Claims (5)
- Abschirmungsstruktur, umfassend ein erstes Strukturelement (2), das mit einem zweiten Strukturelement (1) verbunden ist, welches Teil einer Dachstruktur bildet und unter einem Neigungswinkel (β) positioniert ist, wobei das erste Strukturelement (2) mittels einer Scharnierverbindung (8, 9) mit dem zweiten Strukturelement (1) verbunden ist, die zulässt, dass die verbundenen Strukturelemente (1), (2) in Bezug aufeinander drehen, um den Neigungswinkel (β) zu ändern, wobei die Scharnierverbindung dazu vorgesehen ist, eine Translationsbewegung der verbundenen Strukturelemente (1), (2) in Bezug aufeinander in mindestens zwei verschiedenen Translationsrichtungen (T1), (T2) zuzulassen, und umfassend ein Scharnierelement (9), das drehbar mit dem ersten Strukturelement (2) verbunden ist,- wobei das erste Strukturelement eine Nut (8) umfasst, die sich in einer ersten Translationsrichtung (T2) erstreckt, während das Scharnierelement (9) einen in der Nut (8) gehaltenen Drehkörper (12) umfasst, oder- wobei alternativ das Scharnierelement (9) eine Nut umfasst, die sich in einer ersten Translationsrichtung (T2) erstreckt, während das erste Strukturelement einen in der Nut gehaltenen Drehkörper umfasst,während dieser Drehkörper (12) in der Nut (8) um eine Drehachse (R) drehbar ist, die sich in der Längsrichtung der Nut (8) erstreckt und außerdem in der Längsrichtung der Nut (8) verschiebbar ist, um eine Translationsbewegung des Scharnierelements (9) und des ersten Strukturelements (2) in Bezug aufeinander in der ersten Translationsrichtung (T2) zuzulassen, und- wobei das Scharnierelement (9) einen langgestreckten Durchgang (11) oder Schlitz umfasst, der sich in einer zweiten Translationsrichtung (T1) erstreckt, während das zweite Strukturelement (1) einen Schiebekörper (22) umfasst, der in diesem Durchgang oder Schlitz (11) gehalten wird, oder- wobei alternativ das zweite Strukturelement einen langgestreckten Durchgang (11) oder Schlitz umfasst, der sich in einer zweiten Translationsrichtung (T1) erstreckt, während das Scharnierelement (9) einen Schiebekörper (22) umfasst, der in diesem Durchgang (11) oder Schlitz gehalten wird,so dass das Scharnierelement (9) auf derartige Weise mit dem zweiten Strukturelement (1) verbunden ist, dass eine Translationsbewegung des Scharnierelements (9) und dieses zweiten Strukturelements (1) in Bezug aufeinander in der zweiten Translationsrichtung (T1) möglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schiebekörper (22) in einer Richtung parallel zu der ersten Translationsrichtung (T2) und quer zu der zweiten Translationsrichtung (T1) in den Durchgang (11) oder Schlitz eingesetzt wurde und auf derartige Weise in einer Richtung parallel zu der zweiten Translationsrichtung (T1) in dem Durchgang (11) oder Schlitz verschiebbar ist, dass die Translationsbewegung des Scharnierelements (9) und des zweiten Strukturelements (1), (2) in Bezug aufeinander in der zweiten Translationsrichtung (T1) möglich ist.
- Abschirmungsstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem zweiten Strukturelement um einen geneigten Träger (1) einer Dachstruktur handelt und dass die Scharnierverbindung dazu bestimmt ist, die verbundenen Strukturelemente (1), (2) in Bezug aufeinander in einer ersten Richtung (T2), die quer zu der Längsachse (A) des Trägers ist und in einer zweiten Richtung (T1), die mit der Längsachse (A) zusammenfällt oder parallel dazu ist, zu bewegen.
- Abschirmungsstruktur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem ersten Strukturelement um ein Abflussrinnenprofil (2) handelt und dass die erste Translationsrichtung (T2) mit der Längsachse (B) des Abflussrinnenprofils (2) zusammenfällt oder parallel dazu ist.
- Abschirmungsstruktur nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (8) und der Drehkörper (12) eine im Wesentlichen zylindrische, komplementäre Form aufweisen.
- Abschirmungsstruktur nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Blockiermittel (23, 24) vorgesehen sind, um den Drehkörper (12) in einer bestimmten Translationslage in der Nut (8) zu halten.
