Claims (9)

- Profilé composite isolé thermiquement dans une disposition de réalisation du procédé suivant les revendications 1 à 4, comprenant au moins deux profilés métalliques (1, 2) reliés entre eux par une 15nervure isolante (3), la nervure isolante (3) de forme élargie à ses arêtes longitudinales (3.1) étant maintenue dans des rainures de logement (4) aux profilés métalliques (1, 2) et la nervure isolante (3) étant pourvue au moins sur une de ses deux arêtes élargies 20(3.1) d'un appendice de nervure (6) en forme de lèvre, dépassant librement de l'arête (3.1) et librement séparable de la nervure isolante (3), caractérisé en ce que l'appendice de nervure (6) est raccordé à la nervure isolante (3) via une nervure de séparation (7) étroite, 25amincie, la nervure isolante (3) étant en outre coudée plus loin dans la zone de l'arête (3.1) et l'appendice de nervure (6) étant disposé dans la zone de courbure, et l'appendice de nervure (6) reposant en outre contre l'arête (3.1) avec une forme adaptée à l'évolution (3.1) 30de l'arête (3.1) ou faisant face à celle-ci à faible distance.
- Profilé composite isolé thermiquement suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de rainure (5) prévue par laminage venant en contact avec l'appendice de nervure (6) pour la fixation 5de la nervure isolante (3), est en forme de coin ou de marteau dans la zone de contact.
- Profilé composite isolé thermiquement suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que 10l'arête élargie (3.1) de la nervure isolante (3) est pourvue dans la région de la zone de pression de la paroi de rainure (5) d'un renfoncement (9) en forme d'auge formant une zone élastique pour l'appendice de nervure (6). 15

- Profilé composite isolé thermiquement suivant l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de rainure (5) prévue pour le laminage est pourvue d'un rétrécissement (11) formant une latte 25de pression (12) et facilitant sa déformation et séparation ultérieures.
