Abstract

Zur Bereitstellung elektrischer Energie für ein Motorsteuergerät (17) vor dem Anlaufen eines mittels eines Seilzugs startbaren Verbrennungsmotors (7) in einem handgeführten Arbeitsgerät wird für die elektrische Energie des Motorsteuergerätes (17) eine Spannungsquelle (11) vorgesehen. Um auf einfache Weise die elektrische Energie im Arbeitsgerät zu erzeugen und zu speichern ist vorgesehen, dass vor dem Anlaufen des Verbrennungsmotors von der Spannungsquelle (11) elektrodynamisch oder fotovoltaisch elektrische Energie erzeugt wird und einem in dem Arbeitsgerät (1) angeordneten aufladbaren Energiespeicher (16) zugeführt wird, und dass gespeicherte Energie beim ersten Seilhub zum Starten des Verbrennungsmotors die gespeicherte Energie dem Motorsteuergerät (17) zugeführt wird.
