaffen, wobei der Verbund aus Booklet und Laminat sortenrein ist, d.h. beides aus dem gleichen Material hergestellt wird. Das Spezialetikett, das keinen Träger erfordert, folgt dem Trend des Marktes, hält neuen Gesetzesvorlagen stand und wird im Zuge der Nachhaltigkeit als sortenreiner Verbund produziert. Im einfachsten Fall besteht das Spezialetikett aus dem oberseitigen Laminat, das auf das zu etikettierenden Gebinde randseitig aufgebracht wird, und dem darunter angeordneten Booklet, das mit dem Laminat und/oder dem zu kennzeichnenden Gebinde zumindest partiell verbunden sein kann.
  • Ein nach der technischen Lehre der Erfindung ausgebildetes Spezialetikett aus einem sortenreinen Materialverbund hat den Vorteil, dass Produkte umweltschonend und nachhaltig verpackt werden. Je nach Material des Spezialetikettes bestehen Rund- oder Flachgebinde und das gesamte Spezialetikett im optimalfall aus ein und demselben Material und können daher ohne weiteren Arbeits- und Energieaufwand gemeinsam entsorgt werden. Dadurch werden Verpackungen optimiert, Ressourcen nachhaltig eingespart und gestiegene Energie- und Transportkosten kompensiert. Bedingt durch die Tatsache, dass das Spezialetikett aus dem sortenreinem Materialverbund ohne den Träger hergestellt wird, verringert sich auch das Gesamtgewicht des Spezialetikettes sowie des Gesamtproduktes und es lassen sich durch den geringeren Materialeinsatz Kosten senken. Selbstverständlich kann das Spezialetikett aus dem sortenreinen Materialverbund eine beliebige Größe, Farbe und Form (oval, ellipsenförmig, formgestanzt, etc.) aufweisen. Das Laminat, zwischen dessen Schichten oder unter dem das Booklet aufgenommen ist, kann sowohl bedruckt als auch unbedruckt sein.
  • In Ausgestaltung umfasst das Booklet ein oder mehrere Blätter und/oder das Laminat ist bedruckt und/oder das Booklet sowie das Laminat sind aus einer Materialsorte, insbesondere einer Kunststofffolie, oder aus einem Papierverbund gefertigt.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise sind eine Deckschicht und eine Grundschicht des Laminats, vorzugsweise unter Zwischenanordnung mindestens eines Silikonlackstreifens oder einer Beschichtung, insbesondere mehrfach ablösbar, miteinander verbunden. Die Anordnung eines oder mehrerer Silikonlackstreifen, die ein leichteres Öffnen des Spezialetiketts ermöglichen, erfolgt in erster Linie bei einer Verwendung des Spezialetikettes auf einem Rundgebinde. Durch eine entsprechende Auswahl bzw. Einstellung des Silikonlackes lassen sich die Hafteigenschaften des verwendeten Klebstoffes zwischen den das Booklet abdeckenden Laminatlagen verändern.
  • Alternativ oder zusätzlich weist das Laminat eine Perforation zum leichten Öffnen auf. Die Perforation erweist sich als besonders vorteilhaft, wenn das Spezialetikett auf einem Flachgebinde befestigt wird. Nach einer entsprechenden Anordnung der Perforation ist es zur Entnahme des Inhaltes oder eines Teils des Inhaltes nicht erforderlich, das Spezialetikett komplett zu öffnen.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise ist auf dem Laminat eine zusätzliche Skalierung als Füllstandanzeige aufgedruckt oder gestanzt oder geprägt.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung ist in oder auf dem Booklet noch mindestens ein weiteres Zusatzteil, wie einen Einfüllhilfe, ein Teststreifen, ein Gewinnspiel, eine Produktprobe, ein Gutschein, ein Rubbellos oder dergleichen in verschiedenen Größen, Farben und Formen integriert, wobei das Zusatzteil aus demselben sortenreinen Materialverbund wie das Booklet und das Laminat besteht.
  • vorzugsweise ist zwischen dem Laminat und dem Booklet oder zwischen dem Laminat und dem Zusatzteil eine zusätzliche Schutzfolie und/oder eine Schutzbarriere vorgesehen, damit das Booklet oder das Zusatzteil beim Öffnen nicht beschädigt und/oder vor Feuchtigkeit geschützt ist. Das Laminat ist neutralisiert, damit das Booklet bzw. das Zusatzteil beim Öffnen nicht beschädigt wird.
  • Vorteilhafterweise weist das Laminat mindestens eine Teilaussparung und/oder eine Teilbeschichtung auf, die ein nachträgliches Eindrucken ermöglicht.
  • Ein Deckblatt des Booklets ist mit einer beim Aufreißen zerreißenden Perforation versehen, die einen Originalitätsverschluss bildet. Die Perforation ist derart angeordnet, dass sie beim Öffnen des Spezialetikettes zerreißt und ein Teil des Booklets am Laminat kleben bleibt. Sonach ist für einen Benutzer erkennbar, dass das Spezialetikett bereits geöffnet wurde. Zweckmäßigerweise weist mindestens eine Seite des Booklets eine Formstanzung auf.
  • Damit das Spezialetikett eine Originalitätssicherheit umfasst, sind bevorzugt zusätzliche Sicherheitsmerkmale, insbesondere eine Personalisierung und/oder Nummerierung, integriert.
  • Zur Bereitstellung zusätzlicher Informationen ist vorteilhafterweise an mindestens einer Stelle des Spezialetikettes partiell Silikonlack aufgetragen, auf dem mindestens ein zusätzliches Haftetikett ablösbar klebt. Das Haftetikett kann sowohl an dem Laminat als auch an dem Booklet befestigt sein.
  • In weiterer Ausgestaltung ist auf der Rückseite des Bocklets oder des Laminats zumindest partiell ein Klebstoff aufgetragen. Der partielle Auftrag von Klebstoff auf der Rückseite des Bocklets oder des Laminats ist insbesondere bei der Befestigung des Spezialetikettes auf gekrümmten Flächen oder geriffelten Flächen von Vorteil, da ein nahezu faltenfreies Kleben möglich ist. Soll das Spezialetikett auf einer ebenen Fläche festgeklebt werden, kann selbstverständlich der Klebstoff vollflächig aufgetragen sein. Dem Fachmann sind entsprechende Klebstoffe, die in der Regel bis zu ihrer bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung, also dem Aufkleben des Spezialetikettes auf ein Gebinde, mit einer Schutzfolie überdeckt sind, bekannt.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise ist die Rückseite der Grundschicht des Laminats mit einer Silikonunterbahn abgedeckt. Bei der Siklikonunterbahn kann es sich selbstverständlich um ein beliebiges silikonisiertes Material zum Schutz der Klebefläche des Spezialetikettes bis zu seiner eigentlichen Verwendung handeln.
  • Es versteht sich, dass die vorstehend genannten und nachstehend noch zu erläuternden Merkmale nicht nur in der jeweils angegebenen Kombination, sondern auch in anderen Kombinationen verwendbar sind. Der Rahmen der Erfindung ist nur durch die Ansprüche definiert.
  • Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles unter Bezugnahme auf die zugehörigen Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

  • Das Spezialetikett besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem eine Deckschicht 1 und eine Grundschicht 2 umfassenden Laminat 3, in dem ein aus einem oder mehreren Blättern 10 bestehendes Booklet 4 aufgenommen ist. Das Booklet 4 und das Laminat 3 bestehen aus einem sortenreinen Materialverbund, so dass das Spezialetikett ohne Vereinzelung seiner Bestandteile recyclebar ist. Das Laminat 3 ist mit Informationen bedruckt und auf der Rückseite 5 der Grundschicht 2 des Laminats 3 ist ein Klebstoff 6 partiell aufgetragen, d.h. es sind mehrere Streifen von Klebstoff 6, vorzugsweise parallel und beabstandet zueinander auf der Rückseite 5 des Spezialetikettes vorhanden, die ein Aufkleben des Spezialetikettes auf ein zu kennzeichnendes Gebinde nach dem Entfernen einer Schutzfolie, einer so genannten Silikonunterbahn 9, ermöglichen.
  • Zwischen dem Booklet 4 und der Deckschicht 1 des Laminats 3 kann ein Zusatzteil 8 als Einleger angeordnet sein. Um das 2 Booklet 4 mit der Grundschicht 2 zu verbinden, ist zumindest partiell Klebstoff 6 zwischen der Rückseite des Booklet 4 und der entsprechend zugewandten Seite der Grundschicht 2 vorgesehen, Durch diese feste Verbindung wird das Booklet 4 zum Bestandteil des Laminats 3.
  • Selbstverständlich ist auch möglich lediglich eine das Booklet 4 überspannende Deckschicht 1 vorzusehen und das Booklet 4 auf seiner Rückseite, die Rückseite 5 des Spezialetiketts ist, partiell mit Klebstoff 6 zu versehen, so dass das Spezialetikett zum einen durch die Deckschicht 1 und zum anderen durch das Booklet 4 auf dem zu kennzeichnenden Gebinde zu befestigen ist.
  • Damit die Deckschicht 1 relativ einfach für einen Benutzer ablösbar ist, ist partiell eine Beschichtung 7, beispielsweise in Form eines Silikonlackstreifens, vorgesehen. In diesem beschichteten Bereich des Spezialetiketts kann der Benutzer angreifen, die Deckschicht 1 ablösen und sonach an das Booklet 4 oder das Zusatzteil 8 gelangen.

Claims (15)

  1. Spezialetikett bestehend aus mindestens einem Booklet (4) und einem das Booklet (4) aufnehmenden Laminat (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Booklet (4) und das Laminat (3) aus einem sortenreinen Materialverbund bestehen.
  2. Spezialetikett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Booklet (4) mehrere Blätter (10) umfasst und/oder das Laminat (3) bedruckt ist und/oder das Booklet (4) sowie das Laminat (3) aus einer Folie, insbesondere einer Kunststofffolie oder aus einem Papierverbund gefertigt sind.
  3. Spezialetikett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Deckschicht (1) und eine Grundschicht (2) des Laminats (3), vorzugsweise unter Zwischenanordnung mindestens eines Silikonlackstreifens oder einer Beschichtung (7), insbesondere mehrfach ablösbar, miteinander verbunden sind.
  4. Spezialetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Laminat (3) eine Perforation zum leichten Öffnen aufweist.
  5. Spezialetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Laminat (3) eine zusätzliche Skalierung als Füllstandanzeige aufgedruckt oder gestanzt oder geprägt ist.

Spezialetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in oder auf dem Booklet (4) noch mindestens ein weiteres Zusatzteil (8), wie eine Einfüllhilfe, ein Teststreifen, ein Gewinnspiel, eine Produktprobe, ein Gutschein, ein Rubbellos oder dergleichen in verschiedenen Größen, Farben und Formen integriert ist, wobei das Zusatzteil aus demselben sortenreinen Materialverbund wie das Booklet (4) und das Laminat (3) besteht.
  7. Spezialetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Laminat (3) und dem Booklet (4) oder zwischen dem Laminat (3) und dem Zusatzteil eine zusätzliche Schutzfolie und/oder eine Schutzbarriere vorgesehen ist, damit das Booklet (4) oder das Zusatzteil beim Öffnen nicht beschädigt und/oder vor Feuchtigkeit geschützt ist.
  8. Spezialetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Laminat (3) neutralisiert ist, damit das Booklet (4) bzw. das Zusatzteil beim Öffnen nicht beschädigt wird.
  9. Spezialetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Laminat (3) mindestens eine Teilaussparung und/oder eine Teilbeschichtung aufweist, die ein nachträgliches Eindrucken ermöglicht.
  10. Spezialetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Deckblatt des Booklets (4) mit einer beim Aufreißen zerreißenden Perforation versehen ist, die einen Originalitätsverschluss bildet.
  11. Spezialetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Seite des Booklets (4) eine Formstanzung aufweist.
  12. Spezialetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzliche Sicherheitsmerkmale, insbesondere eine Personalisierung und/oder Nummerierung, integriert sind.
  13. Spezialetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an mindestens einer Stelle des Spezialetikettes partiell Silikonlack aufgetragen ist, auf dem mindestens ein zusätzliches Haftetikett ablösbar klebt.
  14. Spezialetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Rückseite (5) des Laminats (3) zumindest partiell ein Klebstoff aufgetragen ist.
  15. Spezialetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückseite (5) der Grundschicht (2) des Laminats (3) mit einer Silikonunterbahn (9) abgedeckt ist.
