Die Steuerkurve 34 ist wie die in Figur 3 beschrieben geformt. Wie bei der Ausführungsform nach den Figuren 2 und 3 sind eine Führung 35 für den Schieber 29, eine Lagerung 36 für den Hebel 32 und das Sensorelement 9 auf einer gemeinsamen Grundplatte 37 angeordnet. Claims (10)

  1. A monitoring device (6) for monitoring a closed position of a drive rod fitting (3) of window, a French window or the like having a casement (2) pivotable against a frame (1) with a sensor element (9) having a voltage generator (12) for generating a radio signal, with a switching pin (10, 30) displaceable upon an actuation of the drive rod fitting (3) and with an actuating device (11, 27) for the actuation of the sensor element (9), characterized in that the actuating device (11, 27) has a slide (15, 29), that the slide (15, 29) extends in the movement range of a switching pin (10, 30) upon drive of the drive rod fitting (3) into the closed position and is connected to the sensor element (9) via a lever (14, 32).
  2. A monitoring device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the lever (14, 32) is coupled via a control curve (19, 34) with the slide (15, 29) and that the control curve (19, 34) is arranged transversely to the direction of movement of the slide (15, 29).
  3. A monitoring device according to Claim 2, characterized in that the control curve (19, 34) is designed as a groove, that the lever (14, 32) or the slide (15, 29) has a control pin (18, 33) and that the control pin (18, 33) penetrates into the control curve (19, 34) designed as a groove.
  4. A monitoring device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the switching pin (10, 30) is provided for arrangement on the casement (2) and the sensor element (9) for arrangement on the frame (1).
  5. A monitoring device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the slide (15, 29) has a control edge (16, 17, 31) pointing transversely to its direction of movement and that the control edge (16, 17, 31) faces the switching pin (10, 30) when the drive rod fitting (3) moves into the closed position.
  6. A monitoring device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the slide (15) is designed U-shaped in order to accommodate the switching pin (10).
  7. A monitoring device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the slide (29) is preloaded by a spring element (28) into a basic position.
  8. A monitoring device according to Claim 2, characterized in that the control curve (19, 34) has a straight section (20, 21), in which the control pin (18) is movable without pivoting of the lever (14, 32).
  9. A monitoring device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the switching pin (10, 30) is a closing pin of the drive rod fitting (3).
  10. A monitoring device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a bearing (24, 36) of the lever (14, 32), a guide (25, 35) for the slide (15, 29) and the sensor element (9) are arranged on a common base plate (26, 37).
