Abstract

Sanitärbecken (z.B. Urinalbecken), umfassend: eine Schüssel (104); eine Mischanordnung (114), die integral innerhalb des Sanitärbeckens angeformt und über oder im oberen Teil der Schüssel angeordnet ist (sowie im Wesentlichen vor dem Benutzer versteckt ist), die Mischanordnung umfassend eine Mischkammer (116); eine Zulaufleitung (118), die an die Mischkammer angeschlossen ist, zwecks Zuleitung von Flüssigkeit (z.B. Spülwasser) zur Mischkammer auf Abruf; einen Halter (126) (z.B. einen Edelstahlzylinder), der angepasst ist, um ein Hygieneprodukt (vorzugsweise einen festen Einheits-Tab) zu halten, wobei zumindest ein erster Abschnitt des Halters innerhalb der Mischkammer angeordnet ist, wodurch sich, bei Verwendung, das Hygieneprodukt mit Flüssigkeit in der Mischkammer vermischen kann (z.B. via eine Mehrzahl von Öffnungen im Halter, durch die das Hygieneprodukt freigelegt wird); und eine oder mehrere Ablaufleitungen (120), die sich zwischen der Mischkammer und der Schüssel erstrecken.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf Verbesserungen von öder in Bezug auf Sanitärkeramik und insbesondere auf Verfahren zur Bereitstellung hygienischer Maßnahmen in Sanitärbecken in verbesserter Weise.
  • Die Erfindung findet Anwendung in jeglichem Zusammenhang, in dem Sanitärkeramik benutzt wird, wie z.B. in Haushalts- oder Geschäftstoiletten und in öffentlichen Urinalen. Allerdings ist sie in besonderem Maße auf öffentliche sanitäre Einrichtungen wie Urinale anwendbar, in denen eine große Anzahl von Urinalbecken in hygienischem Zustand zu halten ist.
  • Es ist bekannt, dass bei herkömmlicher Ausstattung hygienische Produkte innerhalb der Zisterne einer Toilette benutzt werden, um die Schüssel der Toilette in hygienischem Zustand zu halten. Weiterhin ist hinsichtlich Urinalbecken bekannt, dass Behälterchen mit flüssigen Hygienechemikalien (wie z.B. bei Rentokil Initial erhältlich) an den oberen Teil des Urinalbeckens gehängt werden, so dass eine geringe Menge der flüssigen Hygienechemikalien dem (letzten Teil) des Spülwassers zugeführt wird. So ist die Hygienechemikalie im letzten Teil des Spülwassers vorhanden, um (bestenfalls) dazu beizutragen, die Schüssel und den Siphon des Urinalbeckens sauber und hygienisch zu halten.
  • Ein weiteres Problem besteht darin, dass flüssige Hygienechemikalien mehr Raum zur Lagerung in Mengen beanspruchen und schneller aufgebraucht sein können. Wenn Schachteln oder Behälter der Hygienechemikalien an den oberen Teil eines Urinalbeckens gehängt werden, sieht dies unschön aus und begünstigt Beschädigung oder Diebstahl. Ferner sind bei flüssigen Hygieneprodukten normalerweise Schutzkleidung oder Auffüllausrüstung wie Spritzen ertorderlich.
  • Deshalb besteht eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung darin, die zuvor dargelegten Probleme auszuräumen oder zu verringern und verbesserte Verfahren zur Bereitstellung hygienischer Maßnahmen in Sanitärbecken zu bieten. Gemäß bevorzugter Ausführungsformen wird dies dadurch erzielt, dass die Hygieneprodukte direkt in das Sanitärbecken integriert und feste Hygieneprodukte (Tabs) verwendet werden.
  • Gemäß einem Aspekt der Erfindung wird ein Sanitärbecken zur Verfügung gestellt, weiches Folgendes umfasst: eine Schüssel; eine Mischanordnung, die integral innerhalb des Sanitätsbeckens geformt und über oder im oberen Teil der Schüssel angeordnet ist, die Mischanordnung umfassend eine Mischkammer; eine Zulaufleitung, die an die Mischkammer angeschlossen ist, zwecks Zuleitung von Flüssigkeit zur Mischkammer auf Abruf; einen Halter, der angepasst ist, um ein Hygieneprodukt zu halten, wobei zumindest ein erster Abschnitt des Halters innerhalb der Mischkammer angeordnet ist, wodurch sich, bei Verwendung, das Hygieneprodukt mit Flüssigkeit in der Mischkammer vermischen kann, und eine oder mehrere Ablaufleitungen, die sich zwischen der Mischkammer und der Schüssel erstrecken.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Halter zum Aufnehmen des Hygieneprodukts von oben angepasst.
  • Vorzugsweise besitzt der erste Abschnitt des Halters zumindest eine Öffnung, die das Vermischen des Hygieneprodukts mit der Flüssigkeit ermöglicht.
  • Vorzugsweise umfasst das Hygieneprodukt ein festes Hygieneprodukt. Das Hygieneprodukt liegt vorzugsweise in Form eines Einheits-Tabs vor.
  • Vorzugsweise hat die Schüssel einen im Wesentlichen vertikalen Flächenabschnitt und die eine oder mehreren Ablaufleitungen erstrecken sich zwischen der Mischkammer und dem im Wesentlichen vertikalen Flächenabschnitt.
  • Vorzugsweise sind die Mischkammer, die Zulaufleitung, der erste Abschnitt des Halters und die eine oder mehreren Leitungen von vor dem Sanitärbecken aus nicht sichtbar.
  • Vorzugsweise sind der Querschnittsdurchmesser der einen oder mehreren Ablaufleitungen und die Löslichkeit des Hygieneprodukts in der Flüssigkeit vorgegeben, wodurch, bei Verwendung, die Flüssigkeit aus der Mischkammer durch die eine oder mehreren Ablaufleitungen mit einer Rate abfließt, die das Mischen zumindest eines Teils des Hygieneprodukts in die Flüssigkeit ermöglicht.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Flüssigkeit Wasser.
  • Vorzugsweise ragt ein zweiter Abschnitt des Halters über eine obere Fläche des Sanitärbeckens hinaus und begrenzt eine Zufuhröffnung zur Einfüllung des Hygieneprodukts.
  • Vorzugsweise beinhaltet der Halter einen Verschluss zum sicheren Verschließen der Zufuhröffnung nach Einfüllung des Hygieneprodukts.
  • Vorzugsweise liegt das Sanitärbecken in Form eines Urinalbeckens vor.
  • Zu den Vorteilen der Erfindung zählen wie folgt:
    • ● Problemloser Zugriff zwecks Einfüllung von Hygieneprodukt - falls notwendig durch sicheren Verschluss mit einem (selten zugänglichen) Spezialschlüssel.
    • ● Kein Bedarf für eine Erbringung der Hygieneproduktauffüllung auf Vertragsbasis.
    • ● Vermeidung der Notwendigkeit von Schutzkleidung oder Auffüllausrüstung wie Spritzen durch Verwendung fester Hygieneprodukte.
    • ● Einfache visuelle Überprüfung, ob genügend Vorrat an Hygieneprodukt vorhanden ist ― das Wahrnehmen kann auch elektronisch realisiert werden (z.B. in Verbindung mit dem im Handel erhältlichen Flushcontrol).
    • ● Keine Extrainstallation vor Ort notwendig - die Ausgabe des Hygieneprodukts ist in das Urinal eingebaut.
    • ● Keine unschön anzusehenden oder leicht zu beschädigenden Teile, wie Kunststoffboxen über den Urinalen - stattdessen ein sauberes und elegantes Erscheinungsbild in Form einer Einheit aus Keramik(en) (Sanitärbecken) mit einem hochwertigen Stahlelement (zum Halten des Hygieneprodukts).
    • ● Keine beweglichen Teile (Pumpe, Energieversorgung, etc.) erforderlich.
  • Nun erfolgt die detaillierte Beschreibung von Ausführungsformen der Erfindung als Beispiele und unter Bezugnahme auf die begleitenden Zeichnungen, in denen:
    • Figur 1 eine Vorderansicht eines Urinalbeckens gemäß einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung zeigt;
    • Figur 2 den oberen Teil des Hygieneprodukthalters im Urinalbecken aus Fig. 1 veranschaulicht; und
    • Figur 3 die Mischkammer im Urinalbecken aus Fig. 1 sequentiell darstellt, d.h. (a) vor der Befüllung mit Spülwasser, (b) mit Spülwasser gefüllt und (c) teilweise von Spülwasser entleert.
  • In der Beschreibung und den Zeichnungen werden zur Bezeichnung der gleichen Elemente die gleichen Ziffern benutzt. Falls nicht anders angegeben, können individuelle Gestaltungsmerkmale und -komponenten in Kombination mit beliebigen anderen Designmerkmalen und -komponenten verwendet werden, die in hierin offenbart sind.
  • Figur 1 zeigt die Vorderansicht eines Urinalbeckens 102 gemäß einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung. Das Urinalbecken 102 weist eine Schüssel 104 auf, in die ein Benutzer uriniert, wobei die Schüssel 104 eine im Wesentlichen vertikale Rückwand 106 besitzt. In einer unteren Wand 107 der Schüssel 104 befindet sich ein unterer Auslass 108, der an die untere Leitung 110 angeschlossen ist (in den Unterlagen), durch die Urin und Spülwasser nach Verwendung ablaufen. Bei bekannten Systemen kann das Spülwasser automatisch in das Urinalbecken 102 übergeleitet werden (z.B. durch Betätigung eines Ventils, das an einen Infrarotdetektor gekoppelt ist) ausgehend von einer nicht dargestellten Wassersäule.
  • Im oberen Teil 112 des Urinalbeckens 102 ist eine (in die Keramik eingebaute) Mischanordung 114 angeordnet. Die Mischanordnung 114 umfasst eine Mischkammer 116, der via die Zulaufleitung 118 Spülwasser zugeführt wird (z.B. sobald der Infrarotsensor wahrgenommen hat, dass sich der Benutzer vom Urinalbecken 102 wegbewegt hat). Die Mischkammer 116 ist an die Schüssel 104 durch eine Anzahl von Ablaufleitungen 120 (hier sieben) angeschlossen, und bei Verwendung fällt Spülwasser unter dem Einfluss der Gewichtskraft durch die Ablaufleitungen 120 auf die Rückwand 106.
  • Ein Kanal 122 erstreckt sich von der oberen Fläche 124 des Urinalbeckens 102 in die Mischkammer 116, und ein Metallhalter 126 (z.B. aus Edelstahl) ist in den Kanal 122 montiert, wie nachstehend in Bezug auf Fig. 2 detaillierter erläutert). Der Halter 126 ist hohl und eignet sich, um einen festen Einheits-Tab 128 des Hygieneprodukts aufzunehmen, d.h. in einer Form, die sich nach ein paar Sekunden des Kontakts im Spülwasser löst. Der Halter 126 besitzt eine Anzahl von Öffnungen 130 (hier zwei, jedoch können etliche mehr verwendet werden), die den Kontakt des Spülwassers mit dem Tab 128 und das Lösen des Tab-Materials im Spülwasser ermöglichen. So eröffnet die Mischanordnung 114 die Möglichkeit, dass nach dem Spülvorgang eine Menge an Hygienepartikeln aus dem Tab 128 in das Spülwasser gemischt wird und via die Ablaufleitungen 120 über die Rückwand 106, in die untere Wand 107 und den unteren Abfluss 108 fließt
  • Figur 2 veranschaulicht den oberen Teil des Hygieneprodukthalters 126 im Urinalbecken 102 aus Fig. 1 . Der Halter 126 besitzt eine zylindrische Form und beinhaltet eine untere Sektion 202 und einen Verschluss 204. Die untere Sektion 202 beinhaltet eine Lippe 206, die ein Anstoßen an die obere Fläche des Urinalbeckens 102 erlaubt (siehe Fig. 1 ), und eine Sektion 208 mit Schraubgewinde. Der. Verschluss 204 verfügt über einen entsprechenden Abschnitt 210 mit Schraubgewinde. Weiterhin kann der Verschluss eine Vertiefung 212 beinhalten, in der ein Vorsprung 214 vorgesehen ist, wobei der Vorsprung eine ungewöhnliche Form aufweist (z.B. eine dreieckige oder sechseckige), so dass der Verschluss nur mit einem Spezialschlüssel durch Wartungspersonal ver-/entriegelbar ist. Zusätzlich oder alternativ dazu kann die periphere (tangentiale) Fläche des Verschlusses 204 mit ergonomisch geformten Vorsprüngen oder einem Obertlächenmuster versehen sein, die Wartungspersonal während des Öffnens und Schließens zwecks Auffüllen mit einem neuen Tab 128 öffnen und drehen kann.
  • Figur 3 veranschaulicht die Mischkammer im Urinalbecken 102 aus Fig. 1 sequentiell, d.h. (a) vor dem Auffüllen mit Spülwasser, (b) mit Spülwasser gefüllt und (c) teilweise von Spülwasser entleert. In Fig. 3(a) ist kein Spülwasser vorhanden, so dass es zu keinem Kontakt zwischen dem Spülwasser und dem Tab 128 im Halter 126 kommt.
  • Wie aus Fig. 3(b) hervorgeht, hat, sobald sich die Mischkammer nahezu vollständig mit via die Zulaufleitung 118 eingeflossenem Spülwasser 302 gefüllt hat, eine Menge des im Tab 128 befindlichen Hygieneprodukts begonnen, sich zu lösen und sich in das Spülwasser 302 zu mischen, wie bei 304 angegeben. Das Hygieneprodukt im Tab 128 enthält bevorzugt einen Farbstoff, um den Gehalt des Hygieneprodukts sichtbar zu machen. Das Spülwasser 302 benötigt mehrere Sekunden, um durch Ablaufleitungen 120 abzufließen, und während dieser Zeit hat sich mehr des im Tab 128 befindlichen Hygieneprodukts gelöst und in das Spülwasser gemischt. Dies ist in Fig. 3(c) veranschaulicht. Wie bei 304 zu erkennen, hat sich das Hygieneprodukt-haltige Spülwasser 302 erheblich ausgebreitet und erstreckt sich über die meisten oder alle der Ablaufleitungen 120. Es fließt durch die Ablaufleitungen 120 ab, so dass der größere Teil der Rückwand 106 (siehe Fig. 1) mit Hygieneprodukt-haltigem Spülwasser 302 bespült wird, das unter dem Einfluss der Gewichtskraft auf die untere Wand 107 und den unteren Auslass 108 fällt (siehe Figur 1).
  • Auf diese Weise erfolgt das hygienische Ausspülen der Schüssel 104 des Urinalbeckens 102 zweckgemäß und sichtbar, wobei ein fester Hygienprodukt-Tab eingesetzt wird, der nicht zu erkennen ist.

Claims (12)

  1. Sanitärbecken, umfassend:
    eine Schüssel;
    eine Mischanordnung, die integral innerhalb des Sanitärbeckens geformt ist und über oder im oberen Teil der Schüssel angeordnet ist, wobei die Mischanordnung umfasst
    eine Mischkammer;
    eine Zulaufleitung, die an die Mischkammer angeschlossen ist, zwecks Zuleitung von Flüssigkeit zur Mischkammer auf Abruf;
    einen Halter, der angepasst ist, um ein Hygieneprodukt zu halten, wobei zumindest ein erster Abschnitt des Halters innerhalb der Mischkammer angeordnet ist, wodurch sich, bei Verwendung, das Hygieneprodukt mit Flüssigkeit in der Mischkammer vermischen kann; und
    eine oder mehrere Ablaufleitungen, die sich zwischen der Mischkammer und der Schüssel erstrecken.
  2. Sanitärbecken nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Halter angepasst ist, um das Hygieneprodukt von oben aufzunehmen.
  3. Sanitärbecken nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der erste Abschnitt des Halters zumindest eine Öffnung aufweist, die das Vermischen des Hygieneprodukts mit der Flüssigkeit ermöglicht.
  4. Sanitärbecken nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei das Hygieneprodukt ein festes Hygieneprodukt umfasst.
  5. Sanitärbecken nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Hygieneprodukt in Form eines Einheits-Tabs vorliegt.
  6. Sanitärbecken nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schüssel einen im Wesentlichen vertikalen Flächenabschnitt aufweist, und sich die eine oder mehreren Ablautleitungen zwischen der Mischkammer und dem im Wesentlichen vertikalen Flächenabschnitt erstrecken.
  7. Sanitärbecken nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Mischkammer, die Zulaufleitung, der erste Abschnitt des Halters und die eine oder mehreren Ablaufleitungen von vor dem Sanitärbecken aus nicht sichtbar sind.
  8. Sanitärbecken nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Querschnittsdurchmesser der einen oder mehreren Ablaufleitungen, und die Löslichkeit des Hygieneprodukts in der Flüssigkeit vorgegeben sind, wodurch, bei Verwendung, die Flüssigkeit aus der Mischkammer durch die eine oder mehreren Ablaufleitungen mit einer Rate abfließt, die das Mischen zumindest eines Teils des Hygieneprodukts in die Flüssigkeit ermöglicht.
  9. Sanitärbecken nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Flüssigkeit Wasser ist.
  10. Sanitärbecken nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein zweiter Abschnitt des Halters über eine obere Fläche des Sanitärbeckens hinausragt und eine Zufuhröffnung zur Einfüllung des Hygieneprodukts begrenzt.
  11. Sanitärbecken nach Anspruch 10, wobei der Halter einen Verschluss zum sicheren Verschließen der Zufuhröffnung nach Einfüllung des Hygieneprodukts beinhaltet.
  12. Sanitärbecken nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in Form eines Urinalbeckens.
