Claims (9)
- Tubenkopf (2) aus Kunststoff, gebildet aus einem einzigen Stück und hergestellt durch ein Gussverfahren; Kopf, umfassend eine erste zylindrische Wand (7), umfassend ein Gewinde (8) auf ihrer Außenfläche, und eine zweite zylindrische Wand (9), die kleiner ist, die im Inneren der ersten zylindrischen Wand (9) angeordnet ist, wobei die zwei zylindrischen Wände (7, 9) koaxial sind; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenseite der zweiten zylindrischen Wand (9) ein unterbrochenes Gewinde (10, 11) umfasst, das durch eine Folge von Abschnitten (10) und Unterbrechungen (11) definiert ist.
- Tubenkopf (2) nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich der obere Rand der ersten zylindrischen Wand (7) in der gleichen Ebene wie der obere Rand der zweiten zylindrischen Wand (9) befindet.
- Tubenkopf (2) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der obere Rand der zweiten zylindrischen Wand (9) eine Kerbe (12) aufweist, wobei die Kerbe am Ende der zweiten zylindrischen Wand angebracht ist, um den Austritt von Luft zu ermöglichen, in dem Fall eine Tube fest zugeschraubt ist; insbesondere, wenn die Tube an den oberen Rand der zweiten zylindrischen Wand anstößt.
- Tubenkopf (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Basen der zwei zylindrischen Wände (7, 9) durch eine ringförmige Trennwand (14) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Einheit, bestehend aus einem Tubenkopf (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, und einem weiteren Tubenkopf (3), wobei der weitere Tubenkopf (3) eine zylindrische Wand umfasst, die mit einem Gewinde auf ihrer Außenseite versehen ist, wobei die zylindrische Wand und das Gewinde ausgelegt sind, um im Inneren der zweiten zylindrischen Wand (9) geschraubt zu werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Tubenkopfes (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend einen Schaft (13), der dazu vorgesehen ist, im Inneren der zweiten zylindrischen Wand (9) angebracht zu werden, wobei der Schaft (13) herausziehbar im Inneren einer Hülse (14) montiert ist, und auf seiner Außenseite ein negatives Relief des Innengewindes (10, 11) der zweiten zylindrischen Wand (10, 11) umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Tubenkopfes (2) mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung, die in Anspruch 6 definiert wird, wobei das Verfahren einen einzigen und einzigartigen Schritt des Gießens eines Tubenkopfes (2) umfasst, wie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 definiert, und mindestens einen Schritt des Entformens des Innengewindes (10, 11) des Tubenkopfes (2).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Schritt des Entformens des Innengewindes durch Ausreißen und vorübergehende Verformung der zweiten zylindrischen Wand (9) durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, umfassend einen ersten Schritt des Entformens, während dessen die Hülse (14) translatorisch verschoben wird, wobei dem ersten Schritt der zweite Schritt des Ausreißens folgt.
