Claims (17)

  1. Verwendung einer Zusammensetzung zur Behandlung und/oder zur Veränderung von harten Oberflächen, wobei die Zusammensetzung ein Copolymer enthält, das kationische Einheiten A und andere Einheiten B enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Einheiten A mindestens eine quartäre Ammoniumgruppe oder eine Iniumgruppe enthalten und
    - die Einheiten B Einheiten sind, die Derivate eines Monomers der folgenden Formel sind:

            CH2=CR1-CO-X-R2-OH

    wobei
    - R1 ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Methylgruppe ist
    - X = -O- oder -NH-
    - R2 eine zweiwertige Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise mit 2 Kohlenstoffatomen, ist
    - und die Einheiten A und B 50 bis 100 Mol-% der Einheiten des Copolymers darstellen.
  2. Verwendung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Copolymer ein lineares statistisches Copolymer ist.
  3. Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheiten A und B 75 bis 100 Mol-% der Einheiten des Copolymers darstellen.
  4. Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Copolymer Folgendes enthält:
    - 1 bis 25 Mol-% der Einheiten A, vorzugsweise 3 bis 13 %,
    - 50 bis 99 Mol-% der Einheiten B, vorzugsweise 87 bis 97 % und
    - gegebenenfalls weitere Einheiten, wobei die Summe aller Einheiten gleich 100 Mol-% ist.
  5. Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Molverhältnis zwischen den Einheiten A und den Einheiten B zwischen 1/99 und 25/75, vorzugsweise zwischen 5/95 und 15/85 beträgt.
  6. Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Copolymer ferner Folgendes enthält:
    - nicht-ionische, hydrophile oder hydrophobe CN-Einheiten, und/oder
    - anionische oder potentiell anionische CA-Einheiten, und/oder
    - kationische oder potentiell kationische CC-Einheiten, die von den Einheiten A verschieden sind, und/oder
    - zwitterionische CZ-Einheiten.
  7. Verwendung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Copolymer ferner CN-Einheiten enthält, die aus den Einheiten ausgewählt sind, die Derivate von einem Vinyllactam, vorzugsweise dem Vinylpyrrolidon, sind.
  8. Verwendung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Copolymer Folgendes enthält:
    - 1 bis 25 Mol-% der Einheiten A, vorzugsweise 3 bis 13 %,
    - 50 bis 98 Mol-% der Einheiten B, vorzugsweise 55 bis 96 % und
    - 1 bis 49 Mol-% von Einheiten, die Derivate von einem Vinyllactam sind, vorzugsweise 5 bis 35 %, wobei die Summe aller Einheiten gleich 100 Mol-% ist.
  9. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - das Copolymer im Wesentlichen frei von zwitterionischen Einheiten ist und
    - das Copolymer im Wesentlichen frei von anionischen oder potentiell anionischen Einheiten ist.
  10. Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - R1 ein Wasserstoffatom ist
    - X = -O-
    - R2 eine zweiwertige Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise mit 2 Kohlenstoffatomen, ist.
  11. Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheiten A aus den Einheiten ausgewählt sind, die Derivate der folgenden kationischen Monomere A sind:
    - dem Trimethylammoniumpropylmethacrylatchlorid,
    - dem Trimethylammoniumethylacrylamid- oder -methacrylamidchlorid oder -bromid,
    - dem Trimethylammoniumbutylacrylamid- oder -methacrylamidmethylsulfat,
    - dem Trimethylammoniumpropylmethacrylamidmethylsulfat (MAPTA MeS),
    - dem (3-Methacrylamidpropyl)trimethylammoniumchlorid (MAPTAC),
    - dem (3-Acrylamidpropyl)trimethylammoniumchlorid (APTAC),
    - dem Methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammoniumchlorid oder -methylsulfat,
    - den Acryloyloxyethyltrimethylammoniumsalzen (ADAMQUAT),
    - dem 1-Ethyl 2-vinylpyridinium-, 1-Ethyl 4-vinylpyridiniumbromid, -chlorid oder -methylsulfat,
    - dem N,N-Dimethyldiallylammoniumchlorid (DADMAC),
    - dem Dimethylaminopropylmethacrylamide,N-(3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl) trimethylammoniumchlorid (DIQUAT),
    - dem Monomer der Formel

    wobei X- ein Anion, vorzugsweise Chlorid oder Methylsulfat, ist,
    - dem 1-Ethyl 2-vinylpyridinium- oder 1-Ethyl 4-vinylpyridiniumbromid, -chlorid oder -methylsulfat und
    - deren Gemischen oder Verbindungen.
  12. Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheiten A Derivate von N,N-Dimethyldiallylammoniumchlorid (DADMAC) sind und die Einheiten B Derivate von Hydroxyethylacrylat (HEA) sind.
  13. Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung mindestens ein Tensid enthält.
  14. Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung mindestens einen flüssigen Träger, vorzugsweise einen wässrigen, alkoholischen oder hydro-alkoholischen Träger enthält.
  15. Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behandlung eine Reinigung einer harten Oberfläche ist.
  16. Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behandlung eine Reinigung von Geschirr, automatisch oder von Hand, ist.
  17. Verfahren zur Behandlung und/oder Veränderung von harten Oberflächen, umfassend einen Schritt des Auftragens einer Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 auf der Oberfläche, wobei die Zusammensetzung gegebenenfalls zuvor in Wasser verdünnt wird.
